BEWARE! Do not apply here. Per request, I sent required tax form, personal information that included my SSN via email to the recruiter. This is not a secure process and the recruiter Winnie Leeks requested it before the interview. I thought I was going to begin employment asap. The recruiter had her camera off during the interview and I was interrogated from the senior staff Christine Hudson with questions about my previous roles and experience. I was ghosted and haven't heard from the recruiters since my application. NRI is not a secure or ethical staffing agency.

RPStaffing honestly was a blessing and it was a blessing that was received and given to me at the perfect time. I cannot thank RPStaffing enough for all that they have done for me. They truly are amazing and this is the absolute best agency to work with and for because they will definitely show up and show out for you. I would one thousand percent recommend this company to so many others. They care and they are patient and they listen and these are outstanding qualities to have.

Alex was one of the best recruiters I have worked with. He guided me through every step of the process making sure that someone was available while he was out. Response were prompt and literally gave me great advice on how to secure a position with a particular company. Extremely thankful.

Palmer Staffing provides excellent and efficient service. In particular, Beverly Segal was a godsend! She was strategic and specific with positions she aligned with and helped me to land the position I wanted that was tailored to what I wanted, needed and was looking for in a position and employer.
I highly recommend that you use Palmer Staffing to help you secure your next position

Everyone at RP is very eager to help. Jenni found a great opportunity for me and helped me prepare for the interviews. She was always very responsive and transparent, so I always felt heard.

Highly recommend using Palmer Staffing Services if you are in need of employment. After months of searching for a position on my own, I was finally able to secure a job within a week. Lheiren was so helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with and she got me a new job within in a week in a role that was very well suited to my interests. She helped prep me for the interview, made sure I had all the paperwork I needed, and supported me through the entire process. If you are looking for a job I could not recommend them more!

It has been a wonderful experience to have worked with Beverly! From the very beginning we were both very open and forward about what I wanted and what my options were. She walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and provided tips and guidance as I went through hiring process. I appreciate her accessibility and commitment to making sure I landed a great job. She was in constant communication with me and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I had previously worked with other recruiting firms, but none have take the time to really help me and guide me with care and understanding. I appreciate the honesty and diligence Beverly had to get me to where I am now. I am incredibly grateful for having met her and having this experience. I recommend Palmer staffing to anyone, but if you are new in this field and a young professional, I would hands down say don’t doubt it and connect with them. They will take care of you and find you just what you’re looking for.

Honest/open communication and fast placement. They worked with me to find positions that fit my needs at the time. My recruiter, Kenneth, did a great job landing me placements and kept in touch with me throughout.

RPStaffing is great & very much so, prompt. They helped me get through my interview process and was a guide every step. This is an awesome agency, get with them if you need a job and help locating something that may match your skill set!
They recently helped me Gain a new position and with higher pay!

The employment options have always been great over the years, and great pay. I was finally able to take on a position through Palmer Staffing, and they did not disappoint. I am comfortable in my position, my pay is adequately pleasant. I really appreciate Ms Patrice Scott, despite some PERSONAL preliminary hiring issues (it was my fault) she fought to get me placed in my current job and I do not want to ever leave it. Everyone has been so helpful and very professional at palmer. There were so many job offers sent out weekly that it is almost impossible to not get placed. They follow up, keep in contact, and promptly answered all my questions, pay weekly. There is a lot more I can attest to, but just know you will not be disappointed!

I have had the opportunity to work with Palmer on two occasions and have had good experiences during both. I worked with Patrice Scott, who is responsive, communicative, and encouraging. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door. I let the company know I was interested in gaining experience as a paralegal and a month later, I was chosen to fulfill a paralegal position. Also, this position was my first time working with the federal government, which is great exposure and a resume booster. After college, if you notice a lot of jobs require you to have experience in order to gain experience (even entry level positions), this is a practical means of acquiring such skills.

This is my first time working with Palmer Staffing Services and Maya has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She moved quickly and efficiently to find me a position with an organization that happened to make the USA Top Workplace list. I would recommend this company for anyone searching for a role in the DC area.

