This practice is fabulous! I love PA Samantha, who is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and has an upbeat personality. In addition to me, She does every 6 months full body checks on my daughter who has had several pre-melanomas… I always feel in the best hands because she is so cautious and has a great eye! I totally recommend!

I have been to both sides of North Dallas Dermatology on Walnut Hill Lane, the dermatologist office and the Laser Center. I see doctor Agim in the dermatologist office for my annual skin checks and any other Dermatological problems that I may encounter. I've had both the photo facial and the cool peel done in the laser center. I got much better results here then I got from my former dermatologist office or having photo facials at a Spa. The office is really beautiful and spacious and there is plenty of parking in the garage adjacent to it.
My visit with Ashley couldn’t be more accommodating and kind. She helped me with several issues. She is the nicest medical professional that I have ever experienced. Solved my concerns quickly and thoroughly. I am grateful for the experience.
They have a pathetic billing team. It has been 6 months since we paid for the service, but we still haven't received a refund, even though my insurance paid the full amount and my responsibility was only $0. It seems they are only interested in collecting money rather than providing proper customer service. I have called their office many times over the last 6 months, and each time they say they have sent an email to their team and that I should expect an update in 2-3 weeks, but I have yet to receive any such update.

An exceptional and efficient medical experience. Very knowledgeable medical staff with a great office. I had a consult and medical procedure done. They had me taken care of and out the door six minutes after my appointment. The best part is that their speed and efficiency was value added. I still got all of my questions answered, great medical care, and never felt rushed.
Catherine was very pleasant and thoroughly explained what could have caused my condition. I was also impressed with the many options she reviewed with me that could possibly rectify my condition as well. Thanks to the office staff, Catherine, and her nurse for making my experience a very positive one! 😀
Pleasant, efficient. The online check-in process is broken, but they didn't say until after I tried it 5 times over 2 days. Not a lot of time or trouble, but they could easily make patients aware to just ignore the prompt.
Dr. Fisher and her staff are very attentive in their patient care. I’ve been seeing Dr. Foshee since 2017. Top notch provider that exceeds my patient experience expectations.
Dr Foshee and her staff are top tier customer service. They have a way of making you feel valued, and Foshee is very attentive and thorough on exams and identifying your needs, highly recommend this place to anyone in need of these type services.

I had been procrastinating on my skin cancer check because I was scared and today I went to see Dr. Millet and she was amazing!!! She’s so kind, personable, knowledgeable and has really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend her, and everyone in the office is really nice. I’m glad to have found my new dermatologist and I will be recommending everyone I know to her.
I am always very pleased with my visits at Dermatology Center of Dallas. I am greeted by a friendly office staff member and my wait time is minimal. For my yearly skin checks, Dr. Hino is very knowledgeable. I feel as though I get a thorough check, including extra attention to spots I point out. He also takes time to answer any and all questions. I am very pleased with Dr. Hino and his nursing staff and I have recommended his office to several friends.
I have had an outstanding experience. Each member of Dr. Foshee’s staff has been attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Foshee detected issues and provided a very effective treatments. I recommend them with my highest respect and satisfaction.
The office at Preston and Royal is new and is very nice - right and airy. Friendly staff and they were able to get me back to see my doctor early when I arrived early. However, I wasn’t expecting that as I know they can sometimes run behind if a patient needs more time than they had planned for.
My partner and I saw Catherine Millet today for a few dermatology treatments and we were extremely impressed by her and her overall professionalism. She is very thorough and listened intently to our questions and concerns over the treatments sought by North Dallas Dermatology Associates. She’s a wealth of knowledge and answered every question with precise certainty. So grateful for her and their team today; we are looking forward to the outcome of our treatments! I had a great experience with Dr. Marcus. She took samples for biopsies efficiently and painlessly and answered all of my questions. All the support staff I had contact with were friendly and professional. The office is beautiful, and my wait was short. So glad I was able to make an appointment via ZocDoc!
What a wonderful experience! Dr. Marcus made my husband and I feel so comfortable and welcomed! Not only did she throughly examine our issues at hand but she also took the time to provide us with the best care and treatment possible! Dr. Marcus’s assistant who assisted us to the room was also very pleasant, kind, and hands on with the care provide! 10/10 rating! We drove all the way from Keller and it was so worth the drive! I have been a patient of Dr. Stetler’s for almost 20 years. She is a great dermatologist and has an outstanding staff. The office management is excellent and the employees are so professional.
I recently had a facial and extractions with Katie, and she was excellent. Very knowledgeable. The practice has recently been remodeled, so the space is clean and bright! However, my ONLY complaint is the cost. I should have asked beforehand how much the facial would be - they do not list prices on their website - but I did not. The cost was $295! I feel like this is too much for a one-hour facial, and while my intent was to come in on a regular basis, sadly I will have to find another, more affordable option.
Dr Polder is very professional but also very personable. She is easy to chat with and answers your questions. I like that she doesn’t push all the rejuvenation services and products that the practice can provide, but when asked about them she realistically gives advice about those that might benefit your particular skin issue or concern. The new offices are wonderfully laid out and inviting, very spa like. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Dr. Polder and her staff are exceptional. Consistently on schedule yet always takes all the time necessary for full evaluation and treatment. A caring professional that is a true partner in dealing with my many years of negligence in the sun.
I absolutely love Dr. Stetler and the entire team. They’re all so warm welcoming and always have a smile when I arrive to my appointment. They make you feel heard, special, and also made me look at least 10 years younger 🤣. This location isn’t close to me but I’ll continue to make the commute for the top notch service and the experience.
I have been seeing Dr. Polder for the past 20 years, she is professional and passionate about what she does! Her sweet and kind demeanor make any procedure enjoyable! She is always on top of the latest treatments and technology for her patients in addition to educating her fellow colleagues. She is truly amazing and the best!
Really liked the new offices. Very bright and airy. Easy to maneuver. Love the garage parking especially on days like today when it was raining. I went from garage to garage !! Waited maybe 10 seconds in the wait area. Just a few minutes till the dry came in. She is always most thorough, cautious and answered all my questions.
A consultation was requested after a conversation regarding insurance acceptance for a specific procedure. The consultation lasted approximately 15 minutes. The PA was personable, we discussed my concerns and she offered a few options. At the conclusion of the consultation, she informed me that insurance would not cover the procedure. My deductible was collected prior to exiting the practice. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed because I felt mislead by the initial call to the practice. The only reason I agreed to the consultation was that initial phone conversation regarding insurance covering the procedure. This location was also selected because it was in the vicinity of two other appointments. Convenience may not always be a good thing. While parking was very limited out front there was a complimentary parking garage. This was a wonderful alternative.
Dr. Fleischli has been my dermatologist for more years that I can remember. From the moment she opens the treating room, she is smiling and asking me how I am doing and always inquires about my daughter. She is clearly a top-notch medical doctor which I became comfortable with many years ago; but what sets her apart from many other doctors is her "bedside" manner. She clearly cares about her patients, not just from a medical perspective, but from a human aspect as well.
