Amazing place. Large portions, great food, and great service. Definetly hit the spot after a day at Disneyland!
Food was decent - ordered chicken garlic and veggie roles along with Mac salad . Seating are outdoor, no indoor seatings. However they have hawaiin articles and cookies. This is close by to Disney. I haven’t tasted authentic Hawaii cuisine, however this was a decent meal.

First time here was today. The staff was friendly, food was made to order, and the restaurant was super clean. Also, the food was super tasty to boot. Will be back!

WOW!!! This place is a GEM!! Staff was super nice. Food was excellent and wow the plates are huge. We’re from Vegas so it’s normally hard to beat. But damn stop by here if you’re hungry and looking for good food.😊😋

The food is good, not great.
We usually get the combo plate with short ribs, chicken, and beef.

Thry give you a lot of food. I feel like you get your money worth.
The cashier was rude when I was asking about one of the food items. The restaurant has Short Ribs on their menu, but the cashier told me that they don't sell Short Ribs. When I asked if they just ran out, the girl told me that they just don't sell them at all.. ummm, alright then. I wouldn't mind, but the attitude wasn't necessary. Good food portions, though.

Ordered through Uber. Chicken was good. Beef was so-so. But the amount of cabbage! Don't need to add that much to make it look like a lot of food. I know times are tough and understandably we have to cut down on portions but don't need to fake it. Photo was after eating a little bit of beef and a bite of chicken.

The service here is what made the experience. We went in after the lunch rush with our autistic daughter. She can be a handful in restaurants, and we don't like to make any other diners lunch less enjoyable. The servers here we're excellent they expedited our daughters lunch made sure we had everything we needed.

Austen at this location was truly amazing! He knew it was our first time and took the reins so we had a chance to try all the good stuff. He was so friendly and really made sure we had a great dinner. The service was great, the food was tasty and came out fast! The rolls are legendary and so is the brisket! We will be back.
Amazing experience, took the family to eat here. I have little ones and they were amazing in their service! Definitely recommend this place.

Really good portion size for the price ! You get your money's worth however I do agree the rice is just plain white rice but with the many flavors from the meats it's still good. Would recommend to stop by! The cashier with glasses was very sweet and welcoming!
Upon entering, this place was a lot smaller than I imagined. There is no indoor eating area. There are tables outside that I believe they share with neighboring stores. There was a lot of Mickey Mouse memorabilia that was pretty cool to see. They had a soda fountain machine, but it said coming soon.

We were greeted right away, the place wasn't too busy when we arrived. The lady who took our order was super nice and actually asked us how our day was going. I find that rare nowadays.

We ordered:

1. 2 item teri pork and beef with mac salad - the mac potato salad was a little peppery but addicting. The meat was well marinated and tender. Portions weren't bad. I feel like I ran out of rice and mac salad pretty fast.

2. Chicken katsu all rice - Chicken katsu was crispy, and katsu sauce paired well. It was comparable to L&L. Wasn't amazing but decent.

Overall, the food was good. It hits the spot when you are craving Hawaiian food. I can't wait to come back and try their other items.

It was Father's Day and we had reservations for our group of seven. We were seated promptly on the patio as per request. The staff was very attentive and answered any questions cheerfully.Às our dinners arrived, we were all ready for some tasty; B-B-Q. Everyone agreed that; the Baby Back Ribs, Tri Tip, Brisket and all the Vegetables were great!!! I

ordered the Ribeye Steak along with one of my sons. We both found it be very Salty!!! Believe me, I'll not make that mistake again. Other than that, I found the steak to be of good quality and taste. Do me a favor and leave the, Salt in the cupboard.

We had 4 in our party. We did not have reservations, but it only took 15 min or so to be seated at 6pm on a Saturday. We were seated next to the bar so it was kind of loud. Our waiter was good and checked on us often. Everyone thought the food was very good. I had the tri tip, the others had the ribs. No complaints on the sides. All of us had alcoholic beverages and the final bill was around $175.

I got combination of beef and short rib beef bbq for $ 20, come with macaroni salad, rice and veggies. Honestly its over price for me but i know everything expensive right now.
Beef is okay, soft and a bit salty.

