We got 3 mini ice cream balls for 10,5. they look perfect and very yummy! Unexpected filling that’s brings additional flavor. Shop has minimal seating and quite cramped. Needed to repeat orders to staff several times before receiving the items.
We tried 3 small pieces (chocolate, mango and pistachio) for 10,5€. Chocolate and mango were amazing and definitely worth the money.

My friend recommended this bakery to me as somewhere in Paris to experience the best pastries and I was not disappointed. It’s the oldest bakery in Paris and still has this very classic charm outside and inside.
I was not sure what to expect for dining in or dining out, takeaway was the only option, I left with a pain au chocolat and some chocolate florentines to take home as a gift.

I know this place sells great baguettes! I walked for 30mins just to get pastries to get on a plane back. The guy serving me is RUDE. He doesn’t want to serve me. I just wanted a baguette and 4 croissant to go. Packed the croissant into a box. Simple, right?!! He doesn’t want to do it so he kept asking me how many crossiant I am buying. I show 4 fingers simple enough?! This went on for 5 times. He is THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL STAFF I HAVE SEEN. this happens on 18 Jan, 9:50am morning.
For tourist , this is not worth your time. There are many bakeries in Montmarte. I went down the road to Boris and I am treated with warmth and respect. I made a stop and bought more there. Nice lady at the counter .

French people don't really do breakfast but they do pastries. Omg Stroher has one of the best croissants you will have!! I promise you! I grabbed coffee from Matamata and walked to Stroher's one of the oldest patisseries in Paris and absolutely delicious things to choose from! I made sure to take some to go to bring back home ! It's also very beautiful inside, and they give you a piece of chocolate at checkout 😋
It's very hard to compare place to place in Paris as there is just so much offered. I would say that the baked goods here were average to above average. Staff assisted as quickly as possible. It was just kind of a cluster due to one women at the front of the line being very picky about frangipane.
I wanted to hunt out the best rum-baba, and this is the place to go. There was a queue, but you would expect that for the oldest patisserie in Paris. Its hard to make a choice once inside, and I wanted to buy them all! We had a florentine, Paris Breast, rum baba, éclair, Mont Blanc & croissants.
The rum baba is very strong and we didn't have any cream with ours but I had to ask for one and they went out the back to get it.
Definitely recommend you make a trip here, I will return to try more of the cakes!

One of the oldest bakeries in Paris. I tried two types eclairs and both were amazing. I regret not buying more for my family who couldn't join me this time
We had a baguette, a croissant and a pain au chocolat and they were all delicious with the last one being the very best. If we could we would have gone back every day!
There was a very long queue to get in but it moved very quickly. We got a quiche Lorraine and some sweets to take away. The quiche was excellent, the eclair was delicious and the flan silky smooth. Loved everything we bought from the pattiserie.
The classic boulangerie I've been aiming to visit since this one is included on Anthony Bourdain's food guide. I bought 2 kind of eclair, the signature chocolate (IT WAS REALLY GOOD) and coffee (a little bit too sweet for me). Hopefully I got another chance to come to try the ✨️rhum baba✨️

In my search for the best cappuccino in Paris, I came across this pretty little cafe that offers an average tasting one. Even though the friendliness of the staff was pleasant and appreciated, it didn’t make up for the what seemed like a watered down cappuccino. Nevertheless, the ambience seems to be nice, and there may be better choices for food or beverage. But if a cappuccino is what you want, I advise you to skip this one.
I'm a coffee lover and really wanted to try this place. Im happy I had the opportunity to come. The coffee, the food and the service were absolutely amazing. I tried the scrambled eggs and the Gateau Tatin & Caramel and they were delicious. Hope to come back
I can’t say enough about Back in Black. With 100% truth, I have to say this was the best French Toast I’ve ever eaten. Exquisitely presented with a thinly sliced poached pair and Pear Compote combined with Brioche French Toast and wonderful cream. Laced with cinnamon, it was a treat for my senses.
We also ordered a breakfast bun that was just as amazing, perfect for those who like savory.
Be sure to order a Happiness juice to go with your breakfast.