Had a great experience with RPS! I worked one on one with Morgan and Alex and both of them were extremely helpful and reassuring in my journey of looking for another role. Morgan was always straight to the point and always provided me with all bits of information needed, i always felt prepared and supported throughout every round. I have just accepted an offer this past weekend, making at the higher end of my salary range that I initially requested and couldn’t be happier!
A HUGE thank you to the RPS team and Morgan♥️

RPStaffing has been a godsend for kicking off my career. I had been working with another staffing agency and concluded a temp contract that I didn't feel like I was a good fit for when Kenneth reached out to me directly on LinkedIn. He was extremely attentive throughout the entire process, kept in regular contact, and called me almost daily with new opportunities until we found one that was a very good fit. Since I started the new position, he's reached out to me at least once a month to check in on how things are progressing. I owe Kenneth, and RPS, a sincere thank you for getting me into the right place at the right time!

Alex and RPStaffing in general have been exceptional in guiding me through the placement process. Alex was able to connect me with a company whose culture is a great fit for me, my skills and experience which will allow me to bring value to the team. Alex was responsive and provided just the right amount of guidance. I found Debbie, the office manager, also was very helpful during the process.

Due to their policies, I must stamp them with a ONE-STAR review. After speaking with Adele, she informed me that CNP takes hiring seriously. They vet every candidate not only by their resume but also their race and visual appearance.
In this day and age, the idea of using race to define abilities is beyond the pale. Under those rules, CNP will not be able to provide the best of the best, just the best of the racist
Their FOUR and FIVE Star reviews from others come from accounts with only one other review, which makes it seem as though they use fake accounts to boost their reviews.
Both clients and potential hires should flee this group and not support racism as the backbone of hiring.

I did not find NRI Staffing helpful, and this place hindered my job search. Below are a few things that I have noticed:
-The agency "presents" you to prospective employers. This process includes a review of your resume, writing samples, and references. Your references will be contacted before every interview.
-Most of the available positions are under $30 per hour and are not temp to permanent.
-Employment opportunities usually do not materialize. (This is the biggest issue of all)
This agency is better for those looking for short-term clerical opportunities. I would also recommend this agency as a plan c for your job search. You already have several offers and are waiting for a start date.

Palmer Staffing helped me find my first job out of my undergrad! Beverley was the main person I dealt with and she was friendly, communicative and encouraging. Their process was really streamlined and as far as I can see they do a good job pairing people based on their experience. They're able to connect you with temp, part time or full time positions. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to start or continue advancing in the legal/political/policy field!

I have to say that Catherine Mitchell is a Godsend. I relocated to the DC area in September and posted my resume on DCJobs. The next day I get a call from Catherine who really took to the time to understand what I was looking for in my career. She also took to the time to make sure I was prepared for my interviews and would follow up regularly. Less than a month later, I was able to secure a position that was exactly what I was looking for. She was a joy to work with and I honestly cannot thank her enough.

My recent experience with Careers In Nonprofits has been great. Each staff member I have encountered along the way have been personable, professional, and caring. I was matched with a great temporary assignment.

You have better chances of finding a job on indeed and the recruiters do not help you get placed.

Took over a month and a complaint to the program manager to get enrolled with them. I had an introductory call with William (my assigned sales rep) then never heard from him again for the next 2 months despite me sending emails and leaving voicemails. Reached out to the program manager about it and never heard back. Found my own job then asked for equipment assistance and they didn't help with that either. Filed a grievance with PABSS. Now it has been 5 months since my introductory call and still not a single bit of effort towards finding me a position. Edited to add 2/2020: I have now been enrolled with America Works for 18 months and they have yet to refer me to a single job.

It was truly a pleasure working with Careers in Nonprofits. This organization is passionate about matching the right person to the right position and, speaking from my experience, they are good at their jobs. All throughout the interview and hiring process, the recruiter I worked with was responsive and supportive, consistently following up to see how things were progressing. I love my current position and I would not have had the opportunity to be here if it were not for CNP.

Careers in Nonprofits has been an easy and smooth group to work with. They were quick to interview me and learn more about my skills and interests. They suggested several open positions to me and kept me up to date with the hiring process on the client's end. Communication was quick and my questions were addressed quickly. I recommend to those searching for a new position, especially to recent grads and early professionals.

