Industrious

I've been at this Industrious for a bit over a year, and I'm incredibly impressed with the space, community, and people running it. Lat and Luis are incredibly warm and welcoming, and keep the office and community running smoothly.

One of their former tenants who were disruptive and rude (not to mention running a very sketchy business that resembled a multi-level marketing scheme) seem to be trolling this review page with negative comments and fabricated experience. Pay no heed to them or their reviews; this Industrious location and the people running it are top notch.

We have been a tenant since inception and love it. Staff is amazing and energy is always positive. Just when I did not think it could get any better, the ice cream cart came and delivered! Awesome.

We have been here for a year now and just renewed our lease for another 12 months. Industrious is an amazing place with the best and most professional staff you could expect. They go above and beyond with everything they do. The office staff themselves are extremely nice and helpful, and proactive about any issues the building has (e.g., letting us know if there is garage repair or work in the common building areas).

They provide free breakfast every day with high-quality food from local businesses. And we have snacks everyday at 2pm, with different spreads and foods. They also organize happy hours on a weekly basis to promote inter-offices relationships. Finally, they have networking events bringing together various businesses located in Bethesda.

I had never been in shared offices before and I was a bit worried before visiting the location. But I could not highlight enough what a great decision it was for our company and how great the environment is.

We often host meetings and our partners and customers have all been welcome and treated with care by the staff, and all loved our office space.

Highly recommend!

The Bethesda Industries is fantastic. It's the perfect space to get your work done in a professional environment while having great peers, access to all your office needs, and a great kitchen with endless coffee! They've created a great space, balancing private offices and very nice boardrooms everyone can use at no extra cost, with casual and communal lounge space. They also provide great foods and snacks. Convenient location with tons of stores, restaurants, bars, and the metro right down stairs, plus the building is honestly gorgeous!

I can't complete this review without mentioning Luis and Lat, the office managers. They are both two of the most helpful, friendly, and professional but down to earth people I know and they're energy really sets the tone for the office. Despite people like me popping up with random needs in the middle of their day, they always promptly help and are always great. I really can't say enough good things about Industrious, especially Bethesda because of Luis and Lat!

Love love love! Space is always bright and clean. Snacks are AMAZING and well stocked. Coffee is great. Staff is very thoughtful and considerate. Can not recommend them enough.

Oh and did I mention the free massage that they offer sometimes?!?!! Great place to work, have meetings, and get stuff done.

This is my third co-working space in the last ~8 years, and is very easily #1. The staff is so kind, thoughtful and accommodating. The perks/benefits (food/drink) is really nice throughout the day--you can tell good hospitality is stressed at the highest levels of the company. It's easy to be productive. The space is designed so well. It's a great fit for companies big and small. Come check it out!

Our seven-person firm has loved working at Industrious over the last several months. The staff are responsive, friendly and have clearly been trained in hospitality. The facilities are clean and beautifully designed which makes it easy for our team to focus on performance. Our neighboring firms are filled with smart, capable entrepreneurs and we appreciate the synergy of our co-working space. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, likely written by a community member who wasn’t following the easy to follow rules. The staff here are wonderful and we are very happy with our choice.
