A good ice cream shop, which was missing in Immermannstrasse, has finally opened. Very friendly service. The ice cream and macarons are delicious. Especially the chocolate one. If you are looking for a good flavor, you are at the right address.

The service and ambience were very good. And the ice cream is great by German ice cream standards. It's filled with full of ice cream.

This is a famous gelato chain in Italy that I know very well. Unfortunately this particular shop seems to be badly managed: the flavors are not visible from the outside, the flavors are too limited and they don't respect the mission of this chain (salty popcorn has nothing to do with Italian tradition). They were out of half of the non-vegan flavors but this wasn't clearly displayed anywhere. The girl that served us was embarrassed but she was kind.
Overall I suggest that the management takes a trip to Italy and gets some inspiration there. Not everything is about money.

As a huge La Romana fan who has visited over seven locations in Italy, this was by far the worst experience. While the gelato's texture maintained the same silky, creamy goodness, that's about the only positive aspect.

The queue was very long due to the inefficiency of the staff. Surprisingly, two-thirds of the flavors were vegan. While vegan options are appreciated, the classical characteristics of gelato were lost, as the vegan flavors fell short. The cioccolato fondente was even a bit grainy. Furthermore, from the limited selection of six non-vegan flavors, three had already run out. This is unacceptable for a gelateria, especially considering there were still five hours left until closing time. Plus, how is it possible to run out of your signature flavour Crema 1947?!

Overall, it was a huge disappointment. It’s better to stick to La Romana locations in Italy.

The tastiest ice cream in the city! And the service was also great! The young boy was so kind, offered us to try before deciding :) I really appreciated this behavior. And the ice cream was fantastic. I chose chocolate, brownie and with haselnut. My husband chose mango and pistachio. He said pistachio was heavenly🫠. And I liked brownie a lot 🫠. Thanks ! There are seats inside and outside to sit. The prices are also okay. I took big size, costed 7 euro. I had chance to take 3-5 options. And big size was too big, to be honest. Next time I'd choose either middle or small.

The ice cream here is good compared to German standards. It was creamy and smooth, with genuine flavors. The matcha had an earthy taste, and the pistachio was subtle but not artificial. At 4€ for a small cone, it's rather pricey, but at least the portion is decent. The servers, however, are not particularly friendly.

We went there last week for some ice cream the. Good variety and service staff were friendly and patient. Taste was amazing & we loved it.

Looks nice from the outside. Service is slow and it was not clear if request was understood or not. Almost like old computer processing the task:) big disappointment is the size of the portions. Size S (2 scoops) is enormous, I cannot eat so much, so it is a waste of product. Would be happy to buy child portion, but it is sold only to children. Taste is okay but a bit artificial. I prefer the competitor on the same street!

Very cool place with nice staff. Delicious dessert, not too sweet.

There were many tasty gelato such as vanilla, coffee, citron etc. When you visit Dusseldorf, please stop by there.

OK, as a person who lived in Iran for 20-plus years, I am well aware of Iranian cuisine and hospitality, what we didn't find at all in SAFARAN restaurants,
specifically about hospitality,
The waiters were truly unfriendly
Like they are doing a favor by serving us,
The food was well made and delicious
But the prices were much higher than it should, I ordered a SALAD SHIRAZi that was priced 5.50€ and when they brought it
It was clear that it could cost them .50 cent.
One of the biggest problems
They didn't accept card payment
We had no chance except going out to an ATM machine to take cash for them,

In general, I will not go again to this restaurant and I don't recommend it to others,

Average, rice is good ,Meat not cooked well, waiter is asking for cash only. There is fly 🪰 inside the restaurant, smell not good.

Really nice Persian restaurant with amazing views and vibes. The food is quite delicious. We ordered Zareshq Murgh pulao and Lamb chullu kebab. In addition to this we got free appetizers: Egg plant and mint/coriander with cheese.

The taste was heavenly and filled with just the right amount of taste. The quantity of each dish is also good enough for one person respectively. The prices are okay but a bit on the expensive side. Must recommended Iranian restaurant.

I really enjoyed my lunch here. High standards of products, good quality, nice and quick service. Nice and pleasant environment. Original taste that I have never experienced in Europe yet. Strongly suggest

A really nice place to enjoy your waffle. Not many choices but enough for you to enjoy. Helpful team to guide you through your choice. Order and pay at cashier and they will then serve you your ordered.

I tried the Nutella waffle...its simple and nice. Had it with my non sugared coffee and the pair was perfect.

Not a big place or many tables available; so..will not recommend for a long get together chat with friends over the weekend...but for weekdays sure.

Went here a few days ago. The taste of food and the quality of service was great! Although, I did find the starters portions small. One waitress particularly was very kind and nice to us. The quality of food combined with the value of it, is on point. It was clean and comfortable to sit there. I recommend

I am no expert on Persian cuisine, but we enjoyed our weekend lunch. Specially since it's a change from the usual taste palate.
The complementary bread that came as a starter was cold though, not sure what is the norm in this cuisine.
The lamb shank on the bone (#34) was nicely tender, the herb rice with beans was nice, and I liked the bitter-savoury taste of the cooked preserved lemon, lentil lamb curry/stew (maybe #32), even though the lamb in that curry was not so tender and boneless solid pieces like most European restaurants, suited to Europeans. I Loved the savoury yoghurty drink the most!

Oh and payment is cash only. I think it'd be nice if they include card payment.

Service was so kind. We loved rice and eggplant. Portions were big. Meats were soft and delicious. Making reservation was easy over their website. It would great if there is a card payment option. Really recommend!

Definitely the best ice cream in Düsseldorf. Love the flavors that they have and usually they bring a new flavor every month. I normally judge the ice cream shops on their Vanilla flavor and the one here is amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough
