FYI ... the waters that appear to be free and is located inside your suite is NOT free (which is something they do not tell you). They will also charge you for parking.

In town for business. Right near a carls Jr and a Chick-fil-A. The bartender was very friendly. It was a great stay.

Rooms are updated and clean! The courtyard is immaculate with a cozy outside fireplace and plenty of seating. Decent gym. Beds are firm with super fluffy down blankets. Little convenience store on site for after hours and a restaurant/coffee/bar open 6am-10pm, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Right next to St. Luke's and a short walk to Chick-fil-A! Real convenient, pretty great!

Rooms a clean and comfortable very clean as well. It's location is great because there's various food options to choose from.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the nearby hospital. My mom needed a place to stay nearby while my dad was recovering. Niamh helped us set up a reservation for her at a great rate and assisted us in paying for the room and getting my mom set up so she could just drive over and rest without worry. The service is so great and the location is awesome. Thank you for helping make a stressful day a little better!

Shuttle driver and front desk staff were wonderful, but unfortunately I have complaints about this hotel because I was unable to truly relax and get the rest I needed. My room faced a courtyard where people were sitting out there past midnight, facing the rooms, laughing and cackling…making impossible to sleep.
In-room coffee station had one cup and one package of sugar/cream. I am convinced the sheets were not fresh because I found pieces of tiny plastic on them as well as pen markings. I also had to switch from one bed to another because one mattress was so worn and soft it was hurting my back. Lastly, and most annoyingly, the cleaning staff was extremely loud; I was woken hours before I wanted to wake, and couldn’t fall back asleep. They’re voices were loud and they slammed doors/drawers/toilet seats. I use a white noise machine and still couldn’t drown it out. Wish me luck at work today - I’m not well-rested.

Pretty good, modern and comfy hotel. Very easy to get in and out of. The remodeled lobby and rooms are really great.
The cafe/bar/coffee bar are pretty good too. One small thing … was the price for a teeny tiny portion of cooked oatmeal in the morning. $10 (that includes tax) for really, a tiny little portion of oatmeal. Like make 5 spoonfuls and it was done. Management: might want to check portion sizes. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and professional.

First of all… the young lady, Izzy, was absolutely wonderful during the booking and check in process. She was so extremely kind, understanding and helpful. Had it not been for her i wouldn’t have chose this place for my stay. Absolutely wonderful customer service! On the other hand, the lady that was working the night shift… a nightmare. How someone like this could work in the hospitality industry is beyond me. She left me feeling like i almost needed to get up in the middle of the night and check out. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Apparently humiliating a guest as much as possible was her way of feeling validated. As if me standing in the hallway in the middle of the night while she reprimanded me wasn’t enough… she made Sure to let me know that my “crying”wasn’t going to help. All because I was in the shower with the radio on in the room. She never called up by phone or came asking me nicely to turn it down. Instead she came pounding on the door insisting that I come out. I was letting her know that I was in the shower and that I needed to get clothes on before I could come out. Instead of her waiting for me to get dressed and open the door she continued to pound on the door the whole time I was getting dressed (2 minutes Max). mind you the radio had been off at that point for quite awhile. I can’t out of the room and She was being so loud that guests across the way were opening the doors looking out at me standing in the hallway crying in my pajamas. It didn’t matter how much I apologized… she wouldn’t let up. Anyways… I’m not sure I’d ever stay there again! I appreciate Izzy for being so wonderful… the other girl could definitely use some work on her kindness and compassion…. Nice hotel too. Very unfortunate!
