The people working inside window 1 are looking for cash tips in order to do their job.
They should all take a walk down to building 79 AA cargo to experience and learn how to operate in 2024.

It's the worst place to pick up loads. 6 or more hours for a single load. Drivers, get a lot of patience before you show there, or cancel it before.

HORRIBLE! how is my driver there for 4 hours and is still not loaded?! Clearly this new “supervisor” is doing a great job 🙄

The sender has a complete mess in the organization, very unfriendly and very, very slow working people. Live queue. I stood there for 4 hours to get the door. After that I stood at 8:00 waiting for loading, it’s simply impossible. In addition, it is not possible to wait in the truck; you need to be near the truck on the ramp, otherwise they will not load it.

Very poor management! You'd think you're in a third world country! First of all there's limited staff when they open at 4am; maybe 2. Then one guy comes in with 20 AWB and occupies those 2 agents for the next 2 hours. Anyone behind those 2 customers definitely miss their cutoff for flight. They now open a booth in the warehouse to help but that's worst because they have you back and forth between the warehouse and office meanwhile people comes after you and get serviced. I don't understand how it takes 2 hours to pick something up from DASH. Will be making a complaint with delta

These places are getting ridiculous with all these self check in…. So with all that your human employees should be moving at a fast space….. 3hr wait for a door

Very bad customer service from the start woman @ front desk did not wanted to be asked any questions, no one there wants to be asked any question very rude they make believe your not there.
This comment I'm writing it July 27 2024.I really hope Delta does something about this out of everybody only one person from the forklift was trying to work @ a fast past but everybody else is like thay want the day to go by and do the less work they can.Very sad what's going on in this place.

I wish I could give No stars. I had my cat shipped here via emirates skycargo and it was a 45-hour flight, and they NEVER fed the cat or refill the water. It clearly says on the crate to refill the cat’s food and water and they never did either one! Extra food and water were provided but they covered it with the documents. BUT EVEN SO, their company allows shipment of live animals, they should’ve known that the cat needs to eat! 45-HOURS OF FLIGHT/LAYOVER and they never thought of feeding the cat or giving it water. The cat was very skinny when we got it from their office in Jamaica NY. UNBELIEVABLE! I want to file a formal complaint against them. And they didn’t even give me back the cat’s original documents, I tried to call their numbers and it says “press 1 for Emirates Sky Cargo” and if you press 1 or any other options, it’ll say “I do not understand your response” and do ir 3x and it just disconnects. INSANE. Worst experience with this company!

It is incredible to wait for approximately 3 hours to receive our cargo, and when they finally serve us, it turns out that they serve another person who arrived only 15 minutes before, why? for the simple reason that he received a $50 dollar to skip us. What a disappointment to know that in order to be well attended you have to pay the drivers who, logically, already receive a payment for doing their job WELL.

Very bad customer service, do not give your credit card information. Unreliable company.

Had them scheduled to assist in a move and aid they’d arrive between 8-9. Confirmed with them the night before.

Tried calling the morning of the move left multiple voicemail and never heard from them until almost noon.

Terrible service and rude on the phone, spoke with a TJ....? no cc around the building.
