I like this location. A negative review below mentioned that it was "plain" but I was looking for that I guess- I wanted more of a work vibe than a social vibe. For all access, it has a private work room with desk chairs and real phone rooms.

Great space if you’re renting. Falls short of expectations compared to other locations if you’re All-Access.

Others have mentioned that there’s much less communal space and vibe at this location than others, and it’s true. You get the sense WeWork originally intended this to be a more corporate space that they’ve retrofitted to be a bit more communal then intended.

The biggest issue is access. As an All Access member, your card *will not work* at this building. Security will have to send you up to WeWork each and every time you enter the building, which also means you can only use the building during business hours so long as there’s a guard at the front desk.

They say they’re working on it. But without a timeline, that’s not a helpful promise.

Other than that, pretty solid location once you get in.

Love wework in general. Have an office here. This location has great staff, nice building. The reason for the 1 star: the WeWork security system and the building system don’t work well together. So many of the WeWork tenants simply can’t use the elevators. The building security team, WeWork community team, and tenants are all impacted by this but no one has been able to resolve the system discrepancies

The space also lacks the energy of most other WeWorks I’ve been to, largely because it’s designed primarily for private offices. But the community team does a good job trying to add programming to make things exciting

My husband and i we were looking for some offices nearby to relocate my Skin Care business closer to Gaithersburg area. When i had seeing an office in RIO that was it. I immediately love it. Quality, professional atmosphere, location and plenty of parking. My customers really enjoying coming for a facial at this beautiful place. Thank you

Such a fantastic place for community! The perfect place for small e-commerce business owners. Launch Workplaces has been such a massive help to my business, and the location is exceptional!!! Right next to the post office. I can deliver customers' packages in no time.

Great location

This is the perfect setup for a small to medium-sized business owner and "remote" worker!

We rent a private office space with Launch Workplaces and we can't speak highly enough of them. From our initial walk-through with Kim, to settling in... Launch single-handedly removed all of the stress of office hunting. Not to mention, they are fully equipped to assist your business needs. They have small and large conference rooms, a room capable of hosting trainings or other large gatherings, full-scale office accommodations and wonderfully STOCKED kitchen/break area. The diverse array of tenants provides excellent networking opportunities.

Another incredible incentive is the 24/7 access to our office. This is especially accommodating for those who partake in unorthodox hours.

Let's not forget the location either! A quick elevator ride down and you can walk right out into the RIO where there are an abundance of shopping and eatery options.

We cannot recommend LAUNCH WORKPLACES enough!

I've been a member at Launch Workplaces at Gaithersburg for almost 2 years, I love it, the enviroment is great, very professional, freindly and clean, the building has a great view and my clients love it! Plus parking is free!

I love my little office. I work as a photographer and also do ecommerce and a variety of creative projects, I needed somewhere that separated my home from work. That's what Launch has provided for me, as well as the ability to decorate my space in whatever way I want while also providing a flexible commitment to my space. I looked at a number of spaces before deciding on Launch and this was the perfect combination of metro accessibility, space, value and amenities for me. Super happy.

I had a great experience working at Launch in Bethesda during my 4-week stay in the area this summer. The staffs were friendly, kind, responsive, and very competent. The office was well maintained and cleaned frequently (multiple times a day?).

Within short walking distances were Trader's Joe, Starbucks, Staples, and a post office (same building) which allowed me to get a lot done during breaks, and 34 bus stops, giving me easy commute when I became unable to walk from the Bethesda metro station after spraining my ankle at home.

Really glad to have found this place and looking forward to come back.

While the facility is nice, the management nickle & dining and borderline unethical practices should put MakeOffices at the bottom of your list of co-working places in Bethesda.

I've been at this Industrious for a bit over a year, and I'm incredibly impressed with the space, community, and people running it. Lat and Luis are incredibly warm and welcoming, and keep the office and community running smoothly.

One of their former tenants who were disruptive and rude (not to mention running a very sketchy business that resembled a multi-level marketing scheme) seem to be trolling this review page with negative comments and fabricated experience. Pay no heed to them or their reviews; this Industrious location and the people running it are top notch.

We have been members of Make Offices in Bethesda for the last 6 months and have been extremely impressed with all aspects of the office. It is in a great location, it is secure and the staff is amazing. Lisa Kelly always goes above and beyond to make sure any questions are answered and is always here to help. Jennifer does an amazing job making sure that all the areas are clean and well stocked. Our guests are always impressed when they see the office.

We have been a tenant since inception and love it. Staff is amazing and energy is always positive. Just when I did not think it could get any better, the ice cream cart came and delivered! Awesome.

