Very poor customer service. The woman on the other end of the line is RUDE, and she banged the phone down without listening to my requirement.

I ordered (the new smiley Anasala merch) you canceled my order because you said that the items are not available and my total payment was 15 dollars you said you will refund them and they will take 5 to 7 days to appear more than 14 days passed and I didn't receive any thing and I tried contacting you alot but no answer and you deleted my account on alfan souq sorry for the review I will delete it after you contact me also please try to solve my problem because I don't want to write my story on social media

The phone operator is extremely RUDE , and she failed to answer any of my questions ended up hanging the phone before even finishing my inquiry.

if this comment ever makes it to the management , i really hope you address this as this unprofessional individual is effecting you negatively .
