Had several hydro facials in the lead up which exceeded expectations and solved long term skin issues I never thought I could improve. Joanna gave me so many advice and a free sheet mask for the night before my wedding and I am truly grateful, 100% recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Botox treatments from Dr Anna, from the moment I walked into the clinic, I was met with professionalism and care. The consultation was thorough, addressing all my concerns and explaining the procedure in detail. The staff ensured I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless. The expertise of the practitioner was evident, and I felt reassured knowing I was in capable hands. Within just a few days, I began to notice remarkable improvements in my appearance. The fine lines and wrinkles that once bothered me were significantly reduced, giving me a more youthful and refreshed look. Will 100% be returning for my top up in 6 months.

I really can’t recommend The Hampton Clinic enough. I made contact when my skin developed rosacea and I was in a lot of discomfort. The clinic fitted me in for an appointment at very short notice, from the moment I arrived everyone has been super friendly and welcoming. Sarah has been incredibly knowledgeable and gentle in relation to the condition, going above and beyond to try and help treat/calm my skin. I really can’t put into words what a difference it’s made. Thank you!

Both the optometrist and the sales consultants were helpful and polite. My visits resulted in my acheiving all my eyesight goals.

For 6 months I have had a chemical peel treatment with Joanna Buczynska. She is professional, hospitable and you feel at home with her. ( I have a really new face)

I had an intervention about my lip filler with Julie Brackenbury, she is the best!!! My lips are very natural and I am very happy (I have to say that I am a very simple girl And I don't have big marked features. But I loved the result)

Finally I had a massage with Rhian Amos, just great, 60 minutes of massage for contractures. A great treatment again that made me feel very comfortable and relaxed!!!

Everytime I went to this store I had an awful experience. Their customer service it's not their strongest. Super arrogant and rude. I just see ne reason to let it slip this time really.
This morning I had tried on a mascara which was unsealed and looked like a tester. This lady from 7o counter rushed and shouted at me and grabbed the mascara from my hand. She could have explained in a calm tone but she instead decided to cause a scene in front of everyone. Rude.

Well stocked and great variety of brands but if you require assistance with specific brand staff is very “ territorial “ can’t advice as they don’t know ( or simply don’t want to help ) if is not brand they represent.

The Hampton Clinic is a friendly welcoming place, I have been a client of Dr Anna Viera for several years and would not hesitate to recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced. Anna shows great care and listens to your needs to help you achieve them.

I recently went into your Broadmead store to purchase some mac makeup, but unfortunately the male that was on the counter didn't seem at all interested in helping me, I felt like he just couldn't be bothered so I decided to leave without purchasing anything and brought my mac products else where. I really don't know how these types of people get these jobs. Staff training wouldn't go amiss!

I’ve been coming to the Hampton Clinic for treatment on my face. As soon as I enter the clinic the friendly reception team greet you with a warm smile & the atmosphere is relaxing. I’ve been receiving treatment by Sarah & Beth who are both super gentle & calming which has been so relaxing during treatment, as my skin is going through a stressed period. I look forward to coming back every week for my treatment.

I don't even know where to start with....bought an hair dye under recommendation of the staff for cover grey hair. They sold me the wrong colour and it didn't cover the greys. So basically I ruined my head and its all your fault....you shouldn't pretend to be experts when you're not.

I've had numerous positive experiences at the Hampton Clinic. Rhiân, who I've been seeing for years, is warm, lovely and a perfectionist and does a beautiful job of both my nails and eyebrows. When you see someone regularly for longer appointments it's such a treat to look forward to seeing them and know you'll always love the end result.

I've also seen Sarah for laser hair removal and she is equally lovely and super knowledgeable, I'm really happy with the progress there.

This is an amazing store,everything you need from vitamins to over the counter medicines,wide range of skin products etc and the staff and managers
are cheerful and helpful.

I booked a child's chicken pox vaccine here and it was cancelled twice at very short notice, with less than 2 hrs notice before each appointment. Quite annoying because there are barely any appointments to choose from anyway so rebooking is tricky. They must not have enough staff or something. I'm trying the Cribbs store instead.

I saw Beth for my very laser hair removal consultation and first session, what a lovely experience! I was very nervous but she walked me through the whole thing and is just a ray of sunshine. I would definitely recommend her & I've already seen some improvement after just one appointment (which was a breeze). All the staff at the clinic are sweet and attentive.

I had such a lovely time in Sally's. I was quite anxious regarding dying my hair ( my friend used to do it but now lives 2 hours away) Lauren who works there was so kind, she spent at least 20 minutes with me talking me through what all the colours meant, what products I would need and how I could do it all myself. She made the whole experience so stress free and I would 100% go back to get advice from her in the future. Honestly best service I have ever relieved!

The security guard pictured was watching me shop and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I asked him to stop he used physical aggression, assaulting me by grabbing my arm, using very abusive language and stopping me from walking past. Unhinged and unprofessional security working here - be careful. The guard who assaulted me is pictured.

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had with Lauren! She spent almost 30 mins helping me with everything and even checked the instructions on specific dyes to ensure it would work on my hair. Her advice was amazing and guided by her previous salon experience

Went there today and now I absolutely understand the unhelpful staff complaints. Ended up going few blocks away where I got served with no isuues and got the same products for much better price. Also be careful - all prices are shown without VAT, which would be fine but the prices including VAT are nowhere to be seen. That way you will most likely give yourself a bit of a shock once you hear the final price 😐. Better off ordering online but if you need things fast then 3 minutes walk away is another hairdressing supply shop 😎.

I popped in this store today (23/9/18) having accidently made my roots go ginger with home colour. The lady I spoke to (I didn't get her name but she spoke with a strong accent) was lovely, very very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. She took me upstairs and talked me through the product she recommended, how to use it step by step and what colour I wanted to achieve looking at a colour chart. I would absoloutley visit this store again for this lady's help. Great service!

Great range of professional, good quality products.

The manager I was greeted by was very lovely but she was over attentive and just wanted to sell, sell, sell. She didn't ask if I had a price range, I felt she just wanted to grab as many products of the shelf and put it through the checkout for me to buy.

Although the products are very good- I can buy it for a better price online. If Sally's wants to survive on the high street, they need to be competitive in terms of pricing.
