When you don’t book a table at a restaurant in Paris, you usually end up in a place like this. Went for the 300 g entrecôte, which was served with a few dauphinois potatoes and standard salad with mustard vinaigrette. Not the greatest quality piece of meat but well cooked and came quickly. Washed it down with a bottle of Brouilly, which at€34 a bottle, is approximately 3.5 X markup. This is way above the Paris average markup for wine. A few French people but mostly tourist and the price is what you’d expect a stone throw away from Les Deux Maggots. If you haven’t booked a table, get there before 8 o’clock or after 930 and you can get a table. You could do worse.

We loved our waitresses, so nice and quick. They even spoke Spanish with us. Really wonderful spot.

A great little bistro near Écluses Saint Germaine. I found the food and wine to be good as well as the service.

A very tasty, properly done entrecote steak in a nice atmosphere and with friendly staff. We visited by a chance as the nearby restaurant where we originally wanted to go to had a gigantic line (you know which one) - but we're happy we ended up here. We'll definitely come back!

Incredible food. The BEST French onion I’ve ever had. This place was recommended to us by a friend and I was shocked the rating wasn’t higher. Recommend going at an off time as our service was incredible but it did get quite busy by the time we left. Do NOT skip this spot.
This nice restaurante is wel located and it offers a delicious menu.. I liked the Chardonnay wijn.
Le Bonaparte's patio in the Saint Germain district is a gem. Despite being quite busy, it's an excellent spot for people-watching and unwinding. We haven't had the chance to try the food yet, but it looks delicious. The wait staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for a relaxed afternoon or after dinner drinks.

Thank you great first up experience in Paris and did not disappoint. Got really busy quickly but that’s ok. Recommend the French Onion soup 5/5 👍

We were in an emergency due to the rain and the head of the restaurant invited us to enter in his restaurant. He found a table for us (three families with two babies) even if the local is small. The food was nice and very Spanish but we liked it! In addition at the end of the dinner they gave us a final free drink to conclude in the best way our dinner. AMAZING!

Food is average, Sea bream fillets is so expensive and only half a fish with heaps of potatoes underneath. Pizza is fine. Service started good and until I started asking if they can take the cheque vacance they refused as if I am begging to have the meal for free ! Even though I have already used it in a different restaurant!

Tapas were all delicious and fairly priced. I just didn't like their churros, but I still grade it with 5 stars, and I'll surely return for more.

This place is a gem for cocktails! Not only were the drinks fantastic, but the platter food was surprisingly delicious and satisfying. It's rare to find both great drinks and tasty snacks in one spot, making it a definite go-to for a night out.

Nice architecture, the pizza has good products but could have a better dough. It can be better if it is presented on wood platter rather than glass, to keep the crust. Nice decor

We didn’t eat anything special, just the tapas menu so it’s not fair to leave a full opinion on the menu. The service and atmosphere was fantastic. Would recommend this place even though we didn’t experience their full menu.

Had lunch here with my husband on Dec 27th. The staff are very friendly & all of the ones we dealt with could speak good English. I made a reservation online the night before without any issue, but you need to book a little further in advance if you’re booking for a Friday night or weekend.

Food/wine was delicious, no complaints there! I originally chose a pasta, but when I saw the pizzas coming out I was having major food envy, so I changed to a pizza & I’m so glad I did!

It’s a bit pricey.. for a starter, 2 mains, a dessert, 2 small bottles of sparkling water & a bottle of wine, it came out to €140. Considering the area it’s in, it’s really not that bad.. & the ambience & service is so nice!

Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to eat in this area.

Super friendly staffs but the food service was a bit slow and our food was cold. :(
We loved the pizza and pasta, but the ravioli was so so.
Atmosphere is 100!👍🏻

I had to experience what the hype was all about. I came solo and sat in the busy front area of the restaurant where in very French style the tables surrounding you were inches away. Service was great.

I started with a cocktail called Da’Season for 15 euro followed by the vegetarian Aubergine pizza (16 euro) and a glass of Chardonnay (7 euro). Total bill 38 euro.

The cheese on the pizza was my only complaint. I really wanted it to be Italian style mozzarella and it wasn’t. Something was just slightly off.
Do ask for the chili oil, that enhanced the pizza significantly.

Modern and sleek place with very friendly service. Appetizers were a bit disappointing. The Arancini and the Bruschetta were very bland. The pizza on the other hand was really good. For dessert if you like chocolate you MUST try the Chocolate mousse. It is the best I've ever had. The texture is chewy and not just air and the taste of chocolate just amazing.

The restaurants with the lowest chance of failure in Paris (and in all of Europe) are Italian restaurants. In particular, there are many high-quality Italian restaurants in Paris (and throughout Europe), and this is one of them. Carpaccio made from white fish and tiramisu with caramel sauce are impressive among the delicious menu. The staff are cheerful and friendly, and the interior of the restaurant is great. Considering the location and quality of food, the prices are also reasonable.

The steak was mostly okay. Definitely have had better but was overall ok. The $30 for a full course is a better deal for the area. The service was excellent but it's a shame the porch looks over a small street.

Not bad by any means just a very average experience.

We’ve visited this place after missing our tapas place in Malaga where we spent our holiday around last Christmas. The price is reasonable and the taste is super authentic. Clara u feel a bit less lemon but still good and sangria was tasty as well😍

One of the best Italian food so far in Paris. Portions and ingredients are generous, serving speed is fast and waiters are prompt with service request.

