Absolutely great place for kids! They even have a designated tots and baby areas, even though the older kids ignore it sometimes. My biggest positive and minus is the toddler time. They have designated toddler times for a tot friendly environment and I absolutely LOVE this. BUT! the older kids are still allowed during this time. The last time I went, there were more kids 8+ than the tots 0-4 and my 2 year old was consistently shoved, ran into and slid into. I thought it was a great idea to have a tot friendly time but I'm not liking the experience I'm having. They need to have guidelines in place for this time and not introduce the older kids until the time is up not an hour early or when it opens. Not gonna try this place again until school starts.

Thank you to for hosting my daughter Mya 2nd birthday, I rented the whole building for 3 hrs and the staff, managers and owners were excellent. Kind, courteous and attentive. The facility was clean and safe. Thank you guys for ushering in a great birthday for my daughter and family and friends.

The place is very nice! But for babies and toddlers keep in mind that there is no one verifying the ages of the children for their area, any older child can enter and hurt your baby or toddler. That's what happened today, I saw it several times in that area, and the parents of those children don't do anything about it either!😓

I don't see anyone wiping anything down periodically. Sweaty kids landing on everything and coughing everywhere.

More cleaning would be nice.

Most of staff are kids and can not adequately watching all the kids dropped off by other parents. They should make parents stay here.Kids fighting other kids. Kids cursing adults and kids out.

There's no one checking wristband colors. I wish I would have known before I bought the expensive package.

Pizza was good.

The slide doesn't have foam on gate so be careful coming down.

Very rude staff. I went with my two small children and I’m sister is 11 who is a wonderful Aunt to my kids. She was walking around helping the kids and interacting with them. She was given dirty looks and told to sit down multiple times. Who was she hurting? Good to know Aunts are not welcome at this place. We were going to stay for lunch but instead of giving the mall any money after that display chose to go to chick fil away from the mall and play in their play place where she is free to be an Aunt.

We used to love this place but since the new ownership took over there have been so many problems. Toddler time is dominated by field trips with much older and bigger kids. We requested a refund. Customer service and cleanliness really not great. I hope they improve. This is one of my daughter's favorite places :( @management-- if you're going to host big field trips, close it down to other people buying tickets. it's not safe to have big 7 year olds sprinting around and accidentally bumping into small toddlers.

Tammy and the staff at Sky Zone were top notch. We just had my daughter’s birthday party there, and the place was perfect. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all so much for taking care of us.

Worse service from a worker name Anya (On-ya) idk how to spell it. She was so rude for my son’s 1st birthday and they didn’t let us know about our limit or anything. They charge for adults to get in as if they can eat pizza or play like a kid. It’s definitely not the cleanest place especially for your little ones. For a sock only facility those floors are filthy. They should really invest in changing their floors and do a clean session at some point. They do not do a sanitary hour or anything.

Hadn’t been since January 2020, and it was nice, clean, and well kept that time.
We just went this past weekend, front desk staff were rude, impatient with me signing the waiver for my family of 4. There was no line behind me so i don’t understand the hostility. But whatever, as a family its not about me, but that my kids have fun. They had fun but we will not be returning. First, It’s expensive to go in but none of the arcade machines work. Make that make sense.
Also, the floors are incredibly dirty which i can’t understand why because there is a no shoe, only socks policy so THAT right there means THEY NEVER CLEAN the place. This place , besides being REALLY dirty, is just rapidly deteriorating all over.

My child vomited out of nowhere that same evening before bedtime, so i know he caught something there.

With that being said, PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS THERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO LEAVE WITH UNEXPLAINED SKIN RASHES OR SPONTANEOUS STOMACH BUGS.

Great atmosphere it’s best to do the membership for an xtra $3!!!! Jump as much as you want and get discounts on food

My little brother had a blast both times he came to this location! It's very spacious, clean, somewhat very new, and fun for kids. I am always so grateful to make him smile and he's a great boy so it's always a pleasure to be able to make him smile. I highly recommend this location!

It's a very fun place for kids we have a membership and we've been enjoying it for the past 6 months however lately every time we come the place keeps getting dirtier and dirtier. There is an immense amount of dust in the meshes around the trampoline and hair balls everywhere. They ask you to use socks in the place but don't have those disposable nylons so you can walk into the restroom using them.

When we went today my son had a blast! Nice, clean, and cool! Great way to get away from the heat or the rain. The owner was very nice and went out of his way to make sure our food order was just right. The food was good and came out nice and hot. I would 100% recommend throwing a birthday party here or just going for the 2 hr play time spot. They even gave us a complimentary game card for military appreciation, which had about 4 games on it.

