I have been a patron of this chain more than once. However not impressed by this location. The dining room was not busy, about 1/4 full. Yet the server was unattentive and disappeared often. It was not what I have come to expect from this chain. I was not pleased with this location. The food was tasty however.

Liberty Oak is truly a hidden gem of (downtown) Greensboro. The ambiance is peaceful, quaint, and elegant and the servers are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted with smiles and friendly service which definitely set the tone for our entire dining experience. The server was knowledgeable about the menu, and made some great suggestions - one of which was the desert we ended up choosing after completing our meal (pictured).
Our meal was absolutely delicious, and prepared with such fresh-tasting, flavorful ingredients. Each bite was delectable, delightful, and delicious! Overall, we had an amazing experience from start-to-finish, and will definitely return. If you are looking for a restaurant that offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian friendly meals, has wonderful ambiance, and spectacular service, you have to pay Liberty Oak a visit!!

We took the family (5 of us) to Bonefish for Valentine’s Day dinner. The food was prepared well and tasted great, 4 out of 5 of us were pleased. The kids were able to get their mock-tails and shrimp. This was an overall great dinner.

The food was good. The service was great. I like the decor as well. I do think the food is a little overpriced. The fried oysters are so delicious! The shrimp and grits are scrumptious!!! I highly recommend. Steak risotto was good and the burger was too. Our server was awesome! She was very friendly. I took one star off because the burger and steak wasn't cooked as ordered but it was still delicious! I didn't like the crabdip pita. The drinks were good as well. I will return. I also don't like parking downtown but that's not their fault lol. Overall this is a great restaurant!

Glad I tried it! Only took a star off because it took about 15 minutes for a server to come over despite there only being a few customers in the whole restaurant. Shrimp and grits and crab dip flatbread were both great!

The bartender, Michael, made the best chocolate martini I have ever had! The perfect end to a wonderful meal. We came for dinner, were seated fairly promptly. The service was great and the food was very tasty. Quite impressive for a Friday evening just before Christmas.

I had the fried calamari for an appetizer. I had pasta with mussels shrimp and scallops. It was my 1st time trying mussels, and they were pretty good. Overall, the whole dish was delicious.

Best restaurant in Greensboro! Such amazing food and the best service and at an affordable price! We recently attended the Merry Martini Dinner and it was so amazing! The portions were so big and the food and drinks such high quality! We had the best waitress - Angie! And Marquie was a wonderful host! Cannot wait to come back soon!

We chose this place very last minute before a show at the Tanger Center and informed the staff that we had to be out by a certain time and they were very accommodating. The food was good and the outdoor seating was a little cramped but not too bad.
The staff was pretty good, it did take a while for the first server to come over but after that it was all OK. I’m not sure if I would come back myself, but if you are looking for a good meal downtown and have tried a variety of locations you would be doing yourself a disservice by not trying this one.

For my birthday, I wanted to get lunch somewhere with an upscale vibe, and Liberty Oak fit the bill. Located in a historic building in downtown Greensboro, Liberty Oak does indeed have an upscale, sophisticated decor.
Like a lot of places, they have a limited lunch menu with fewer selections than their dinner menu, but I wanted to be back at my hotel by dinner, so I chose their blackened salmon filet with a side of fries. Everything was tasty and well-seasoned, and I enjoyed my meal. Prices were quite reasonable given the atmosphere of the restaurant, but then again, this was lunch - dinner is decidedly more expensive. Still, I was impressed with my lunch here, and I'd be open to returing again to sample their dinner - I do make it out to Greensboro at least once a year.

This was my first experience with Bonefish Grill. My best friend and I decided to eat here. She has been many times and has raved about the food I chose to give it a try. We ordered appetizers she ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and I ordered the Mussels Josephine. Both were incredible and I was very pleased. However we both ordered our main course at the same time, she chose the grilled scallops, mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts. I chose the Atlantic Salmon, asparagus, and brussel sprouts. We had to ask for more tea, which we waited for nearly 15 minutes for, then was flooded with tea glass after tea glass, while we waited for our tea refills my friends main course came out, mine however did not, she decided to wait because our server said it would be right out. It did not come right out. We waited another 10 - 15 minutes by the time my food arrived her food was cold and I had cold brussel sprouts, room temperature asparagus, and equally room temperature Salmon. I did not receive the sauce I ordered with the Salmon. The meal was uneatable. I told our server, who was very nice, that I didn't want anything I ordered. He got the manager, Stacy, who was very polite and very apologetic for the experience I was having. I really liked how she handled my situation. Even tho my first experience with Bonefish Grill should be my last, the service was remarkable enough, that I WILL give them another try at a later date.

