Such a beauty in Salzburg, situated between other tourist attractions plus you don’t need a ticket to check on the garden. I am also lucky it is just a few steps from my hotel.

Historically glorified, Mirabelle palace of Salzburg, is known for its beautiful gardens with vibrant flowers. Flowers are curved into the ground in beautiful designs making it more enchanting. The rose garden with the leaf covered wall was favourite of the visitors!

Striking tower that is a part of the fortress, can only be seen from the exterior.

Absolutely gorgeous gardens. The entry to the palace and gardens are free. I went on Sunday and couldn't access the palace. However I had been to concert a day earlier and got to see the staircase and marble room which were nice.
The highlight was the garden. It was beautifully done. The sound of music was shot here so special significance. Try to get there as soon as it opens to avoid crowds

Saw this from the Motzartplatz and had to go the next day. If you like history you will love this place. Great views all around.
The grounds around the outside of the palace were beautiful. Flowers in bloom, elaborate fountains flowing, and the weather was amazing. Sad we got there too late to see the inside.

Beautiful well maintained gardens! For sound of music lovers this must be your first stop.
Very colourful gardens but amazing backdrop with the city views & cathedral buildings. Free entry.
Only downside is you have to pay 50c for the toilet, I don't understand why it's not free.

This place is definitely a pearl of Salzburg! The garden is spectacular with its perfect symmetry. I also liked the dwarfs garden - they are so cute and each one has its own history.
The palace is also accessible and it’s free, but all the rooms are under administrative use so I only saw the corridors and the stairs but it definitely worth visiting.
The access to the garden and to the palace is free but if you want to use the bathroom it costs 0,50€.

When visiting Salzburg, my wife and I first walked to the beautiful gardens, from where there is a beautiful view of the castle. The gardens are magnificent in June, when we visited them, the vegetation and flowers were beautiful.
The Mirabell manor with all its outbuildings and garden monuments is on the UNESCO list as the Historic Center of the City of Salzburg.

Just wow! This place is truly gorgeous!! I strongly believe indeed it is the most beautiful monument you can find in Salzburg! I don't know if you can access the palace itself, but even just the garden is truly spectacul! What I couldn't really understand, since you have to pay to access the other monuments in the city, this one is completely FREE...