One of the best meals around Disney and the Convention Center! They offer a robust menu of Hawaiian food and drinks. The serving sizes are extremely generous and the quality of the food was very savory compared to park food. If you can fit it into your schedule give it a try!

This is my first time trying Ono Hawaiian bbq. Overall walk in experience to place order on the counter sometime may wait up to 5 minutes depending on the time of the day you place order. The wait time to pickup order was quite long and slower which I understand that it is not made ready till customer order. I will say usually wait time for a food is average about 20 minutes to pickup the order during lunch or dinner time.

I have to say the food is huge portion and it has promo which changes frequently. Recently I got the Aloha spicy fish and to my surprise food portion is huge for me. I was able to finish everything.

The only thing I don’t like is the sauce (which taste awkward and not the sauce I normally eat as growing up as Asian)

Place was jumpin! Great service. Only reason for 4 stars on the food is because the beef ribs were served charred, too burnt to enjoy. But they did get me a new pair of ribs, and deducted the ribs from the bill at the end even though they got me new ribs. Great Peach Cobbler as well, steamin' hot! Highly recommend.

Earl was the absolute BEST server we’ve had. He was personable, attentive, and genuine. We had a sleeping 2 year old and he was even trying to ensure she was comfortable and happy. This guy represents your company so well. Earl is our go-to server from now on!
To be honest, we tried food much better before. The food here is only served in to-go containers, which is quite inconvenient for dining in. Teriyaki chicken was pretty good, but everything else was mediocre, especially the tasteless rice.
Great food fresh and great portion sizes. Stopped on one last day at Disney and really thought we should have stopped sooner. Highly recommend after a day at the park. Pictured was the Teri chicken and shrimp.

Classy and elegant bbq restaurant. We came in around 5pm and it wasn’t that busy and the hospitality we got was superb. Very welcoming and our server was attentive. Food was delicious. I forgot to take a picture of our food, but remembered when we ordered our dessert. Great place to dine at with your significant other and enjoy the meal.
I came here to pick up my cousin food order for her baby shower since she loves this place. She placed the catering order where it will feed up to 100 people so it was a big order and she selected the pickup time to be 11am when they officially open. I came early but went next door to Starbucks until close to their official opening time. I went inside at around 10:50am and told them I was there for a big order. The lady working the cashier didn't see the name on their computer so she went to ask the manager and he said they were already working on the big order. The workers are very nice and help me put the order in my trunk and it fit, thank goodness for a Honda Accord. The order consist of Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, Chicken Katsu, Kalbi Short Ribs, Macaroni Salad, Crab Rangoon and mix salad. The guest favorite were the Short Ribs, macaroni salad and BBQ chicken. Everyone enjoyed the catering food and some were happy to take some to go as well.
This place was AMAZING!!! I came to Anaheim for vacation and I had been wanting to try Hawaiian food for months. I had been trying to come and eat here for a few days and I'm glad I came before I left. I will tell you I binged!!!

The Chicken Katsu was amazing, Ribs were amazing, and the Beef Patties with Egg and Gravy were unexpectedly delicious. I got Spam Musubi but I forgot I don't like seaweed 😂 My friend ate it and he thought it was amazing!

I highly recommend it!!!

It took like half an hour for some Spam musubi. And chicken Terriyaki and crab rangoon. They packed us to go when I ordered it for there. They were pretty busy so I can understand. Pretty good food overall

This meal is/was ridiculous. A generous portion has me full with still a few bites left. Every piece of meat was tender and delicious. I would order here again, in a second.

Chose this place without expectation after hours of play time at Kid's Empire, an indoor playground nearby. We were tired and hungry and ready to grub. Guess what? THE FOOD WAS BOMB!!!

My son and I shared the CHICKEN COMBO -Chicken Katsu and Chicken Teriyaki with rice and macaroni salad. Huge portion. Chicken was cooked perfectly and Mac salad was on point! I'd order it again.

My husband enjoyed his SEAFOOD PLATTER -Fried Shrimp, fried fish with rice mac salad. Huge portion too. They also had boba drinks. We tried the mango slush with Boba and was a little sweet for my liking but still good.

Customer service was great! The young girl who took out order was nice and helpful and the older lady who maybe the owner was really nice and offered us water and check on us making sure we were okay.

