Taco Bell owners aren't you ashamed of such prices??? 35.5 ron for a mess of so-called "deal offer" that contains a so small cheese burrito, a super small portion of defrosted fries with no taste and a glass of juice 90% water? Besides that, waiting time 25 minutes until the order was ready??
I will file a complaint with the consumer protection for what you are doing!! Apart of that, I will make sure that all my friends know about the experience in your shop and I hope you will wake up to reality, there are much better offers on the market than your horrible "deal offer".

Ordered home, the portions are very small, the taste is bland compared to other tacos or burritos and it's to expensive for what it sells. You eat something from them and in an hour you get hungry again. Do not recommend, avoid it.
Hot bites without chicken. Burger is impossible to eat... one star for cola drink.
This fast-food place is at its best when you eat in. Go for the duo box – it's a good deal with their top menu items. The nachos are awesome, especially with those great sauces. Even though it's a bit cramped, the dining area is comfy and clean.

My friend with 2 small kiss ordered Kentucky chicken and strips+fries and when she was about to get the order she was told they cannot make the order without more explanation. As a Romanian speaker I had to go and understand what was going on. The chicken was being fried and was taking about 15 min to get it ready. First of all,they should manage orders so they don't run out of items,second,they should clearly inform customer about the waiting time,third -they should not remove the order from the "prepare" screen.forth- the ketchup wasn't included,he had to go back and pay for it, considering they were made to wait 15-20 min,they should have offered it for free

Worst burger i ever had dont try this its very dangerous
I tried to order on a cashier but instead I was sent to the automate mashine to make the order. Im not a common user and so I strugled but I made and order. I could not find everything I wanted. I order something else... few minutes after, the cashier with a person was already open. This is not concern with the customer.
This taco bell changed my life. I am now quitting my job and eating here everyday. Would be 5 stars but this was so good I cannot eat any other food anymore, everything else tastes bad. Looking forward to my next Taco Bell meal today.
5 lei booster sandwich and is exactly half of what it was a couple of months ago (when it was 3.5 lei). Payed 3 lei for a big menu and the coke was half empty. Crispies were extremely dry. No napkins. Got garlic mayo instead of normal mayo as we asked.

The food was not labled so we did not know what each of us ordered, we had to cut each piece and yet still it was unclear... Because the taste was very alike.
Taste wise and flavour - they almost all tasted the same..the beef burrito was the only one that had made a difference in flavour.
Mexican food is really tastfull and surprising in its flavours.. Unfortunately i cannot say the same about what we had.

The meat tastes very good and nicely seasoned, good for a fast food craving.
Extremely slow and incapable staff, they got my order 3 times wrong, fries were cold and not enjoyable at all. The drinks machine was pouring water, the manager called the guy to fix the machine but nothing happened even after 20mins, there were a lot of people complaining about it then The cashiers were ordered to not give the plastic cup to customers, but they still did. I guess the communication and team work is very bad between them, no one takes the other serious, they kept playing around while 50 people were waiting for their food…
I’ve asked for a chessy bacon buritto witch french fries and i received no cup to fill my drink and also i received nachos instead of french fries. As a side note i was the only customer and 5 couriers and i waited 15 minutes and all couries had priority for some reason. Just don t come to dine in here. Unpleasent staff and unprofesional!
Hmm, I don t know what can I say about this...maybe bad gestioned by the local chief of this location! All Taco Bell locations are the same bad and slow services! I don t taste their products but I can say something about very good and tasty ones! Visit guys for a better and tasty experience Rustic restaurant or order from there at your houses! This is the first time I order from Taco Bell. I have visited another franchise in UK a year ago, but the place was so depressing (in Brighton! The irony!) I have chosen to eat some place else. In the case of this restaurant, it is one of the busiest restaurants of the Mall. So I thought to myself, the locals know better.
The employees are quick. A lot quicker than the McDonald's staff. The food was nice to my taste, although I have chosen only the beef version. My favorite is the crunchy pack.

I was really not impressed with the quality of the food. The tacos were cold except for the meat that is at the bottom. The cheese is suppose to melt, but here it was vaguely sprinkled on top. The fries were also not well cooked. The only plus side is that you have unlimited drinks.
The burritos are great, the place is nice and clean and the staff is cool. Only complaints are that the food portions are not all that big (although you do get free drink refills!) and that it can take a bit longer than usual for your order to be prepared. The tacos are also not that great.
Good food. The place looks great, like expected from Taco Bell. There was a bit of a queue, but not too long. A good option for a quick bite while in the area.
I liked it because it is good to have a new fast food option .... the service is fast ...but to be honest it is not even close to the original recipes.... but as a change, it won't hurt to get some from time to time ... they must work on their sauces more ...
