North Dallas Dermatology Associates

Dr Gibson was great! She was soo helpful when working with my 10 year old son. I appreciate how quickly they were able to get us scheduled. Checkin was super fast also!

I have been to both sides of North Dallas Dermatology on Walnut Hill Lane, the dermatologist office and the Laser Center. I see doctor Agim in the dermatologist office for my annual skin checks and any other Dermatological problems that I may encounter. I've had both the photo facial and the cool peel done in the laser center. I got much better results here then I got from my former dermatologist office or having photo facials at a Spa. The office is really beautiful and spacious and there is plenty of parking in the garage adjacent to it.

They have a pathetic billing team. It has been 6 months since we paid for the service, but we still haven't received a refund, even though my insurance paid the full amount and my responsibility was only $0. It seems they are only interested in collecting money rather than providing proper customer service. I have called their office many times over the last 6 months, and each time they say they have sent an email to their team and that I should expect an update in 2-3 weeks, but I have yet to receive any such update.

Catherine was very pleasant and thoroughly explained what could have caused my condition. I was also impressed with the many options she reviewed with me that could possibly rectify my condition as well. Thanks to the office staff, Catherine, and her nurse for making my experience a very positive one! 😀

I had been procrastinating on my skin cancer check because I was scared and today I went to see Dr. Millet and she was amazing!!! She’s so kind, personable, knowledgeable and has really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend her, and everyone in the office is really nice. I’m glad to have found my new dermatologist and I will be recommending everyone I know to her.

I had a great experience with Dr. Marcus. She took samples for biopsies efficiently and painlessly and answered all of my questions. All the support staff I had contact with were friendly and professional. The office is beautiful, and my wait was short. So glad I was able to make an appointment via ZocDoc!