In the heart of Greensboro, North Carolina, Bonefish Grill emerges as an epicurean haven, beckoning discerning diners with a symphony of flavors that resonates with culinary artistry. To commence my gastronomic odyssey, I sampled the chowder soup and house salad – a masterful introduction to the feast that awaited.
The chowder, velvety and rich, swirled with an aromatic blend of ingredients, offered a harmonious contrast to the crisp, garden-fresh house salad, which bore the hallmark of meticulous preparation.
Imbibing in the libations, I ventured into a white sangria and margarita. The sangria, an embodiment of fruit-infused nectar, danced on the palate with grace, while the margarita's harmonious balance between sweet and tangy notes orchestrated a symphony of flavors that encapsulated the evening's allure.
The crescendo of the evening unfurled in the form of entrées. The special, an ethereal marriage of swordfish and sweet potato ravioli, was an opus of culinary innovation. The swordfish, masterfully cooked, was testament to the chef's artistry, while the sweet potato ravioli added a nuanced depth to the dish. A side of brussels sprouts, cooked to a crisp perfection, provided a verdant counterpoint.
My exploration continued with the mahi-mahi, gracefully intermingled with succulent shrimp, complemented by mashed potatoes and broccoli. A revelation awaited as I chose to embellish my mahi-mahi with the Chimi cherry sauce. A mere drizzle of this ambrosial elixir elevated the entire composition to an operatic crescendo. The mahi-mahi, tender and resplendent, harmonized impeccably with the shrimp, creating a crescendo of flavors. The side of mashed potatoes and broccoli was a harmonious accompaniment, showcasing culinary mastery in its simplicity.
While the culinary experience was a harmonious symphony, it's important to note that the only minor note of discord was the level of attentiveness from our server. While pleasant, their attentiveness left something to be desired.
The ambiance at Bonefish Grill is a symphony of modernity and comfort, an ideal backdrop for the cosmopolitan young professional. Attentive service underscores the restaurant's commitment to excellence, though, in our case, we longed for a touch more of it. Despite this minor lapse, the overall experience remained remarkable, transforming any visit into a culinary sonnet.
In summary, Bonefish Grill in Greensboro is a dining establishment that transcends expectations. A veritable ode to culinary innovation, it is a sanctuary for the discerning palate, where classic flavors and inventive brilliance coalesce in culinary harmony. For the connoisseur in search of an unforgettable dining experience, Bonefish Grill is a transcendent virtuoso, albeit with a minor caveat in the realm of service.

Took my fam here over the weekend after some serious playtime at the Children’s Museum.
Mommy and Daddy worked up a serious appetite chasing after our kiddos for hours and wanted something nice, but somewhere kid-friendly as well. So we landed here based off google reviews between both of our searches.
Walking in, I was a little hesitant. The bar in front was nice and classy-looking and the setting felt a little more of an adult’s only vibe. After being taken to our seats though, that feeling lifted as they brought over a high chair and a bunch of crayons for our littles. The kids menu on back of their coloring paper also had a sizeable offering to choose from. Much more than the 3 or 4 I’m used to.
Hubby ordered a burger and drinks that he enjoyed but ate before I could photograph so that’s that! I
enjoyed the Bourbon Glazed Filet Medallions. Ordered medium rare and it was absolutely delicious. Tender and melted like butter in my mouth. The kids had the alfredo which was delicious as well.
Overall I enjoyed our dinner although it did seem a little pricy given the portion sizes. Hard pressed to consider regular outtings here but I can see this for future date nights or for taking clients out for the solid food.

Yes, and yes. Excellent service, great food, beautiful drinks. I enjoy coming here when I come to Greensboro. It is a nice change from the fast food restaurant and the heavy Southern cuisine. The food was excellent, had wonderful portions, and was delivered on time, at the same time. Kudos on the smoked old-fashioned as well.

I was recently invited to enjoy a Bonefish Grill Excursion Dinner that was donated to a local charity fundraiser. WOW what a meal we all enjoyed! The servers and entire staff were fantastic and they seemingly brought out almost the entire menu for us to sample and enjoy. The appetizers included Mussels Josephine, Calamari, Ahi Tuna Poke, Tempura Crunch Sashimi Tuna and of course their famous Bang Bang Shrimp! We were then treated to main courses that included Crab & Mango Atlantic Salmon, Street Corn with Blackened Shrimp, Chilean Sea Bass, Marinated Pork Tenderloin and Sea Bass topped with Crab Meat in a delicious cream sauce. To finish things off for the evening we had huge slices of Key Lime cake!! Whether your party is large or small Bonefish Grill has something for you all. I highly recommend dining at the Bonefish Grill in Greensboro. Thank you Bonefish Grill for supporting the local community.

This was a relatives favorite place and we found ourselves in Gbo and decided to hit it up in her honor. Just as good as I remembered. I had the shrimp and grits and truly one of best iterations of that dish I've ever had. One dining partner got the Dynamite shrimp appetizer and the other got the Sargent Pepper. Sandwich with pasta salad. We all enjoyed it. Sometimes the old favorites are a disappointment but not this place. Kind of like that old face sweatshirt that fits better and just makes you feel good. Our server was great and that dining room is just too cool. Great bar and a small but eclectic craft beer selection.
