Jeffery specifically at the leasing office was always polite, answered all 101972 of my questions, and was patient with me as I considered this as a place to live. Generally at other spaces I can barely get through to a real person but Jeffery always made himself available! Units are more spacious than most apts in the area.
I recently moved into MetroPlace and have had a wonderful experience so far. I’d like to give special thanks to Ms. Regina for her warm welcome and knowledgeable advice! She has always been willing to help with any questions I've had and has shown such graciousness throughout the process. Her support made the transition smooth and stress-free.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Ms. Trina for giving an excellent tour of the property. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me a great first impression.
Let me start off by saying my experience with Tribeca@Camp Springs has been nothing short of AMAZING!! From my initial phone call speaking with Jeff to visiting the property and meeting Ms. Ikia everyone was so warm and Welcoming, the property is kept absolutely immaculate, from the leasing office to the actual apartments is all beautiful. The staff here were able to answer all my questions and even lighten the load with my concerns (considering this is my first apartment). I could not be more pleased and excited to be moving here this month right before the holidays. Absolutely recommend and please ask for Jeff, Chanise and Ikia. Truly heaven sent!
I just moved in to my new residence,Thank you Ms Regina immensely for all you did to make my transition go smoothly . Your support, patience and professionalism through out the application process was outstanding! Your swift handling of the issue shared with you reassured me that I was becoming part of a community that cared.l am looking forward in enjoying the amenities my new community has to offer. Sincerely Ms Judy
Ms. Regina White is an exceptional leasing associate who made my relocation process easy and stress-free. As someone new to the area, I greatly appreciated her guidance and professionalism at every step. I highly recommend requesting Ms. White if you're considering moving here.
My boyfriend and I moved here a month ago and instantly fell in love . Regina in the leasing office , made the move in experience easy and enjoyable. The residents are friendly . The community remains clean and quiet. I love it here so much and i do not see myself moving for years to come . Thank you Regina and all leasing office receptionist , my family is finally comfortable and happy.
If I could give zero stars, I would! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Especially if you’re a military member. This was my second time living in Tribeca. I completely regret it and was more than happy to pay the $4K to break my lease early. 10 yrs ago it was a nice building to live in and only older more mature folks occupied it. Fast forward to now being my second time stationed in the area…this place is ghetto. They done let any and everybody move into the building. Dogs running wild biting people. Dog feces in the hallways. Kids throwing trash out in the garage and hallway areas. Many of my friends in the building have had their cars broken into multiple times due to the garage gates being broken for 8 months now or just ghetto neighbors having their crime ridden boyfriends living with them. Tow truck man riding around all times of the night taking the wrong vehicles. Package pickup constantly being broken as well as elevators and doors leading into hallways constantly broken. My friend’s air conditioning went out this summer while he had a newborn there and management didn’t do nothing to help him. He had to wait a week for the cooling company to come out and spent his own money on a mini air conditioner unit for his child. Soo many domestic issues and fights or loudness throughout the building all times of the night. Leaks all throughout the garage and they never have the floors power washed so you’ll be tracking dirt everywhere. The carpets are horrendous and they tried to dye them at one point which failed miserably. For these issues the management has no answers and responds like you have to deal with it since other people deal with it….Wow, how incredibly unprofessional. It’s really on the building management, which I’m told has changed out FIVE times since I last lived here. Whichever rich group of people owns this building should be ashamed of themselves. This place needs to be condemned. If you have the money, just do yourself a favor and move out to the VA side of the bridge. Maryland apartments are in the hood and in DC you’re gonna pay $3,500 for a closet space and exposed street side parking. Again, do not move to Tribeca.
Been living here almost a year. Overall experience is fairly high. Cha'Nise was a large reason I decided to move here. She was inviting and honest from the jump. All staff in the leasing office and maintenance are kind, friendly, and helpful. The building is overall well kept. Small issues arise like an elevator is out of service, but nothing major for me. Everywhere has pros and cons.
Ms.Regina assisted us with our move the whole way through. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns we might have had prior to moving. Everything has been good so far. Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner and they call before entering your unit if you make that request. Accessible amenities, parking isn’t bad and walking distance from the metro.
Would recommend!!
If you are seeking a safe and quiet place to live I wouldn't recommend Tribeca. I have lived here for several years and the past 2 years have been very challenging. My car was stolen twice from the garage here last year. Cars are not secure here but they are incredibly aggressive with towing.

