It seemed like no one knew what was going on or cared. Bowling is paid by hour so when I went up to get more beverages and the bar tender wasn’t there I asked the staff at the desk to bring us a pitcher or send over the bar tender to take our order since I didn’t want to stand around wasting my play time… the manager person looked shocked and said they didn’t have pitchers and didn’t know where the bar tender was. This is during happy hour. The lane got stuck once but added more time luckily (was not told they were fixing it so we felt like we were waiting around again). I assume they have a very high turnover rate with employees. It was the first time I went to this place and there was no instruction on how things operate. The TVs were also playing commercials half the time which is tacky and weird. They kept running out of different types of beer which made the our orders take longer. I assume it’s badly managed and no one gets paid enough.

Tons of fun for our work team outing. Food was good. Service was awesome. Love he variety of games to play after bowling. Highly recommend.

During our recent visit to your establishment, we encountered several issues that negatively impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our friends and proceeded to secure our reserved table. Subsequently, we placed orders for beverages and appetizers. Regrettably, our drink orders were not only incorrect but also forgotten entirely, resulting in an extended wait time for their eventual delivery and closure of our tab. Causing us to have to take turns to get to the lane to get our shoes & move our stuff over. This almost made us lose our lane.

Furthermore, upon proceeding to our designated lane, we encountered persistent technical difficulties. The lane frequently became stuck, necessitating multiple requests for assistance and resets of the pins. This resulted in a significant loss of 23 minutes of our allotted play time, solely due to lane and pin malfunctions. We had to purchase additional time to finish our first game.

It was so hot in the building at the lane area that it became uncomfortable to even bowl.

I visited PINSTACK Las Colinas on Sunday with Friends and Family at 06-30-2024 and service was frustrating. I went to bar to order some drinks but they fully ignore me i asked one of employees but he ignore me 🥲. Then another employee came but he did same like 1st employee so i became sad this was my second at last time at Pinstack and i never visit again.🥲🥲🥲🥲

The ambiance at this venue exceeded expectations. It was my inaugural visit, and I was pleasantly impressed. The bowling prices are reasonable, and there are numerous other activities available. I suggest this spot for a date night, company event, or a casual family outing.

Really enjoy myself this time. Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The waitress was very attentive. Everything was clean, and all the machines worked. The drinks from the bar were good as well.

One of the coolest bowling alleys I have come across. Exterior cleanliness there's only equal to the interior cleanliness; top notch. Staff is energetic, helpful and informative and assisting with your needs. Play mechanics and experiences are outstanding. As this establishment not only provides bowling services but various other games that entertainment genres. Rock climbing, arcade game playing, line walking, bumper cars and so much more. Food and drinks are equally outstanding. Especially the bar drink and food options. Even the straightforward bowling games have an edge on how you can play the game. Such as playing angry birds with bowling. Or change it up with a 1980s college rule paper pencil art theme bowling experience. Each one has her sets of rules different from the others but all entertaining nonetheless. Highly suggestible place for singles, couples and families.
