Top Ice cream shops in Malá Strana, Czech Republic

Ein wundervolles Eis. Es hat uns an unseren kürzlichen Italienurlaub erinnert. Kann mit dem italienischen Original absolut mithalten. Wir waren zwei Mal da und wären gern noch öfters gekommen. Sicher bei unserem nächsten Prag Besuch.

My one star is not based on the taste of the ice cream, as sadly I wasn't even willing to accept the complimentary ice cream offered to me. The service was the worst I have ever experienced in any place. Having ordered an ice cream with two flavours being coconut and hazelnut, I was just glared at and bluntly told they don't have hazelnut. I explained that I'm sure I saw it towards the end of the counter and with rolling eyes I was told it was hazelnut chocolate. I confirmed it was the flavour I wanted with the coconut and the girl started scooping. I realised she was making 2 cones and quickly stopped her to say it was in fact just one cone with 2 flavours I required. She proceeded to argue, throw the other cone away and turn her back on me. I called her to say I'm truly sorry, as I think my order was lost in translation a bit. However she refused to acknowledge me and at that point I explained to her colleague, who was left holding the cone, that I found the girls attitude towards me atrocious and declined their offer of not paying for the ice cream. It is definitely not somewhere I would recommend of ever go to again. If she doesn't like serving tourists, I suggest this girl finds herself another job. She's definitely not suited to a customer service position!

Fantastic ice cream!! Go & try it😻 kids loved it. Adults loved it. Worth taking the walk.
And there’s a nice green park just opposite to it, perfect for eating the ice cream ;))

Wow! Absolutely delicious gelato and perfectly situated right across the street from the Tram exit. It’s the most perfect way to cool down with the hot weather we’ve been having! Flavours chosen were pistacho, lavender & blueberry and raspberry— so good!!

Tiramisu und Salted Caramel, beide Geschmacksrichtungen unterdurchschnittlich. Mein Eis landete im Abfalleimer. Aber vielleicht habe ich nur die falschen Sorten probiert

Nice place around Petrin where you can get gelato. I used to love this place, but the quality is not as it used to be. You can choose sorbet, vegan or creamy flavors. They have also seasonal flavors like gingerbread, pumpkin spice, blueberry cheesecake or pina colada.

Horrible, passez votre chemin. Glaces quelconques . Serveuse qui nous fait attendre puis nous presse et nous parle mal. A fuir. Préférez les autres vendeurs plus bas dans la rue. Forcément, située juste en face de la descente du château, c'est un attrape touristes, la serveuse ne se sent pas obligée d'être aimable vu l'afflux de clients... une étoile c'est déjà trop, elle devrait changer de boulot !

Best gelato in Prague, we had the dark chocolate one and it was nice and smooth and delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delicious gelato! I would always get one when visiting Prague. Especially loved the flavors of mango, dark chocolate and white chocolate& blueberry.

Very fruity!

This is delicious refreshing ice cream/gelato; it's 5 min walk and nice break from the tourist crowds at Charles Bridge. I had the coffee, coconut & rice flavors. Service was fine, though crowded.

La Torta had the best gelato! I tried the vanilla and hazelnut and loved both. I wish I had gone back a second time during my stay in Prague. They accept cash and credit cards.

The staff was too rude, so I left without ordering.

Tourist trap, very expensive and small portions. Icecreams of low quality. Rude stuff. Avoid at all costs.

Cash only - staff seemed annoyed because I didnt see the really tiny sign stating that. Portion size was small (scraped level with cup) compared to other places I've tried. Ice cream itself was average.

Nejlepší zmrzlina na světě!!!!

Mein Weiße-Schokolade-Eis hat nach alter Milch geschmeckt.
Das Tiramisu-Eis zu künstlich.
Nur das Salted Caramel meiner Begleitung war ok.