Best items tried so far - sea bream carpaccio, Caesar salad, seafood spaghetti and pavlova. Do note that the pasta items are more towards al’dante, they are more hard than usual spaghetti.

Definitely will return. Book in advance as the queue starts before opening.

What a fantastic place to be in the heart of Paris. Stunning service and excellent menu/carte. Prices are more than fair for the 5* bar location, Top-notch service always with the smile starting from host till drinks servings. Ambiance is splendid

The place was recommended by the hotel. They definitely offer decent Italian food but honestly nothing to rave about.

Nothing here is simple yet extraordinary or innovative and delicious. Classic good food served in great environment.

The dorade crudo is noth that great. Not well seasoned at all. The pink peppercorns where a nice touch but it didn’t end up as well balanced bite.

The Pizza is great but again nothing to remember here. A good pizza thats all.

The best dish was the pesto pasta. Really great 👍🏻.

The veal chop wad OK at most.

The tiramisu was served in a new way which I appreciate but unfortunately didn’t taste special in any way.

Overall a good Italian restaurant but nothing special or unique to my own opinion.

My favorite Italian restaurant in Paris.

This place does not only offer one of the best settings as a restaurant, but serves delicious authentic Italian cuisine.

The waitress Aurora is amazing. Super friendly and has great recommendations.

The pizza dough is light and fluffy and leaves you satisfied.

Best price/quality ratio, no questions asked…

Overall: 9/10
Tried the patatas bravas with the calamari. The food was very tasty and the server very friendly. Would recommend you to book as the places gets reserved fast.

Very cozy atmosphere, servers were nice and food was delivered very quickly.
Pizzas are delicious, even though everything in the menu seemed tasty and special. Deserts: please don’t leave without trying the pear puff pastry (order it at the beginning of your meal) and the AFFOGAMISU - best tiramisu ever made: it has a crunchy texture and comes with vanilla ice cream inside. Incredible. hopefully I’ll be back!

1. Paella : lack of flavor, quite blunt.
2. A small dish of salted pepper : it was nice, not the best. The leftover oil went along well with the baguette that they give out.
3. Sausages : forgot their proper name, but it wasn't grilled well as they should be, a little soggy, and only gave 2 small sausages for 5 or 6 euros. But the sauce was tasty at least.
4. Good service, didn't have to wait for a long time for the food to come out.

Fun casual atmosphere- best item was the pesto rigatoni. Wanted to try the ravioli but they were out :(. The pizza was good and so was the pea salad. Gin basil cocktail was the best. The service was very kind (a last min table on the spot) and helpful throughout dinner.

One of the highlights of our Paris trip was drinks at this beautiful bar. The hostess Marina is the sweetest person ever. She went above and beyond to seat us outside. She kept coming back and checking on us making sure we got drinks. Her attention made our experience amazing. The drinks were delicious and our waiter was very friendly too. Highly recommend this place.

We stopped by for a quick bite on the way out of the hotel but were hugely disappointed by the service. Took over 30 minutes to bring our light bites out. The overpriced croque monsieur was good but the Asian bowl turned out to be a bland poke bowl (and they forgot the salmon which we had ordered with it). Pretty ambience but don’t go there unless you have plenty of time to kill.

The highlight of our stay at M.O. The outdoor area is so beautiful and chill. Extremely pricy for sure (27 euro) for a cocktail but you pay for the ambiance.

Only downside is that the servers are sometimes MIA so after 20 min you just have to get up and find someone. Not a huge deal but at this price range it’s kind of expected to just have a server stop to ask you if you’d like a drink.

Just off the main road of Madeline, you get a pop of electric atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Needless to say, I had a little giddiness despite my run of lackluster experiences in the Parisan restaurant world since coming to France.

As an american living abroad, service is always a concern. Here, it was fabulous! Warm greeting, and a quick switch to English that carried the same bright and charismatic welcoming. Seating was brisk and menus were provided promptly. Ample time given to decide the pace of the meal without being hounded every 2 minutes after sitting down like some of the more notable places in the area have done.

Don't speak French? Me either! No worries here as an English menu is provided. I started this culinary adventure with some happy hour cocktails, which are reasonably priced and quite enjoyable. After some healthy dabbling in liquor land, it was time to get my grub on.

Spoiler, I've been here a few times now so the rest of the review will reflect my sentiment. Keep that in mind!

THE PORKCHOP! Yes, it can only be referenced in all caps. This was more than a piece of meat on a plate, it was rich and soo delicious! It didn't need any extra bells and whistles, it had a glow all of its own.

How about the burgers? Well, they're everywhere in Paris and not all are created equal. Many places will simply press some paste into a mold, toss it on the grill and smack, a flavorless overpriced immatation of what you were hoping would have been burger bliss. Arty knows how to make a real patty and craft a moment that takes you back to the days of hamburger glory.

At the end of the day, the decor is spot on and the food won't leave you upset. Try it once, try it twice, you'll be happy you did!
Very good service (bilingual). The ceviche appetizer was excellent. As was the magret de canard. The gambas calme with an enormous amount of guacamole....really too much unless you have tortilla chips to go along with. All in all, a sure place to eat good at a fair price.
