The staff at Sally’s in Broadmead are usually very helpful and knowledgeable. I often go there with many questions about toners and hair colourants and the recommendations that the staff give me are very well advised. Thank you!

I don't even know where to start with....bought an hair dye under recommendation of the staff for cover grey hair. They sold me the wrong colour and it didn't cover the greys. So basically I ruined my head and its all your fault....you shouldn't pretend to be experts when you're not.

I had such a lovely time in Sally's. I was quite anxious regarding dying my hair ( my friend used to do it but now lives 2 hours away) Lauren who works there was so kind, she spent at least 20 minutes with me talking me through what all the colours meant, what products I would need and how I could do it all myself. She made the whole experience so stress free and I would 100% go back to get advice from her in the future. Honestly best service I have ever relieved!

I went in quickly with kind of idea what I needed but wasn’t fully sure. Izzy was super helpful & found me everything I needed!! Super lovely , excited to try my new hair care stuff - thank you x

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had with Lauren! She spent almost 30 mins helping me with everything and even checked the instructions on specific dyes to ensure it would work on my hair. Her advice was amazing and guided by her previous salon experience

Went there today and now I absolutely understand the unhelpful staff complaints. Ended up going few blocks away where I got served with no isuues and got the same products for much better price. Also be careful - all prices are shown without VAT, which would be fine but the prices including VAT are nowhere to be seen. That way you will most likely give yourself a bit of a shock once you hear the final price 😐. Better off ordering online but if you need things fast then 3 minutes walk away is another hairdressing supply shop 😎.

I popped in this store today (23/9/18) having accidently made my roots go ginger with home colour. The lady I spoke to (I didn't get her name but she spoke with a strong accent) was lovely, very very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. She took me upstairs and talked me through the product she recommended, how to use it step by step and what colour I wanted to achieve looking at a colour chart. I would absoloutley visit this store again for this lady's help. Great service!