Honestly, the best pain au chocolat I've had in Paris. Super crisp and flaky and buttery mmmm. Pretty sure there are multiple Gosselins in Paris so head over to one near you!
Worth less than a star. We just went there and got 2 sandwiches, eclaire, and croissants. The bread for sandwiches were definitely at least older than a day, it was super tough and my teeth wouldn't even go through the surface so we had to throw away both. Croissant was aight, not worth its popularity tho. Almond croissant was horriblw. Everything we got from this place was either super tought or soggy ( i assume bxuz they're old). Staffs were very unpleasant and not welcoming. I shld've left the place as soon as I saw their attitude. Total waste of my money and time

The servers were so patient in explaining our questions about the pastries. The rum baba was a little too strong for our liking especially for breakfast. But the Paris Brest and dark chocolate eclair were delicious!
Fantastic lunch spot with a white variety of sandwiches. Recommend their lunch meal deals. Had the chicken curry bagel/burger. Really tasty.
The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the history of ice cream in Paris. Their signature flavor is Mango Vanilla for which the founder (David Wesmaël) won the Meilleur Ouvrier de France Glacier in 2006. I had the cheesecake and caramel flavors which were also really good 👍
Had yet another fantastic lunch from Gosselin sitting by the Seine: spinach-Roquefort panini, spinach-salmon quiche, and the most fantastic tarts and viennoiseries. A yearly treasured ritual!
It said that it was one of best croissant in Paris. I only had two croissants in Paris and they both good. It was flaky and buttery. The another pastry was ok. It has peach. Peach was good but without peach mixed in the bite, it was just ok. Service was good.

This place is a nice bakery 🥧 in Paris! 🇫🇷 Le Le Grenier a Pain offers a great selection of delicious 🤤 pastries 🥐, bread 🍞, and baked goods 🥖 - definitely try the Chocolate 🍫 Eclair. I wish I knew about this place earlier!

Once step inside the cafe, wait to be greeted. I was warmly received by the staff and was free to choose where to sit. The cafe is spacious with a bar for serious coffee enthusiasts, some small tables for solo café goers and also large tables.
I only had one latte though, but it was satisfying, very rich, intense, and smooth. It can get your stomach moving!

Delicious! Had their apricot pastry. The apricot jelly came in a syringe you squeezed in before eating
One of the best bakeries in Paris. They make it right there in front of you and have lots of types of bread. Their pastries are delicious and worth trying too! The guy did not speak English but was very kind

Amazing bakery with fresh products. My go to place when I luck time. Not giving 5 stars because some sellers luck being friendly or simply give you the eye treatment. Being nice costs no money !

Great baguettes, sandwiches, and pastries. We had the ham and cheese sandwich, croissant, pain au Chocolat, and eclair, and all were excellent. Especially the sandwich.

To me this isn’t a donut at all, it feels more like a brioche, and it’s actually not that good. The texture really surprised me, it is a bit dry.

Tried both sweet and savoury items on a number of occasions and I have always been impressed.
Pain au raisins, sacristian and the sable framboise are all personal favourites.
Staff are super friendly and service is fast and efficient.

I had the breakfast sandwich (a croque monsieur) with bacon, fried egg, cheese, mustard, and spring onion on a brioche. The flavours were incredible! Really liked the mustard in this sandwich.
The tea was so good as well. I had a black tea which had a lemon flavour to it as well. Never had a tea like this before but I tasted very nice.
This place was very minimal and had a cool vibe to it. The service was very good as well!
If you are in Paris and fancy something a bit different for your breakfast then I would definitely recommend Back in Black!

Food was delicious. The egg on the portobello toast was beautiful, the breakfast sandwich had wonderful taste. Everything was a delightful surprise of tasty flavors.
I recently visited this place for the first time and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch in a cool atmosphere in Paris. The pancakes and food at this place were both outstanding, and the industrial decor gave the restaurant a trendy vibe.
The staff were incredibly friendly and the prices were also very reasonable for the quality of food and service that we received.

The best coffee we had in our one-week trip in Paris. Both the single-origin black coffee and cappuccino tasted great - distinctive notes of the beans. We just shared one sweet pancake as we already had some other food beforehand. It was a whole wheat pancake in good texture, with honey, cream and caramalised fruits on the side, well mixed. A really busy cafe and tables were packed so it does not offer you the most relaxed environment, if that’s your concern.