Will be back if we are in the area.

So good, even the mac salad is so tasty I went back after eating my combo to get a side of 4 scoops of it. Shrimp/BBQ chicken combo was plenty for a big appetite. Make sure you try their katsu and hot sauce with the shrimp. Be cautious to put your sauce lids on tight, maybe I’m just accident prone but it spilled all over in my bag and napkins - but that’s really my fault. BBQ chicken is thigh meat over a bed of steamed broccoli and cabbage which is a plus. Fresh and hot, service from the front end staff stellar and friendly, really great despite the big crowds and groups there
This was my first stop immediately out of the airport. You can’t find spots like these in the East coast and this place did not disappoint. Garlic chicken was crispy but not too sticky or hard to eat, small bite sizes were perfect. Was skeptical about portion sizes of rice and Mac salad but it ended up being plenty. Even during the busy lunch hour, there were free tables outside. Food seems made to order and only took a few minutes. Lovely service and patient with my indecision lol

Tasty food + huge portion sizes! Got a combination chicken katsu and chicken bbq plate to share with my fiancée, and it was huge. We had enough leftovers to be 1 person's meal for me (leftovers ended up taking her 2 meals to finish). Also got the spam musubi which were exactly what I wanted and 2 for ~4.50 so solid deal. Fast casual vibe. They were playing The Flash TV series so we enjoyed it while we ate too 😆. Def would recommend

Wow!
This is huge!! Very serious portions..Two times i was unable to finish their platter 🙈..Very good food and chill atmosphere..Don't expect fine dining, but it's a great value for the money😃.
ONO!!! If you’re craving some really authentic Hawaiian ono food this is the spot! The garlic chicken hit home and was better than zippys or a lot of other places back on the island. Uncle Viko isn’t messing around when to comes to quality food and quality service! For everyone that goes to Disneyland this is a must stop! It’s located literally across from Disneyland right where the drop off area is on
S. Harbor blvd. The Ambiance has only Hawaiian vibes and has all the favorite Hawaiian Sun drinks! I picked up a pack of the strawberry lilikoi and the garlic friend chicken with a spam musubi was a perfect combo with it. Again please support local and I highly recommend the food here whether you’re a huge fan of hawaiian food or if you’re unsure you’re a fan yet this spot will make you a fan! Definitely coming back before I head back home and I Can’t wait for them to open one closer to my house in North Hollywood!!
I absolutely love this place! 🤩 Every time I come to Anaheim I have to come here!
The food is absolutely delicious! 💯
I get the Chicken and Beef Musubi every time. The Adobo was absolutely delicious, just falls apart in the best way. The Mac salad was soooo good, hands down the best ever! It's definitely way better than Onu Hawaiian BBQ. The staff are amazing and so kind! 5 stars from me!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
FALSE ADVERTISING!!! WORST EXPERIENCE picking up food from an online order EVER. I was fooled by this place. IT IS NOT A RESTAURANT!!! It is a poor quality cafeteria window that disperses premade microwaved meals into lockers that your order is assigned to and you receive the food from. No humans present to speak to. Felt like I was in some kind of "lost in space" horror movie. The food looked terrible and the place clearly lied about what it is. No one there to get a refund from, so I am having to dispute the charge to get my money back from this scam. The food is abysmal. I would have got a better meal at a 7-Eleven. Shame on this falsely advertised microwave junk and the other FAKE RESTAURANTS whose food is also microwaved ad deposited in the same lockers. Disgusting cafeteria!

Absolutely loved it. Food was excellent, atmosphere nice, sat us quickly, prices reasonable and our server Hunter was A+. What more can you ask for?
I have lived in this area for over 2 years and today I decided to try it out. First off let me say, I am very satisfied with the customer service they provide here. Since it was my first time here I had to ask for a suggestion from Gio(the cashier). Gio was extremely helpful and polite. He not only made a great suggestion but he also went above and beyond by getting me a sample of their chicken and macaroni salad. All of their plates comes with one side of macaroni salad and two sides of rice. I got the #1 which comes with two different styles of chicken, one was grilled to perfection and the other was chrispy fried. Its was delicious. Hawaiian King BBQ is a mom/pop restaurant they have been at this location for almost 11years. 10 out of 10!!! If you are looking for a good meal come here!
Surprisingly this place is actually really good. Ordered the #21 with musubi roll, they were both really tasty. May not overwhelm you with flavors but has the right amount to be satisfying. They also serve boba here and recommend the Thai tea. I've seen some bad reviews, but the good out weigh the bad. And I'm sure they're improving on their quality standard.