Went here for my son’s 9th birthday today. Had a terrible experience. We paid for 8 people total. When we were at the front desk we weren’t told that we had to buy their socks to go in, so we bought 6 pairs of socks and two of the kids had socks from another trampoline park. The only question she asked was do y'all have socks we said yes and she let us in. About 15 mins before our time was up one of the employees approached the 6 year old in our group about her socks. He was very rude! We let him know we had no idea and that the line to buy more socks was very long. By the time we would have gone to buy more socks our jump time would be over. The employee pictured below went to get a manager and the manager Pat was very unprofessional, rude, and yelled at us to get out in front of everyone. They also told us they didn’t care that it was my son’s birthday and that we couldn’t stay. This experience was uncalled for considering the amount of money we just spent at this establishment. We will never visit this business again.

I’ve visited previously and was prepared for the membership upsell. I visited today with my children and the young lady checking me out started the membership pitch and I stated, “I don’t want a membership”.

At this point a manager, a large bald man with a goatee, stepped forward and started his pitch. I repeated that I didn’t want a membership and he persisted. “Can I ask you a question?” I said I wasn’t interested again probably 4-5 times as he continued to aggressively insist on his pitch “Let me just ask you a question…” until I was passed the point of shaken and aggravated. He then waved me to the other customer service line to check out.

I understand he was trying to train the new employee on the art of extracting every cent from the customer, but some of us just want to pay for the day and not commit to monthly draws for the trampoline park. I will hesitate to return here & it really soured my experience. I don’t care how much theoretical ‘savings’ I’m missing out on, anyone with half a brain cell knows that a subscription service costs more overall and is often hell to cancel. Stop pushing these things on customers, and respect that NO means NO. Photos for ranking.

Fun Place, worth the money. The staff watching the children were “zombie like” and in ineffectual. Saturday evening was crowded, big teenagers running around two foot tall toddlers. The pictures don’t reflect my review but these areas were not the “hot zones” in the establishment.

Had my son’s 5th birthday party here and couldn’t be happier. All the kids had a great time and the staff and service were top notch. They took care of everything from setting up the party room with all the decorations we brought, and served all the kids with the pizza and cake. Would definitely recommend.

This is an indoor play area where it’s a great place to bring kids. In order to go into the castle itself I believe kids have to be shorter than 51 inches or some number like that.

I’m going to have to agree with one of the reviewers about the staff just being miserable. You can tell they hate their job. Yeah, the place is new and clean, I give it that. My youngest did love it. They let us book one back to back appointment, she got to play for an hour. When her time was up, the staff seemed eager to put her out. My 3 year old was crying loudly since she doesn’t get to get out much and was having so much fun playing by herself. I understand rules are rules and if there was another crowd waiting to get in, it makes sense. But the mall and the place was dead slow. The rules are just plain dumb for slow days. At least it’s free so I can’t really expect customer service from the staff.

We love this place! I take my kids about once a week. The staff is always super friendly and takes the time to talk to my children (the negative reviews must be regarding staff members who are no longer there). Very clean! There's a separate bathroom in the back with a kids sized potty, along with nursing rooms.

My daughter and I love this play place! Very clean and updated...and free! The have fun arts and crafts on certain days of the week. Not sure about all the rude staff comments. We have never experienced that and we go multiple times a month. I've only ever seen a staff member yell at the kids because they were running around knocking other kids down or not following the rules. Parents really need to watch their children. This isn't a babysitting service.

Located inside the mall and closest to the food courts entrance Kids Castle is great for kiddies. You must make a reservation and they sanitize frequently. Currently, they are open M-W-F, but hopefully they open this up more. It’s a great spot for your child(s) to run out excess energy. People working are very kind and it’s very clean!

I’ve been coming here with my daughter since it opened. We missed it while it was closed during covid. Now you have to reserve your 25 minute play session online. You can book back to back sessions. My 3 year old loves it and I love it because it’s very clean. They are very strict about wearing socks on the play surface. And everyone has to wash their hands before entering. After each session they clean it. That has been the protocol since it opened.

Well I never put a 1 star before on my reviews. I usually don't review when I don't like a place. But... This place is nice. But the staff the most awful service. Look they don't like kids. They show how they hate their jobs.
I tried 2 times and I will try to avoid again in my next visit
it is a good idea to have the kids a little break of fun during your shopping.
But seriously try to choose respectfully and friendly staff

It is good said the rules that the place have. But it is dependent how you say it.
Be careful when you choose the staff. Try to choose people polite and with good manners. A smile is important and to be polite too.
