Love shopping at Gucci and this store did not disappoint. Very large selection of everything. Customer service outstanding!

I had a lovely experience at this location because Carlos provided excellent customer service and was able to answer my questions in regards to the Ophidia collection. Carlos was easy to talk to and was kind to offer me and my boyfriend refreshments twice. My boyfriend bought me an Ophidia GG Small Shoulder Bag in Dusty Blue, which is truly a unique color for Gucci! I'm glad I have another favorite Gucci store location since my favorite one in Vegas changed locations/downsized their inventory. I'm looking forward to visiting this location for future purchases!

Amazing service and my advisor was awesome. Very honest and brought out multiple selections. I ended up with a long pair of men's shorts, a pair of joggers, and a button up.
Loved the assistance and the advisor made the experience fun and enjoyable. Even though I live in another state, I Will only order from him

came here with my mom on a mother daughter trip. staff were rude when we decided not to purchase a pair of sneakers, brushing us off and barely speaking to us. basically don’t come here unless you are ready for them to talk down to you when something simply isn’t comfortable.

We were there for valentines day shopping, carlos was super good at customer service by helping us. He help us to find out the right shoes.
The "new" Macy's is what it is. Great staple for the latest hot fashion and classic pieces that are high end with the price to match.

Unpleasant salesperson who treated me completely differently from the customer before me. The salesperson treated the white lady in front of me in an entirely different manner than how she treated me.

We were both returning an online purchase that was both in a box it was shipped in. To the white woman in front she took the box, unwrapped the product, made small talk, and asked how she wanted her return. She even took the box the customer had brought in and offered to toss it for her. The salesperson even walked out from behind the cashier to hand the receipt and her credit card personally to her.

Then it was my turn. The salesperson didn't say a word. Waited for me to open the box and hand her the receipt. Did not ask me how I wanted to my return so I told her I wanted a giftcard. She walked behind the counter to process the return. She then just placed the receipt and giftcard on the counter without saying a word. There was no offer to toss the box I brought in. I was shocked at how different her demeanor was.

What could I have possibly done to offend her when I walked in with the first customer together? Was it because I was Asian? Truly unpleasant return experience.
The store is very nice with a variety of products, with pleasant salespeople, especially in the shoe area, in the Creed brand perfumery area, the salesperson is stubborn, aggressive, not at all pleasant with the customer. I finally ended up buying where they treated me well.

Saks steals. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE. I ordered a 20-piece cutlery set and they delivered only 5-pieces. After spending over an hour on the phone and sending photo evidence, Saks rejected the refund. I now have to call back and deal with it again. I am reporting to BBB . Avoid the headache and the store.

Agent was nice, courteous and pleasant. Even though she was not supposed to accept my Returns due to final sale policy, she did anyway. I didn't see the final sales sign during purchase and for that am Happy and grateful. Thanks
I Received an email stating that my package was delivered and my account was billed and after many phone calls telling the store that I had not received the item. I had to contact senior leadership. As it turns out the item never left the store and I had to write a letter to the CEO explaining what had happened and how they charge my account for an item that never shipped.
This has happened to me THREE times. And I have to fight tooth and nail to get my account credited for the clothing
I love the to shop at Sax but I think it’s time to cut the Sax credit card and move on to Neiman Marcus

Friendly and quick service! A woman and man assisted I forgot their names. I had very limited time to shop before my flught and they were very attentive. They are also one of the only stores open at 11 am on Sunday in Union Square so that was a huge plus. I absolutely love my new Gucci Diana jumbo GG mini tote bag

8/3/21: The place was only OK. I did not have a great experience. The sales guy at 11 am was only partially adequate. He answered my questions fine, but he was so subdued & not congenial, I was not impressed at all. Their men's offerings were scant. If the sales guy wants to make a commission from me, he'll have to work much harder. Otherwise I will show him by trying items on in their store but then buying the items online & having the items delivered to the store 🏬 for pick up, & I will let them all know I did it so they would not earn commission but still see 🙈 👁️👁️ that I bought the items I tried on in their 🏬. Those people need to be shown who's the boss of your wallet! I spent $3,800 at Fendi that same day with my appreciative & friendly sales man. The Gucci sales guy needs to learn how to be a proper sales man or he will never make a commission from me. I know the power of my 💰🤑. And another thing: the Gucci sales guy or anyone there did not offer me refreshments. They should have offered me at least 💦 water. I am always offered refreshments at my normal shops: Valentino, Fendi, Tiffany & Co., & Louis Vuitton. Not offering me water 💧 was rude. 4/28/23: Once again, a sales boy was barely attentive & was probably so self-consumed he could barely offer the attention & assistance I require when I'm in a high street type of shop. I was once again not impressed by the staff or by the scant men's clothing selection.

