Walked in sales associate looked right at me and didn’t greet me. I get to the register for check out he snatches the printer ink out my hand and I got cut from the plastic container the ink is in, did apologize however that was unacceptable. My receipt printed he just sat there and stared at me so I grabbed my own receipt from the printer. Will never come to this location again. Very disappointed!

It's Walmart that's playing and simple customer service is bad have the people there don't speak English Lions are forever when you trying to pay a bill they don't care it's mass production to them I myself have sent Walmart and canceled my account with Walmart because it doesn't serve me any purpose. They take advantage of poor people they hire poor people that can help poor people. Believe it or not you go to Walmart you see it everybody deserves a job but everybody deserves correct customer service simple when you go to pay a bill you shouldn't have to be in line for 5 hours and I lied to you not the long as I've been in the line is an hour and 45 minutes to pay a bill and that doesn't make any sense

When I'm doing spark shopping, the skew number on the site and in the store are 2 different numbers. So it's hard to scan. Shopping becomes difficult.

They didn't have the wire that connects to a Sony Playstation controller cord. Need a new a new one to charge my PS3 controller I got from buying the PS3 and comes with a controller and game @ RETRO GAMES PLUS on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington. Best older and newer and older used games, and game system store on the planet. Cheaper to buy there than Walmart and SO HELPFUL & Informative although some know more than other's.

Pretty expedient customer centric experience. Asked the guy at the entrance and he directed me to Geek Squad and by the time I got there (10 seconds later) someone was standing there addressinge on what I needed. Was in and out in under 5 minutes WITH instructions on how to install the device I purchased!

This Target is truly bottom of the barrel. I’ve seen cleaner Walmarts. The store is always trashed. Employees are rude. There is always a long line to check out and the employees carry on like they don’t see 30 customers waiting lol it’s just consistently bad.

Ghetto as hell. Its dirty. It’s pouring and there’s no carts and no employees to get the carts. The lady at self checkout yelled “NOT TAKING CASH” I said it’s taking cash….she rolled her eyes and had an attitude. Horrible target, Walmart has better service.

Edit: If I could give negative stars…I get it, it’s the holiday season, I’ve worked retail at this very store during the holiday season, but there’s really no excuse for how poorly run this store is. According to the store manager long lines mean everyone loves this Target location, but as a manager, I see it as a sign of serious dysfunction. Long lines, no carts up front or in the lot, but several carts around the store full of returned items, and abandoned carts due to the long lines, constant customer complaints about pickup, that’s signs of success? It’s wild in this store. This is coming from someone who shops at at-least 3 different Target locations a day, this location is the absolute worst.
OP:This store has really gone downhill. From the poor customer service, long lines, and refusal to share bags with Shipt shoppers while they hoard them for Pickup/Driveup orders. As a Shipt shopper, this store is consistently out of meats, so many people working pick up orders or stocking, but very little available to help with customer service. The CS lines are very long and one of the girls at the desk has a terrible attitude. When bags were available, they never had any at the CS desk because it was too messy and nowhere to store them. I have to go and do a scavenger hunt for shopping carts because they’re never brought inside during the day.
I will admit the drive up process is easy, however, it takes a full 4 hours for my small orders to be ready. I’ve ordered at New Britain, Bishops corner, and Southington, same amount/type of items typically takes 1-2hrs for pickup. I’d expect with the amount of people they have working pick up orders they would be quicker.

As someone that has worked in retail management for years (trust me I know the job isn't easy) however every time I have done a return at this location they are always so rude. No hello, how are you? Nothing. They just grab the slip and do the return.. basically throw the slip at you, barely make eye contact and walk away. Horrible customer service.

Today I was taking your restaurant order, your employee says to accept the order on the phone. What does it mean? I need an order. Respect yourself. They are not ashamed. They are not allowed to look at my phone. I think you came from a hungry country.

They do not have enough employees. If you know what you are looking for, you will be fine. If you need help, that is an issue. For a store that specializes in technology equipment, they should have more people available to help the customers. Once you are able to reach out and find someone, the employees are very nice.

It's really gone downhill. It's OK in a pinch. Service was super slow. This doesn't seem to be exclusive to Target, to be fair. They barely have what I need at any given time. They had one cashier and the rest self checkout..and no help when something goes wrong with the self checkout.

