I ordered (the new smiley Anasala merch) you canceled my order because you said that the items are not available and my total payment was 15 dollars you said you will refund them and they will take 5 to 7 days to appear more than 14 days passed and I didn't receive any thing and I tried contacting you alot but no answer and you deleted my account on alfan souq sorry for the review I will delete it after you contact me also please try to solve my problem because I don't want to write my story on social media