Careers In Nonprofits is a great agency to work with. If you are fresh out of school and looking for a job that is ACTUALLY in your field or somewhat related, they can help you get your foot in the door. The staff members at CNP are super kind. I mean really kind. Now, one little con is that in the past, communication hasn't been all that amazing. A little confusion here and there. So it is best to make sure you keep in contact with your recruiter (as much as possible)as well as properly communicate / verbalize somethings to the people at the site you are assigned.

I would highly recommend CNP if you are looking for great work within the non-profit sector. CNP works with some of the nation's largest organizations and I believe that at the very least you'll obtain incomparable office skills and networking contacts.
I found their location to be very convenient and the interview was short and sweet. It was clear that my recruiter had gone over my resume and had her questions ready. She asked me to describe past experiences and what I was looking for. She then asked me to describe what I was not looking for, which I thought was very helpful in finding the ideal placement for me. My recruiter kept in contact with me over the following few weeks and then asked me to interview with the organization I am current working for.
What impressed me most about the process was how my recruiter handled the negotiation process. Initially, the position did not pay as well as I had hoped, and I told my recruiter that I was hesitant about the pay cut; she then worked with me to get the pay I wanted. Throughout the process, she was respectful of both the organization and me. She got me to the pay range I desired while making sure to not annoy or disrespect the organization by going back and forth too many times. I was really impressed with how professionally she was able to handle both of her clients! Then on the first day of my placement, my recruiter met me at my new office building and escorted me to the HR department. Its personal touches like this that makes CNP standout. This simple gesture allowed me to relax, find the correct office without flusterments, and walk in with confidence.
Over the course of the placement, my recruiter continued to keep in contact and make sure things were going as they should. Because of my warm experience, I recommended CNP to a friend and he interviewed with them the next day.
CNP is a great resource when growing your non-profit career. They really look out for you and make sure you're getting what you wanted, they also don't cut into your pay and they provide social events too where I was able to make a few acquaintances in the area.

The people at Careers and Nonprofits are wonderful. They really are passionate about helping others find job opportunities in nonprofits. Also, they give great advice on your resume. I would highly recommend their services to people looking to hire and those looking for employment.

I had an excellent experience with Careers In Nonprofits. My over the phone and in person interviews went very well. Part of the process is staying in touch and advocating for yourself. I made sure that when I found a position they posted that I wanted, I would contact my recruiter and express interest. I was able to get many more interviews doing this then I would have on my own. Then when I received an offer my recruiter helped me negotiate for what I wanted. I am very happy with the outcome of working with Careers In Nonprofits and would not hesitate to work with them again!

Don't waste your time with this agency understaff never responds to your emails or telephone correspondence found employment on my own . I rate this agency 1

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff never answer the phone, they never get back with you when they say they are, they're rude, they act like they don't want to help you, and they don't turn in your documents when they are supposed to. I absolutely dislike this place and wish I never was referred to this place. The only person who I like there is Amina but everyone else is absolutely unprofessional.

This place is joke! Do not consider being employed here or finding employment through this place. You are wasting your time.

Long story. After 10 years with this company as an exceptional talent. This client was new to them and had an high turnover rate with this position. One clients viewpoint caused me to have bad mark on my record with NRI. This was conflicting info of what the client told me. I called agency to ask why I had a bad remark. I felt it was one sided. I talk to the VP and let her know all I went through but that didn't change anything.

I have worked with NRI on and off since 2014, and I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the jobs and with the staff. Kristianna Tyler went above and beyond for me. Whenever I hear someone complaining about their job or not having a job, NRI is the one Staffing Company that I refer them to, they are amazing.

The best place for assistance in jobs and schools.

This place has been an absolute help to me and my family. From my case workers to the director. Nice people and great services. You just have to be willing to do the work as well.

America Works has been a big help to me and I wish I could go into more detail but many of the staff that are their now and have accepted new employment else where have been a very positive asset to my life. Thank you staff at America Works of Washington, DC.

Staff is very polite and professional their job is to help people find a job and that is exactly what they do