Tried calling every department in their store and no one answers. I went down to the store waited another 15 minutes at the front desk waiting for help and no one came. I tried calling the store while in the store and no one seemed bothered by the ringing phone. Then my order got canceled because the item wasn’t in stock. Not doing an order here again.

In general I like a good best buy store. Don't care for their policy of interrogation as soon as you walk in the door. Sometimes you just want to walk around and browse first, then find something to buy. Not everyone needs a shadow. Went in looking for a wireless keyboard, want ed to try a couple out, see how comfortable they might be, received a dissertation on keyboards and function... did not need that. I left the store unfortunately and went up the road to the competition, and bought the one I liked. Only saving grace was the checkout associates had good personalities, fast,

Ran in to get my vitamins and more Advil! Target has the most reasonable prices on their brand vitamins and ibuprofen I have ever found, anywhere! They cannot be beat! So, if you need any of these items, definitely go to Target to get them! You will be so happy you did! ( :

Employees are great, but in the grocery department they need more cameras. Food is often opened crushed or eaten. The refrigeration the containers have been squeezed all over the shelves.

Nice visit. They handled my return pleasantly and efficiently. We also bought a Fitbit for my wife. We didn't have to wait that long for someone to retrieve it from the locked case, and then he even rang us at a nearby register. Very friendly and efficient.

Was one of the best walmart I have been to until returning an item and accused me of stealing and returning the empty box. The manager checked the cams and realized it was an empty device box. never apologized, had the audacity to run her mouth, and made a fool out of herself to come and roll her eyes to give us the actual $400 item in its box!

Unreal. In my opinion, they need to retrain ALL the staff at THIS Walmart. Not ONE single employee will help u. Including the managers! Rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Went 2 go shopping got a ride on cart right away from the parking lot cause I'm disabled. I got to the back of the store where I needed 2 be for the items I needed first and I looked at the cart battery and it was almost dead so I brought it back to the front of the store and plugged it in. There were no available karts so I waited and waited and waited for 30min and nothing so I gave up and went home before I could do any of my shopping.

4/16/2023 Chistopher was extremely helpful! he was playing 5 roles at once, salesman, Clerk, manager, you name it! He was super friendly and knew a lot about games and merchandise. He was so polite. He deserves a raise!!! Need more staff there.

Went to this particular Walmart location because they have a repair shop. Bought tires a month ago at Walmart online and set up an appointment to change them out. Great service from beginning to end. Wife and I were told about an hour to put the new tires on so we went shopping and ended up in the waiting room afterwards for about 15 minutes. Cost additional $10 per tire and that was it! Auto Center staff was great. This Walmart is clean and stocked with merchandise. 5 Stars.

I called the store to ask questions about trading in a console and buying a new one and Chris was very helpful and informative. Later on I came into to trade/buy and it was Chris who helped me again- he was very polite, infollrmative, and made sure I knew every option I had.

I got up bright and early this morning saw that Walmart opens at six in the morning. I have my list of items to purchase as I make my way through Walmart employees are still arriving. One of the items I was looking to purchase was a Bluetooth speaker. No one was in the electronics department and even after waiting until the time that the department opens I still had to call for an employee to come over and assist. By that time I had a considerable number of items that I was going to purchase. The employee rung up all the items at the Bluetooth speaker scanned that it could not be sold. The initial explanation was that it was not in the system. The employee wanted me to pay for the items that I have collected except for the speaker. That made no sense to me she came back saying that there was a recall. I was not happy and canceled my entire purchase. I spoke to a manager I shared the story with him said that when you open for business not only are all employees to be on point but all products should be available as they are sitting on the shelves for customers to purchase. Sloppy job Walmart unhappy customer.

Store was mostly clean and organized. Not stocked as much as I would like in groceries but what store is these days. Prices are up, again like everywhere else, maybe a little bit better than the local supermarkets. Line to check out was fast and cashier was professional and courteous. What more can i ask for?

RIP off . My son purchased a new game and took it out of the wrapping and never played it. So we went to return it for a refund. They offered $10. For the game if we swiped my card. $8. If we wanted cash. Originally the game cost 59.

I don't give a lot of 5 Star reviews on any platform but these guys deserve it. Every time I stop by, I end up having amazing conservations about everything. Games, Events, Upcoming releases, movies. These guys are so friendly. Keep up the great work