Funny enough, I was disappointed that these didn’t have the traditional icing on top, but when I got the ones with icing the next day at a different bakery, I learned that these powdered sugar ones were much more delicious!! Not too rich, just perfect!! Can’t wait to go back and get more!! 👏🏼

Lack of hygiene... The man that handled my sandwich had really dirty hands
I visited this place today with my friends for some croissants and macarons. However the quality was very poor, the croissant was awful and the macarons were definitely old. Unfortunately I have noticed their texture and suspicious colors only when I had already opened the package, because I would have asked for a refund - the price was also exaggerated, €6 for 4 small macarons that sit in the window all day (which apparently seems to be the reason for their color)! I went back to ask when were they prepared and if it is normal to look like that (pictures attached) and the staff told me that it is really hard to explain it in English so I said to explain it in French. They were really surprised that I understood French and they told me it is because they sit in the window display, but they did not offer information about when they were prepared and did not offer a refund. Also, the package did not have any information about their expiry date, only about their ingredients. Do not recommend this place: neither for the products, nor for the customer experience!
I really, really wish this bakery was open on weekends, but other than that I can’t really find fault. Their baguette is the best in the area and their patisserie are also quite nice. The prices are reasonable, and all together that is why it’s our ‘go-to’ bakery…on weekdays, at least. 😜
There are several location of this pastries shop. We bought two pastries from this shop. It was delicious and definitely worth another trip.

We adore that there is a new collection of delicious donuts every month! The owner and the chef are very creative! You can enjoy different donuts with a mix of French and American ingredients! Christmas special donuts with foie gras! Or with bacon! Or more traditional sweet tastes!

Pretty awesome ice cream and a really nice store. The Mango-Vanilla flavor is excellent, and evidently of high quality as visible by the vanilla bean specks. The pistachio flavor on the other hand had a taste of almond extract (benzaldehyde) which was not desirable. Either way the base texture of the various flavors are excellent and still a great stop for ice cream on a sunny day!

Nonetheless this cannot compensate for the poor customer service. I had pre ordered my donuts and selected a 30’ time slot. But on arrival I had to queue and had wait 40’ to get my order. Mentioning it nicely at the counter as a need for improvement I have been told it was just inconvenient but no changes expected. This drove me away from coming back.

Tasty donuts and nice coffee, but I would like try more different flavors next time, there were not too many choices when I arrived, maybe because it was Monday and it’s the period for vacations. I will come back

Yay finally ! I randomly searched some cafés on google and found this cute donut cafe. It is a bit hidden place in a street in Pigalle but you shouldn’t miss this cute place !!
The donut place staff kindly explained me what kinds of donuts they have and you can see what they are made of at one glance cuz they have abricot on the abricot donut as you can see in the pic!
I had Nutella & Banana donut and abricot donut with some coffee and iced coffee with playing games. Don’t be afraid of asking what ingredients inside and if they have a smaller size donut and if they have iced coffee ! Super kind staffs will take your order as you want. Also, the board games ♟ are pretty fun ! Ahah

Ein typisch französischer Bäcker mit Verzehrmöglichkeit halt. Viele Touristen aber auch Pariser anwesend. Der Milchkaffee war nichts (für verwöhnte Kaffeetrinker), einiges von der Karte war nicht erhältlich. Preisniveau: willkommen in Paris 🙄, Bedienung freundlich. Try it...

Was in Paris for 4 days and visited maybe 6 boulangeries even the famous Ble Sucré (suffice it to say, I love French bakeries more than your average tourist). This was by far the best out of all of them. In my opinion, the best croissants money can buy. The baguettes, millefuelle and tarts were incredible as well. Even if you’re not staying in Montmartre this bakery is worth a stop (you can grab something on the way to the Sacre-Coeur). The service was warm and friendly. A luxury in Paris.

A very nice bakery
It was alright. Went there with friends (two couples) and had a veggie chicken sandwich and a cheese-cream-chicken hot sandwich. The quality is alright, maybe prices are way too big.
The service is good as well.
