These people are not good for pharmacy service. I don't go be out dob or social over the phone. So when I first used Walgreens I set up a code (in person) to authenticate myself with name, phone, and address. The pharmacy tech said sure and set it up. So I called this morning to get a refill and was told I couldn't unless I provided dob. I told the tech to check my profile and the tech refused to do so. I asked to talk to the manager the tech (now manager). Then I asked why the tech wouldn't even look the tech replied it's because of HIPPA. I replied HIPPA just requires positive I'd not a dob. So the tech lied. The the tech said it's corporate policy (which is usually true). So either they lied the first time I called a refill. They lied once today (that I can prove). Or they lied today about policy and about my profile and account.

If you want a pharmacy where you can easily contact someone with questions and concerns, this isn’t for you. The automated phone system has made it impossible to reach a pharmacist or tech, the best you will get is being directed to their voicemail and you have to wait an eternity in hopes of hearing back. I know what you’re thinking, call the store and have them transfer you to a pharmacist. I thought that too. Until the ever so unpleasant employee who answered the phone informed me in a snotty tone that they won’t do that. So much for customer service.

Made absolutely impossible to get my meds when I needed them and kept giving me run around about insurance when I only have HIP... ended up in emergency room for 3rd time in two days because of this. There will be legal action take

Please do not go here!!!! None of the pharmacy techs want to be there, they are extremely rude for no reason. Unhelpful doesn’t even begin to describe it. Save yourself the stress and just use Walmart.

This is one of the worst pharmacies that I’ve ever been too. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I’ve had delays countless times for medications. They have been known to dispense the wrong amount of my controlled substance. When I confronted the pharmacist he said the inventory was all in order and actually had to review security footage before he believed me. I guess someone probably got fired that day. They close early and don’t open on Sundays. They won’t even allow you to call the pharmacist anymore requiring you to instead leave a voicemail. Yeah like im going to wait around for your understaffed crew to call me back. I’ll drive into town and get my scripts elsewhere. Even if it’s more expensive, it is worth it in my opinion to avoid this place.

I just visited the store to buy a prepaid Visa card. Bought the Go2 card. Big mistake. All kinds of trouble activating. Went back into the store. Fortunately Christina was there. She spent well over an hour getting it done! She's great! Thank you!

Pharmacy is very rude and controlling. Even with approval from insurance an hospice Dr, they refused to fill a hospice paitents pain order cause they needed it a few days early!

This is the most inefficient CVS pharmacy I've ever dealt with... Which is frustrating because the previous CVS locations I've used were great. This location has messed up my dogs medications on more than one occasion (saying we were out of refills when we weren't, losing prescriptions, forgetting to fill them altogether, etc.) It's a constant headache. They also refuse to put any effort into fixing the problem. My vet has to call them multiple times (which is understandably frustrating for them) and CVS refuses to call the vets office to make sure things get taken care of, even though the app offers that as a request option for customers.
Most of the staff that works there is nice enough but it is so disorganized... There is one lady who is rude every single time I speak to her... I usually only encounter her when I have to call in.

I've made 5 calls to CVS to ask questions, I was going to transfer my prescriptions to them. However after being hung up on EVERY TIME, I don't think this is the place for me ! Didn't get questions asked or answered as I got hung up on every time. Certainly NOT a way to run a business

A prescription was sent to them at 6:30pm. For some reason they close at 7pm on weekdays? Called that day and the lady was short and rude and explained that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it because it was too late. I get that. Told me they would have it ready the next morning. I asked her to have them call or text me when it is ready. I waited until 3pm the next day, and called them. The woman on the phone made me repeat myself multiple times because she would ask my information, and then not listen to me when I told her. After we finally got through that, I had to repeat to her why I was calling, which I explained at the beginning of the call. She told me they did not have time to fill my prescription, and then asked what time I will be in. I just told them I would be in before they close (since it is already the afternoon). I don’t expect white glove treatment with fruit baskets. It is a CVS. But it is not difficult to simply perform basic customer service, and have a prescription fulfilled within a reasonable time. Especially when a person is trying to get antibiotics so they can start on the road to getting better. This place did not perform either purpose, so they have received one star.

Most of the pharmacy staff is incompetent & don’t know how to do their jobs! Was told system was down so they couldn’t use card on file or express pay, went & got cash & paid but then was still charged on my card! Was told there was nothing they could do about the 188.95 because there was no mistake made on their end! Spoke with the bank & confirmed they ran the card & got the money so now I have to dispute the charges & wait for a refund all because they have no clue what they are doing! That is just one of the horrible experiences I’ve had recently!

I came to this store to send money to my fuel card company . I almost ran out of fuel and spotted this location from the US 30. The lady called Rheta was about to leave work for the day when I asked for the western Union and she quickly took me to the kiosk and guided me through the process. She is one of the most courteous and helpful person I ever met . Just at the register was cool and great too . These guys know their job well . Such professional stuff is what makes business great and successful

In my experience, the pharmacy staff isn't very friendly. A few times, I've had to go back 3-4 times in a month to get partial refills.
I would go to my preferred pharmacy for my thyroid medication, but they don't carry the same brand consistently, and walgreens does.
I cringe thinking about dealing with the partial refills and rude staff that I usually ask my husband to pick up my medication for me.

I do a lot of shopping here lately. It is easier than running to the grocery store for just a few things. There prices are pretty fair on .most things, you just need to pay attention to their sale adds. The employees are nice and helpful.

The manager nor the cashier new anything about online order pick up for deliver to store. They said they had no idea what I was talking about. They finally looked and found my package. They need to educate the cashier's and the manager should especially know what ship to store is. Very disappointing and had to wait longer than I should have.

Have never had such issues with a pharmacy. Shorted me 30 pills on my last refill. Lost my prescription completely altogether another time. Had nothing in their system saying I had been filling my pills there f,or 4 months mind you. I got the pills free through my insurance and a few times they would tell me there was a charge. When I would tell them I got them for free they'd switch it but then I'd have to wait. Now suddenly, while never having issues before, the free pills are on backorder and I had to pay for them. I have a feeling it's because of the issue the last time I refilled with being shorted 30 pills. I will from now on be taking my business elsewhere. I know I'm just one person and my leaving is meaningless but for heavens sake, get it together.
