I had an incredible experience with Bigfoot Patagonia and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having an epic experience.
I booked the Ice Trekking and kayak experiences. First of all they were incredibly helpful over WhatsApp, helping me figure out which buses and which boats I needed to take to be able to make their experience. It was a lot of logistics and they were incredibly patient with me as I figured it all out.
The Ice Trekking is the experience of a lifetime. Our guides Tadeo and Toto were both super friendly, let us explore and take our time whenever we wanted more photos. Toto was also a great photographer and helped take some of the best shots of my trip! We were even lucky and they setup a route so that we could enter an ice tunnel. Experience of a lifetime!
The next day I did the kayaking experience and it was incredible as well. We got to kayak around a number of icebergs and our guides even offered to take photos of us. Another epic day. Thank you especially to Juan, Thomas and Eliet who made the trip extra special. Sharing some photos so you can feel inspired also 🙂

The ice trekking with Big Foot Patagonia was one of the highlight activities of our trip! 🤩 Superb guides speaking really good English and taking great care of the group. The whole experience is just so extraordinary. Walking on a glacier with crampons, seeing blue mini lagoons, going through an ice tunnel. I loved every part! 😍 We even got to enjoy tea and a snack.

The ice trek was a highlight of our trip. A friend and I were the only ones who signed up, and it felt like a VIP private tour of the glacier! Simon was our guide, and he was incredible. If you have an opportunity to do this activity, ask for Simon.
Booking was easy. We showed up to the location, then went on our merry way to do the ice trek.
We got to jump through (small) crevasses, rappel down some ice, explore a new cave, drink water from the glacier, and had the best tea by a lagoon. We were also lucky to have incredible weather that afternoon!
Thank you Bigfoot Patagonia, and especially Simon, for such a wonderful and memorable experience!

Absolutely made our trip to Patagonia. A must do! The guides were incredibly communicative throughout the excursion and were very accessible via WhatsApp. They kept us safe and made sure we were having a good time. Don’t miss this when you’re there! I’d rec staying 2 nights in Refugio grey. Out itinerary was below.
Day 1: first navigation from Lago grey to Refugio grey to stay at hostel. Got in dropped our bags and did 2nd suspension bridge hike.
Day 2: ice hike excursion. If you wanted you could do part of the hike to Paine grande and come back. Still stay at Refugio grey.
Day 3: navigation 1 back to hotel Lago grey, the 1:30pm bus sur bus but back to puerto natales, then stayed in puerto natales that night

I have used Big Foot services for about 2 decades. My first ice walk over the Grey Glacier was done with them. At that time I had a personal guide that helped me descend on a Moulin hole where I took many ice pictures. Last week we went kayaking towards its glacier icebergs. The team was professional, and they had good equipment to protect us. I was able to carry my camera and take pictures from the kayak without risking loosing my precious equipment.

The glacier kayaking was an awesome experience! The wind had been strong earlier in the day and I was initially hesitant about the conditions, but the guides seemed professional and safety-conscious and it turned out being fine. We docked on an "island" to see the glacier up-close and break for hot tea and chocolate.
They provided us with everything needed including neoprene wetsuit, gloves, helmet, waterproof jacket etc. (In the future, I'd suggest sending out an email to guests in advance with more information about what they do/do not need to bring, because I wasn't sure.) Overall a great experience though, I would recommend it.

They are wonderful and professional and provide some very exciting and cool trips- kayaking and glacial hiking. I went for Kayaking on lago grey and it was very enjoyable and very well organised.
The guide was friendly, very knowledgeable about the area and glacier and gave a lot of interesting information which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They took to really wonderful spots in the lake and offered a mid lake snack and hot tea!
The guide also offered to take pictures
They care about safety and I felt secured all the time.

The trip to the glacier is choppy as we are cruising over little waves. The sensation of the first strokes bringing you out of a state of entropy and into motion is very satisfying. The sound of whooshing water and the sight of swirling water signal the vessel springing to life. When the kayak is at full speed, it even catches some air soaring over the oncoming waves. The Bigfoot guides made sure that we had a great time and that all of our photo needs were taken care of.