We have been here for a year now and just renewed our lease for another 12 months. Industrious is an amazing place with the best and most professional staff you could expect. They go above and beyond with everything they do. The office staff themselves are extremely nice and helpful, and proactive about any issues the building has (e.g., letting us know if there is garage repair or work in the common building areas).

They provide free breakfast every day with high-quality food from local businesses. And we have snacks everyday at 2pm, with different spreads and foods. They also organize happy hours on a weekly basis to promote inter-offices relationships. Finally, they have networking events bringing together various businesses located in Bethesda.

I had never been in shared offices before and I was a bit worried before visiting the location. But I could not highlight enough what a great decision it was for our company and how great the environment is.

We often host meetings and our partners and customers have all been welcome and treated with care by the staff, and all loved our office space.

The Bethesda Industries is fantastic. It's the perfect space to get your work done in a professional environment while having great peers, access to all your office needs, and a great kitchen with endless coffee! They've created a great space, balancing private offices and very nice boardrooms everyone can use at no extra cost, with casual and communal lounge space. They also provide great foods and snacks. Convenient location with tons of stores, restaurants, bars, and the metro right down stairs, plus the building is honestly gorgeous!

I can't complete this review without mentioning Luis and Lat, the office managers. They are both two of the most helpful, friendly, and professional but down to earth people I know and they're energy really sets the tone for the office. Despite people like me popping up with random needs in the middle of their day, they always promptly help and are always great. I really can't say enough good things about Industrious, especially Bethesda because of Luis and Lat!

Love love love! Space is always bright and clean. Snacks are AMAZING and well stocked. Coffee is great. Staff is very thoughtful and considerate. Can not recommend them enough.

Oh and did I mention the free massage that they offer sometimes?!?!! Great place to work, have meetings, and get stuff done.

This is my third co-working space in the last ~8 years, and is very easily #1. The staff is so kind, thoughtful and accommodating. The perks/benefits (food/drink) is really nice throughout the day--you can tell good hospitality is stressed at the highest levels of the company. It's easy to be productive. The space is designed so well. It's a great fit for companies big and small. Come check it out!

Our seven-person firm has loved working at Industrious over the last several months. The staff are responsive, friendly and have clearly been trained in hospitality. The facilities are clean and beautifully designed which makes it easy for our team to focus on performance. Our neighboring firms are filled with smart, capable entrepreneurs and we appreciate the synergy of our co-working space. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, likely written by a community member who wasn’t following the easy to follow rules. The staff here are wonderful and we are very happy with our choice.

This co-working space is amazing. The staff both on-site and corporate are attentive, accommodating and encourage a very positive interaction with members and between members.

The energy, the service and the financial savings here are tremendous.
Unlike many co-work spaces we shopped, Industrious really delivered not only on aesthetics , but on service.

Over the past five months we have connected with so many other small businesses and gained a rejuvenated level of energy from this interaction.
The on-site team take hospitality to another level every day. With coffee, breakfast, afternoon snacks provided daily along with so many other details - Lat, Luis and Chad make sure to deliver a great day, every day for all members.

I will admit I was a huge skeptic about making a move to co-work space after 27 years of having our own space - but this was a great move for us.

I've just moved into Launch in Bethesda - lovely space. Easy access and the process has been smooth with the physical location, the office itself, and the people. The staff are fantastic - friendly and warm. So far I've met delightful co-workers as well. Things are clean and fresh. It feels good to be in this new home. Parking is accessible as is public transit. Prices are competitive for the location and the perks add a new dimension of affordable.

the community manager (Aryan) makes this place something special. Friendly community, nice people, great space, fun events.

Though my colleague and I work and reside in the DC metro area, our organization is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where the larger team sits. MakeOffices has provided us with the perfect solution for working remotely. The MakeOffices location in Bethesda is stylish, modern, professional, and reliable. With access to conference rooms, private call rooms, a functioning kitchen and hangout area, free printing and scanning solutions, and speedy Internet, we are not lacking for anything in this space. (Did I mention the free wine and beer on tap?) The location is ideal for many, since the space is on Red Line, right off of the Bethesda Metro stop. Close to Bethesda Row, the space is in close proximity to a number of restaurants and coffee shops. While I could go on and on about the amenities, what truly sets MakeOffices apart are the community managers. In addition to facilitating a smoothly-run and efficient co-working space, they also strive to create community through fun networking events and treats--like frequent bagel and fruit breakfasts and free salads or pizza.

Highly recommend Make Offices in Bethesda. We use it for our permanent office for our team and we love the location, Metro accessibility and mix of fellow tenants. The Make Offices team is a great resource for growing small businesses, events and networking.
