Garbage owner, incompetent staff, disappointing business

Drivers did an excellent job transporting a team of 14 between Denver airport and downtown. Constant communication, prompt, and very friendly!

Used there services to get us to the airport as our party was a big one. They arrived on time and got us to the airport safety with no issues.

Our 4AM pickup at the Sheraton Downtown Denver was seamless. The 14 passenger shuttle was spotless inside and out and our driver, Michael was extremely professional. I will definitely use 303 again!

This company saved my wedding day!!!! We had a reservation with a different company, and they cancelled on us last minute. The office staff was helpful, and this was such a smooth transition. I was informed at my rehearsal dinner, and they handled everything for the next day. I didn't have to worry about anything. Our driver Deb was not only on time but early and helped coordinate our guest getting on and off the bus. I recommend CRU 100% and will be using them in the future for all of my transportation needs.

I called them from STL to set up a driver to pick up my mother when she arrived in Denver. The gentleman on the phone was friendly, helpful and thorough.

The day my mother arrived in Denver, I called to make sure they were waiting for her. Again, the voice on the other end was kind and helpful and he told me that her driver called her cell phone to assist her in finding him.

She was very nervous as this was the first time she has used a car service. Everything went very smoothly and she was able to relax in the car during her journey without having to negotiate Denver traffic.

The level of care and understanding with which the whole transaction was handled was outstanding. A+++. I would highly recommend.

We had to schedule a last minute airport trip from Downtown Denver to DIA that included pickup at multiple hotels, handicap accessible transport, and lits of luggage at an extremely early time of morning. We were able to schedule easily, our driver was early for pickup of the first part of our group, and the driver was fantastic. Thanks for making it so enjoyable and easy to get to the airport at the end of our visit.

Absolutely top tier! Easy to secure reservations. They tracked my delayed flight and were waiting when we arrived. Very classy vehicle and driver. I will definitely be using them again.

While looking for a new car in 2017, the agent felt annoyed that I was interrupting his football watching time. He felt distant while I was looking at cars and couldn't remember my first name.

On the bright side, this made me want to go to another dealership where I eventually found the car I have had for years now!

Senior Prom: they were on-time (actually early) and brought our kids back home on schedule. They kept good communication throughout the entire process.
The driver was professional and courteous. I felt our kids were in safe hands for the evening.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone, they don’t return calls. I tried calling a number of times about an appointment and when my appointment day finally came they told me it’d be 3-4 days before my truck would ever get looked at. What’s the point of an appointment then? Bad customer service overall.

My Mom had a recall item on her Escape. I called several other dealerships and they were 2-5 months out for an appointment! Worked with Gage at Phil Long and he was able to get us in and take care of it in just a few days. Thanks Gage!

Time to let Ford know that this dealership is still marking up cars $10k, $20k, and in some instances $40k. Ford has said that any dealer doing this, will not receive any future models of the cars that are overpriced.

They low balled me 20k on my trade. I went and looked at their window stickers. Some trucks are priced 20k above their MSRP. And they still marked the trucks up and extra 10k. Some without modifications were almost 80k and over.

This is the problem with dealers. Customer gets low balled so they can save money and make more on the back end. And that’s before you get to the F&I office lmfao.

I had a major suspension problem that was not recognized by my dealer. I got the job fixed professionally and in a timely manner somewhere else.
A dealer's service is only as good as their employees.

They told me I needed a service for my warranty service to later find out it was untrue. They had my truck for 3 days and never touched it. Then told me three more days . I just went and picked it up later to find out They were scamming Me. I will never go back.

Our check engine light came on and so we scheduled an appointment at Phil Long Ford that was a week and a half out. They told us that they would need our truck for 1 to 3 days to diagnose the problem. After 3 days they told us that it would be another week or so until their engine mechanic could take a look at it to figure out what the problem was. A week went by and then it was another week until the mechanic was actually able to look at it. We were 8th in line and it took two weeks to look at the engine. I feel like the scheduling could have been even a little more precise. They told us that there were no loaner cars available due to the shortage of vehicles. So we had to pay for our own rental car while our truck was at the dealership. When the engine mechanic finally did look at our truck and diagnose the problem it only took one day to fix it. I would be hard-pressed to bring my truck back to Phil Long Ford service department. They had our truck for a total of 3 weeks.

Dwayne Callaway is totally the best that Phil Long Ford has. Sherri who handles the loaner cars was very nice and helpful.

Wayne always manages to get the job done and keep my buses on the road when I need them.

I wouldn’t use them again. They try to up sale you on parts, even if you have a warranty. The staff is dismissive. The work they do is also subpar, they like to do quick fixes and charge for a full service. My problem was with them not covering a bent wheel, not properly fixing a control arm, and hassling me about warranty coverage on a clearly broken speaker. Find a better service center.
The customer service is flat out bad - no responses with multiple follow up before I wrote this review.

The stretch limo and the party bus were sanitized and smelled fresh, the party bus (the vehicle I was personally in) driver Jeff was on time and very nice! We felt 100% safe, especially since Jeff was wearing a mask along with the rest of us...

He maintained social distancing and sanitized the seats and bar area every time we got off of the bus.

I will definitely be using them for all events in the future.

We had a great experience with CRU this weekend. Very professional and easy to work with. Jeffery our driver was great and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend this company for party bus needs. They are very affordable and all the busses are very nice inside with great sound systems.

CRU was top notch. I’ve taken other party buses before and this company was far better. The bus had a great sound system and lights with adapters and blue tooth so we could play whatever music we wanted. Our driver Tresa was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The bus arrived early and was fine with us taking longer than expected when we exited Red Rocks. Plus the rates were great. I wish I could take this party bus every weekend. Hands down the best experience.

My family and I used CRU party bus for my mother’s 50th birthday party and we had an amazing experience. The bus was not only clean and spacious enough for 15 people, it also had a back bar area with enough room to store our drinks for the night, party lights to fit the party mood, cup holders behind the seats holding water for anyone needing it, and we were able to plug in our own music with excellent sound. Michael was our driver for the night and he went above and beyond for my family to make sure we had a great time. Thank you again CRU for an amazing night! Will definitely use for all up coming party bus needs!