UPDATE 8/9/2024 it's now 5:52 am and woke up around 3:50 am because of the yelling and singing coming from my neighbors unit. I called the security dispatch number at 4:58 am and of course no one picked up. However this is very typical of the management here. There have been multiple times when I have called the management office and no answers and I make sure to call during operating hours. Apparently, management have responded to my initial review asking me to reach out to discuss my issues. I stopped reaching out to the on-site management team because I would never get answer. I'm been corresponding with the off-site residential support team member Sarah since October 2023 and have informed her or every noise disturbance I have experienced. She said she would forward my messages to the management team onsite, but I'm not sure if that ever happened since this has been a recurring issue. I was informed yesterday that the off-site residential support team will no longer be available to residents. I have exhausted all of my means to resolve this matter. I am not confident that it will ever get resolved unless I move and that seems very unreasonable to me but that's what I need to do to to be in a more peaceful environment so be it!

Residents are allowed to have have loud parties after hours that disturb other residents. These noise disturbances make it really difficult to sleep through the night. I have informed both management and security about the after hours noise disturbance and the security guard literally told me his hands are tied in regards to resolving the matter. I have sent countless emails to management which I am assuming haven't addressed because this issue has persisted for almost a year now.

Many of my neighbors have moved due to the lack of safety and overall management of this complex. There have been at least 4 different property management companies within the past few years. I am actively working to move out and look forward to the day when I'm officially gone.

My refrigerator went out while I was gone on vacation. When I returned, all of the food in my fridge had to be thrown away. With the cost of food now, this was beyond painful! The team in the leasing office and the maintenance team took great care of me. They got me a new refrigerator and gave me a credit on my account for the lost groceries. They were wonderful to work with and very professional which is hard to find these days!
I am in charge of the compliance program at my property and I frequently tour properties in the area to get a feel of what other companies are offering as far as compliance and customer service goes, This past week I stopped by Tribeca as an under cover agent and I toured with Mr Willis, I must say, he was hands down amazing! One of the BEST leasing agents in the area! I almost called recruiting but I couldn’t blow my cover! As a Property Manager in PG County, KUDOS to the Mr. Willis ans his team for providing superior service to a “very picky prospect!”
I have been a resident at metro place for two years and I just recently moved out in April of 2024. After trying to move back into the community this upcoming July, I have had a great deal of help! Trina who is the property manager has helped me with an easy and smooth process after hitting a few bumps in the road while trying to become a member again. She provided me with amazing resources, and assisted me with my process on being able to get back into the community as a resident. Her amazing customer service has helped me get accepted back into the metro place community. She is very responsive and is very helpful with assisting you with any daily needs. She is an amazing property manager and her skills speak for itself. If you are looking to apply I would highly recommend!
Best,

Delicia
I officially receive my keys and when I tell you Mrs. Regina at the leasing office really took her time and insured all my paperwork was in order and even left the cutest welcome home gift! I love how she greeted me and made me feel immediately at home. I loved how everything is kept and how well put together everything is not only in the leasing office but around the property. Mrs. Regina ensured me prior to coming in that she was going to personally check on my unit and ensure everything was together!! I appreciate all the assistance with my unit so much!! It feels amazing to have someone to work with that is so kind!! Thank you soo much Mrs. Regina :)
Friendly personnel and usually responsive when needed. The maintenance personnel have only gotten better and want to ensure their work is complete. If not, they will ensure to come back and fix any issues or concerns.
The leasing guy is nice. Everyone else on the staff is unresponsive. I have never had electricity in my living room since I moved here a week ago.
Elevator has been down for over a month cause the owner refuses to fix it. The garage gate is always broke but don’t worry towing is the only thing that’s like clock work around here. Don’t live here.
I have a friend at 4400 Telfair and they’re trying to convince me to move into the complex. They took me down to the rooftop patio on an impromptu tour. Saw something I wish I could unsee; a renters adjacent patio covered in dog poop (see photos)! I can’t believe the property’s management company allows something as unsanitary as this to go on right next to what should be a popular common area for other residents. Please make the renter clean this up and DO BETTER! I’m also hopeful someone can perform a wellness check on that poor dog.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Tribeca Apartment and Retail Leasing for my business, and the experience exceeded all expectations! From the seamless leasing process to the modern and well-maintained spaces, Tribeca truly stands out.

The leasing team was incredibly professional and responsive, making the entire process stress-free. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident at every step.

The prime location of the apartments and retail spaces adds tremendous value, providing convenience for both residents and customers. I highly recommend Tribeca for anyone seeking top-notch leasing services. Five stars for excellence!

