Parfümün P'sinden anlamayan çalışanlar. Parfümü zorla koklatıyorlar. Şişeye ellemeye çalışınca hırsız muamelesi yapıyorlar. Sanki zorla çalıştırılıyormuş gibiler. Ayrıca insanın yaptığı iş hakkında en azından bir fikri olması lazım. Bostan korkuluğu gibi orda bekliyorlar ve müşteri korkutuyorlar resmen.
Berbatt ötesi. Parfümü almak için girdim birkaç parfüm daha deneyecektim. Asık suratları ve iticilikleriyle alacağım parfümüde aldırtmadılar. Yakında batacaklarına eminim ...

Belli ki parfümden anlamayan, parfümün alınmadan önce denenmesinin gerektiğini bilmeyen çalışanlar. Parfümleri denediğimiz için saygısızca bir tepkiye maruz kaldık, alacağımız parfümü seçmeye çalışırken “bütün mağazayı kokladınız” diyerek gereksiz ve saçma bir şey söylediler. Diğer parfüm mağazalarındaki çalışanlar daha ilgili ve daha bilgililer. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Hayatımda bu kadar kötü çalışanlar görmedim mağazaya geldiğim andan itibaren maddiyatımla ilgili laf sokmaya çalıştılar ve hiçbiri bir an bile gülümsemedi. Hayatlarına nefretlerini müşterilere kusuyorlar. Saygısızlar. Keşke ismine baksaydım da kovsaydınız malum kişiyi gerekli bile görmemişim.

Genel olarak parfüm çeşitliliği az geldi. Bir parfüm ismi verip benzerini sorduğumda en çok satanlara yönlendirdi uzun boylu beyefendi. Fakat aklımdaki parfüm kadar beğenmedim onlarda da yokmuş zaten. En çok satanlar içine sinmeyince resmen yüzleri asıldı. Bir süre sonra ilgilenmeyip gözlerini kaçırmaya başladılar, rahatsız oldum. Geri dönüp buradan başka bir parfüm alacaktım fakat vazgeçtim.
Mağazada ürünlerin fotoğrafını çekmek yasak. Beğendiğiniz bir parfümün fotoğrafını cekeyim derseniz satış danışmanları tarafından uyarılıyorsunuz.

Saygı ve terbiyenin sınırlarını zorlayan, ailenizle beraber gittiğiniz alışverişde, testerlara dokunduğunuz için hırsız muamelesi yapan müdüreleri olan işletme. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilmez !!!
Terrible customer service.. the workers kept gossipping about people shopping there and making fun of people. It was very bothersome. I quickly got out without even buying anything. Will not be going again.

They are one of the prominent brands in the field of cosmetics in Turkey. Normally, their prices are better than other places. You can buy much better when they offer discount offers. You can find most of the good brands of cosmetics, including shampoo and Buy soap, spray, lotion, etc. here.

Their staff are not friendly, and not understanding. If you have an appointment and you are late for 5 minutes they cancel the reservation.
What is really upsetting is that I tried them before, every time I have arrived on time they let me wait 10-15 minutes!!!!
They need to train their staff to be more welcoming and learn how to treat their customers in a better way especially to foreigners, they way the lady talked to me with disgust is just unbelievable

I started going to this branch to do my nails in June 2021. I was surprised at the punctuality and the great appointment timing. The first time I arrived to a ready and beautiful preparation for my manicure and pedicure and it was the last time as well. It was the only time i was impressed. After that the quality of the service, cleanliness and the staff behavior have decreased. I didn’t like how the lady did my hand nails today. I waited two hours and half for them to finish my nails although i just did normal manicure and pedicure. My mony was waisted for a bad service and treatment. Also, the staff there are rude and they have zero customer service behavior expect for two ladies. I appreciate Marve’s and Kubra’s respect and kindness. Marve is a great and kind person. I wish her all the best.
I used to suggest this place for my friends and family, now none of us are going there again.

İnsanları dış görünüşleriyle yargılayan çağdışı davranış ve zihniyete sahip işletme. Bilemem diğer bayilerinde durum nedir ama Marmara Park'taki çalışanların tavrı direkt bu zihniyette. Bazı çalışanlarınıza satış stratejilerinden önce insanlık öğretilsin. Bir öğretmen emeklisi olan anneme yapılan bugünkü hareket, bir insanın bir insana yapacağı bir tarzda değildi. Büyük ihtimalle de çalışanlar kendilerini biliyorlardır, utanırlar mı? Sanmıyorum.

I visited this Gas Station ⛽ and did some grocery shopping the bag of chips 🍟 was 6TL but when I got to the register for pay and asked the lady how much as soon as she heard me👂talking English she says 10TL 🤣 I really don't know this is happening only to me or everyone comes here and getting screwed 🙃

I like the products from yves rocher but as a customer I bought from this shop all the time I didn't expect that yves rocher is employed a bad staff like I see in marmara park .....unfortunately I will not buy from the shop in narmar park and I don't recommended to deal with this staff

Bad cashier. The invoice was 17 TL and I had 200 TL, she wanted to cancel my purchase because she does not have change, and she didn't want to ask her colleagues if they have change!!!! They act with bad attitude with non turkish people!!
Watsons is the one place I can find crazy color hair dyes. I also always appreciate the aesthetics of the interior.
