My short time with The Midtown Group has been exceptional! The management team (especially Dave), is transparent, approachable, and conveys a genuine concern for the employees' well-being and professional development. My colleges are phenomenal and the flexible work hours gives me a healthy balance between my professional and personal life.

As a newly onboarded staff member with Midtown, I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity! To directly communicate & work with these residents, it warms my heart. The saddened faces that walk through that door, often end the evening with a gracious smile followed by constant appreciation from the residents. "God bless you" seems to be one of my favorites, because God did bless me with this opportunity to help others that are now in a predicament I could once relate to, but he also blessed them with a great opportunity & team, especially SAMU.

Midtown is a great company to work for the company has always been straightforward with every assignment . I really like working for them. I have been a lead since day one. And I have worked under DHS Niko and she was the best.

The Ford Agency Will threaten not to pay your weekly salary despite federal state/local laws regarding payroll payments.

I spoke to a recruiter by the name of Trisha who was very disingenuous and unhelpful. I was looking for a temporary position and she goes to tell me that my current experience and that my work history is antiquated. regardless of the fact that I have a master degree In said field. Tricia is incompetent #Trash company and poor customer service !!!!!!!

I have dealt with Tina Lee, who is conscientious, on time, returns phone calls and messages, responsive, and extremely pleasant. She also has a great sense of humor, seems to understand the neuroses of creative people, and brings much humanity to her job.

I needed assistance finding a job so I decided to reach out to this staffing agency. A lady named Stephanie picked up the phone and told me that she received my application and would soon give me a call back later that day. She stuck to her word and called back, telling me that my resume was great. To my surprise she then asked me what my race was which was African American. Once I gave her this information she sucked her teeth in disapproval and rushed me off the phone stating that she had a meeting in a few minutes. I patiently waited for the call back and never received it. After an additional week I called back. Another lady again asked for my race and sternly told me that they don't assist "blacks" in the community and hung up the phone.

I have no patience for agencies who judge people based on their race. It is disgusting and needs to stop! I WILL NEVER CONTACT THIS AGENCY AGAIN.

The team at Ford was a massive help to me and worked tirelessly to match me with some great clients. I would highly recommend contacting their staff if you are looking for work in the DMV.

Will schedule calls with you and won't respond afterwards. Look elsewhere for better, more attentive staffing firms

Wow!! I just got off the phone with Diana, who is the Founder/President of the Ford agency, and it was an overwhelmingly great experience.

To make a long story short, I had a small mix up with an employee on the phone and Diana gave me a call to follow up on the matter.

She not only atoned for the mix up, but also gave me extraordinary customer service. Diana is very serious when she says that customer service is very important to her and her team at the Ford Agency.

I will be sure to continue to sing Diana's praises anytime a colleague or co-worker asks me about the Ford Agency. Thanks again Diana!

UPDATE: I gave them a 4 star review. The Ford Agency amended the issues that had transpired. Even though there was an issue of when I was exiting the position, one of Ford representatives reached out to me, and they requested me to work for the last of my two weeks, even though it was 4 to 5 hours.

I gave them a three stars for a reason.

Good company in regards to you finding employment fast, if you have a good amount of skills and experience.

But communication towards the end of employment was not so great.

Now I understood before hand that putting in my two weeks notice was also contingent upon them finding my replacement.

But what bothers me is, that I found out by the company that they have the contract with when my last day was as oppose to them sending an e-mail to me of when my last day would be.

That put me out of work for a week and we all know how much of week's difference that can be.

Good company to work for, but beware of communication concerns.

I have worked with The Ford Agency for more than 10-years and have always found them to be a great company; professionally managed and staffed. I have hired a number of their candidates over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of their temporary staff.

AWFUL!!! Got an e-mail about a position to which I applied asking for a good time to talk. I said 2:00 pm. No one replied. After 2:00 pm had passed, I contacted them. Janet said one of her staff would call me the next week. No one did. The week after that, I called and left a message. I received an e-mail that the company decided to hire internally. Why do they work with such unreliable companies then?!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

It is possible to get an interview call with just the listings provided on their website after they submit you to a firm. In my experience, the odds get much higher when you are working closely with one of their recruiting agents.

AVOID this staffing agency at all cost. Janet and her staff will make you waste your time interviewing for positions that do not even exist. They will get upset with you for asking normal questions or simply following up after not hearing back from them for weeks. Very unprofessional company with questionable hiring practices. They even erased their old business profile on Google Maps so people would not be able to see all the terrible reviews they’ve received over the years.

They're awesome! The day of my interview, they already had me working. Now I'm working full time with a client!
I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for temp or temp to hire positions.

Relaxed work atmosphere, responsive employers.

My experience with Profiles as a candidate was wonderful. Nancy DiScullio was the consummate professional. She took the time to meet with me in person and constantly kept in touch with me throughout the process. When I was a hiring manager, I constantly used Profiles, as I consider them the gold standard in hiring and recruiting.

I loved working with Profiles! They are great at keeping you updated throughout the process, giving you tips before you meet with the potential employer and they are very friendly. The onboarding process is smooth! Profiles is one of the best staffing firms I have worked with. They don't let you fall off their radar and have excellent communication.

Profiles found me when I wasn't actively looking for a job, but when you get head hunted it never hurts to take the interview. Nancy was fantastic! The position fit my skill set, but Profiles also stressed the importance of office culture and other factors in determining if this was the right move. They worked around my busy schedule to set up interviews, made me feel prepped and prepared, and handled the negotiations once I got the offer. It was great to have a professional to talk things through and they were always readily available if I needed them. A wonderful experience and I love my new job!

I worked primarily with Elissa throughout my experience at Profiles and she was very consistent and renewed my faith in the recruiting process. Wow they are awesome. Upon arriving to DC, I had a whole summer ahead of me with no plans before starting my PhD in the fall. Out of 6 agencies, the Ford agency was the fastest to get me placed and working. I've made hundreds of dollars that my husband and I weren't even expecting.