Since becoming a Midtown Square resident, I haven't had any major issues other than a few maintenance requests I submitted that have been addressed. However, I'd like to point out that the maintenance team is awesome, and that I appreciate that the property management takes pride in keeping the property looking beautiful and welcoming. To add, the new property management team is very professional and helpful.
Horrible customer service!! The money they charge for for rent doesn't reflect the what you get in return. Keep searching. Let me save you the time, frustration, and headache of making the mistake of signing a lease here.

The turnover in staff is insane. The new management company Greystar is terrible. They have a 1.4 rating on Google and im not surprised.
You can barely ever get someone to answer the phone and no one returns messages or emails.

Maintenance takes forever to address any issues because there are so many issues in these apartments that need to be fixed. The elevators malfunction and haven't the certification expired over a year ago. The appliances are cheap. They use the cheapest contractors so the work is subpar and things need to be fixed over and over again. They do rush jobs and don't take pride in the work that they do.

There are no activities or events for the residents. People let the dogs poop everywhere and let them bark on their balconies and disturb the peace. Your guests have to pay when they come see you because they charge for parking.

I used to like being here, but I have had so many issues with my place and dealing with the new management has literally given me headaches. I'm so tired of being treated like a random person when I pay so much to be here. For a place to claim to be "luxury " you expect luxury service, amenities, and accommodations. But here, it's all a facade.

They don't treat their residents with empathy or go out of their way to help. Instead, they act as if you're a bother to them event though you're paying them. My calls are no longer being returned and my emails have been going unanswered which is why I'm leaving this review.

I would never recommend this place to anyone with all these other options nearby. If you come here, be prepared to have regrets.

I'm gonna leave a review about the management company as well. I have yet to receive a call from them about the poor service I have been receiving.

I still have issues in my place that need to be addressed.

This place doesn't feel like a community. It just feels like all they want is your money. Once they get it, you're on your own.

If you're someone who liked great customer service, wants your issues resolved in a timely manner, or just want to be apart of a great community, then look elsewhere.

They're always gonna be nice when they show you the place before you move in. Don't be fooled.

The manager's manager needs to know what's going in. I have asked plenty of times to speak with someone outside of the office who can help me and address my concerns, but nothing has happened. And here we are.
I completed an online application with this property back in June. Paid the application fee and the refundable holding fee. I was not approved. It is now August and I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve called and spoke with everyone in the office. I keep getting promises to get a call back and NO ONE has called back. It’s been well over 5 weeks and this is unacceptable. It is mind boggling how quick companies take your money, then slow dance with you to return it. The rep that I spoke with said it’ll take up to 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks have come and gone. Their application process needs to change immediately. No one should pay anything outside of the application fee until they are approved.

Update: There’s been flooding and multiples leaks within my unit that cost me thousands in property damage. Greystar refuses to compensate me for their negligence. The elevators are still out and NO ONE answers emails or phone calls. There’s no way to get in touch with Greystar!!! The property manager gave out a bogus number to get help. The sewer bills are through the roof!!!! Whatever you pay for water expect to pay quadruple that or more for your sewer bill monthly! It’s one big scam their utility provider conservice has a class action lawsuit in DC for their price gouging for utilities!!! If you want to hear people walk and talk in the hallways while you’re in your apartment move here. If you enjoy being in your bathroom and hearing your neighbors in there’s flushing the toilet etc love here. If you like trying to take showers in freezing cold water because the water heater doesn’t work for weeks at a time move here. It’s not worth your peace of mind!!!!!!

Just don’t. There absolutely NOTHING luxury about this building. You have to pay for your guest to park. Depending on what building you’re in you will not have parking close to your apartment. The elevator constantly goes out! You can smell weed through the walls. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The sinks and showers keep backing up. They don’t carefully inspect the unit before leasing. I found someone’s underwear in the dryer. Blinds were broken. Your maintenance request sit unanswered for months! People leave their dogs unattended. Someone was trying to break into my guest car. There’s some weird man wandering around masterbating in the business office. The leasing office ignores your request. Water heaters burst. Take your $2300+ and go someplace else. It’s not worth it!!!!!
I have been living here since 2015, and in the six years that I have lived here, this community has been very peaceful. The management staff is understanding and reliable. They address the concerns of their tenants and try to mitigate issues as quickly as possible. Often other communities have management staff who will not see their tenants' needs. However, I have experienced the help of management. Trina Goodman is a manager who will help you and get out in the community to know her tenants. Sometimes you will find her in the back office handling business or outside handing out packages with a smile. I am pleased with living here and can see myself here for another few years.
