Absolutely disgusted by staff and management today after what I witnessed. Not even my child, and I’m still upset. A dad and his son with sensory needs were playing and approached because the child was not wearing “urban air” brand socks. The dad explained that he has sensory needs and he will only keep those socks on, and a manager has accommodated his needs before. Staff and “management” continued to harass and ultimately they had to leave. I used to manage a child’s play place in Parker, and I would NEVER not accommodate a child with special needs or sensory issues. Instead, staff should be working on keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked, and clean the absurd amounts of dusts on the play structures instead of causing unnecessary problems and sitting on their phones up front. Ugh.
We have been members for 4 years and my sons have loved going to this place for hours. It had started to get a little out of hand everyone once in a while with the kids who worked there not enforcing the rules and not kicking kids out for being dangerous or physical with other kids. This last week it went over the top with 15-20 year old kids throwing balls at our 4 year old and laughing when they hit him. We asked the kids nicely to stop. They didn’t answer and kept throwing balls. We asked the staff to come ref the games and they said no. We asked for them to kick the kids out for head shots they said no the parents of these kids got aggressive with my wife and pushed the staff into her and when talking as a way to hit her. My wife took the kids and left as the staff wouldn’t take action to have these people removed from the game or the facility. We have canceled our memberships and will no longer go to this place as it has become so dangerous and violent over the last year. The staff does absolutely nothing to create a safe environment and really just sits around on there phones all day. None of them watch the attractions and try to keep the kids from making things dangerous.
I had a coupon for one free basic entry, and they wouldn’t allow me to use it because I got it at my sons birthday party which was at the Denver East Location, however there is NOTHING on the coupon that says it has to be used as a specific location and therefore I believe it should have been honored. They’ve also done away with there five and under pass, and changed it to 40 inches and under so I had to pay $25 for my 4 year old (who is on the taller side) to play on the basic attractions. My kids love this place but I fear it’s become another kid place that wants to nickel and dime you for every little thing…. So disappointing.
We had a good time before it got too busy. The staff was fairly attentive and the place seemed clean.
Brought my little family there to have some fun and that we did! Lots of interactions and things to wear out your kids! Perfect after a day of traveling to just let loose and stretch your legs!
We love this place but wont be returning. For my two kids to play is just under $80 but we get a limited experience. The issues are:
1. From entry: automatic kiosk at front took my money but then crashed. No clue why. Again, staff is the saving grace and was able to help me.
2. There are 4 VR headsets, only 1 was working.
3. There are 5 bumper cars, only 1 was working
4. Part of the ball pit was closed because it was broken
5. There is a new laser tag, not open.
6. The men’s bathroom was gross and stalls broken.
7. It is overstaffed at the front desk, having 4-6 people standing around doing nothing means not enough management to get the place working correctly.
8. This has nothing to do with staff. They are their to help the customers but are not trained to fix the equipment. The staff is great.

This is all about ownership. I have been to other Urban Airs (one in Long Island New York was just EPIC). And this one is a failing because of lack of oversight and maintenance. We will be taking our business elsewhere until it improves.
I recently hosted my child's birthday party at Urban Air Trampoline.

We made a reservation for our kid's birthday party, and the staff at Urban Air ensured everything was perfect. From setting up the party area to coordinating activities, they were attentive and supportive throughout.

The trampoline park offers an array of exciting activities for kids. From trampolines to obstacle courses, climbing walls, and foam pits, there's something for everyone. Our little guests had a blast bouncing around and trying out different attractions.

We ordered pizza for the party, and it was a hit! The cheesy goodness and fresh toppings satisfied both kids and adults. It's great to have tasty food options available right at the park.

Urban Air offers a generous 15% military discount on the base price. However, it's essential to note that the tip is applied after fees and taxes. So, keep that in mind while planning your budget.

The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Whether it was explaining the rules or ensuring the safety of the kids, they did an excellent job.

Our party included 14 kids, and after applying the military discount and tip, the total cost came to $409. Considering the fantastic experience and memories created, it was well worth it.

- Urban Air can get busy, especially during weekends and holidays. Make your reservation well in advance.
- Look out for special events or themed nights—they add an extra layer of excitement.

In summary, Urban Air Trampoline Park is a good venue for celebrations, playdates, or just a fun day out. Highly recommended!
I love everything about this place! Met up for a play date and had a blast. So many different activities for the kids to use! Atmosphere was great. Will be back soon!