Side note
The staff here are very welcoming and friendly.

The staff is super friendly and this is the closest I can get to Hawaiian bbq. The hubby was homesick from the islands so he said that the loco moco is legit so there you go. The food is fresh upon made to order. Love ordering their musubi yeah they don’t offer refills but that’s okay honestly the food is great better then l&l just a heads up

Ordered a loco moco.
Hamburger was over cook and dry out.
Gravy was terrible. It’s not hard to make a simple brown gravy.
What I got was a thicker Version of a katsu sauce.
Thin layer of rice, which all this sat on, and small scoop of Mac salad.
Being born and raised on the north shore of Oahu,
This is not a Hawaiian plate lunch.

Came down here to visit in-laws for the weekend and needed something for lunch. We normally pick up McDonald's or Raising Cane's for the kids and something different for us, but this time we decided to just stop at one place for everyone since it would be easier and faster.

We hadn't eaten at Ono Hawaiian since we lived in Sunnyvale four years ago and found this location while yelping for nearby Hawaiian food. Having loved Ono back when we lived in NorCal we decided to stop by this location and give it a try, especially since it was only 10 minutes away from our destination.

The restaurant is located in a newish and modern looking plaza, close to Disneyland and route 22. The outside looks nice and clean and has some seating, while the inside is just as clean and chic. It wasn't that busy when I went in and it only took a few minutes for me to order. Waiting on your food will take a while depending on what or how much you order as well as how busy they are.

There are 2 young guys manning the registers and orders, while a third is doing the cooking. Even though they seemed to be quite short staffed with only the 3 of them, they did great handling the constant stream of traffic going in and out.

The food is just as great as we remember it and packed neatly with utensils and napkins in the bag. They don't skimp on the sauce here. They ask you what you would like and they give you how many you ask for. The young guy calling out the order numbers was also manning the registers while still having time to be friendly and polite.

Decided to eat here while visiting a client in the area and was pleasantly surprised on the food quality and taste. I find a lot of Hawaiian BBQ spots to be overly salty but this one was perfect

Would recommend this place to everyone if you’re looking for delicious food. Would come back again
This place was very tasty and they brought the aloha spirit! We recently stayed in Hawaii for a month and this place reminds me of our stay. The food has great flavor and good size portions. They recommend the feast and the garlic chicken which I also recommend. The garlic chicken has a little sweet taste which we loved. Must try place across the street from Disney

As I entered looking at the menu thinking of what to order, all I saw was how costly everything was compared to other hawaiian bbq places I've been to. My lunch break was short. No time to think of another place so just ordered the chicken bbq plate and my goodness did i feel like it was a buffet!!
Most places especially during Covid has cut down on portions etc which i don't blame but this place didn't let that change the way they make their customers bellys & their pockets happy!! I was surprised of rhe portion and I was a super duper happy girl!
Now, the next thing to ponder....was it good then? More surprised to also add that it sure was. Not too salty compared to another I have been to. In fact, very similar to my favorite Ono Hawaiian that i usually go to but a much larger portion! Tried my coworkers beef one and that was good too but i think their chicken is better.
Macaroni salad, rice and cabbage is generic which I don't care much for and teriyaki sauce was also good and not too salty compared to other places.
This is going to be one of my favorite stops especially when im starving!! Thanks guys!!
For completely frozen, pre-cooked, and mix it up good it was decent. For the price... NEVER AGAIN!! I could go to the market, get the exact same ingredients, and make a meal for an entire family for what they charged for 1 meal.

PRECOOKED, FROZEN FOODS!!!

Oh, and don't forget the "cook" and also the "boss" poor the food to heat up, touched the computer, phone, counters, credit cards, and dished the orders WITHOUT even once washing their hands or putting on gloves!!!