Worse customer service I have experienced at a high end retail. They keep the customers outside without explaining why. The store only had one customer inside. I had called them beforehand to make sure they are open and they confirmed they are. Going there I was told by the staff at the door to wait outside. I assumed it was Covid related. After 10 minutes of waiting asked her what is the reason as I only saw one customer inside and she said it was a decision by manager and she doesn't know what the reason is. Worse than that this was my third attempt to go to the store. On Monday went there and someone inside told me they are remodeling and will be open. On Wednesday went there and there was a post mentioning the store will be open on Thursday. Today I called to make sure they are open and went there and they kept me outside for 10 minutes w/o any explanation. I would give 0 star if I could but seems like that is not an option. They lost a loyal customer solely due to bad customer service.
I meant this review for the Prada shop inside Neiman Marcus. I went in on 1/29/21. It is a small shop. I saw things online & went to see them in person. I had a nice chat with the salesman, Jayson. I am sad that Prada closed its large store in San Francisco, but he said he would help me. He was nicer than the ladies at the Prada shop in Saks 5th Avenue, so I will use his services. I buy lots of Prada, so I was glad he will be a great sales person for me. He was friendly.

When we stepped in the store, two sales people with a lovely smile gave us champagne.
They are all friendly, patient and not pushy at all. We went to second floor to try on some men shoes. Gia was so nice, and not following us all the time, which made the shopping experience comfortable and relaxing.
I tried different shoes and each time I asked, she also brought some other similar style of shoes and let me try on. When we were waiting, a gentleman came to us with some chocolates, different flavors. After a while, more champagne. That’s so attentive.
We actually went to some other luxury brand stores the same day and the experience here is the best.

A special "thank you" to Jackie at the Ferragamo store on Post Street for finding my beautiful white Varina Ballet flats! I could not find this color and my size anywhere (I even called the Ferragamo company directly) but Jackie told me she would and she delivered. I also want to thank Becky who assisted me when Jackie was not working, and Ruby who double checked the date my shoes were actually sent (yes, I bought a pair of beige Varina ballet flats too) by UPS. Thank you again from 2,000 miles away.

Very beautiful place for just to know. Great and expensive brands you can to find here. But you don’t see a lot of attendants in the store.

I’m only giving the star just cause I really love the brand. Otherwise I wouldn’t have even bothered. The service by the Korean gentleman at the store was ridiculously poor. He handled my purchase so badly like he would handle something that you purchase out of a wet market store. So shocking as he was rather rude and stuck up for I’m a lady who just came in and bought what I liked in like 5 minutes. While he took a good half hour to give me my purchase which wasn’t even properly boxed, the recipe which was crushed into the envelope, clearly had a new piece but I caught he stuffing the display one into the box and no dust bag was given and product info. Very disappointing and he can’t even communicate as he just refuses to acknowledge or talk!

Why 4 Star? Ferragamo is my favorite shoe brand and have been wearing them for the last 20 years. A young gentleman that works at the men's shoes seem cold and stuck up. There was another man in the store well dressed in a suit which he gave 100% full attention and left after 20 minutes and never bought anything. Possibly because I was just wearing jeans, hoodie and Chuck Taylor's. The Sales clerk never said a word to me nor knowledge my presence. My partner and I was about to leave and finally Marie another sale clerk ask me if I needed help. After an hour or so, I purchased 4 pairs of shoes and two belts are being shipped to me. She even gave us bubbly water and champagne. 5-stars to Marie. I don't see why high-end retail workers should have an attitude - after all they are hired to make a sale.
