Joe is an amazing leasing manager. He go above and beyond. The 24 hour concierge service makes living in the modern effortless. The modern is 5 🌟, Top Notch, best value in the Tri-state area.

The building is beautiful clean but it all starts With the leasing Department Tara P of the lease department she is phenomenal from the beginning of our process of searching for the right apartment for us We are in the process of moving and are so excited The community is clean quiet and everything is there for us. Tara and Lindsay from the Twenty50 Mangement Office has been truly exceptional and far beyond the expectation throughout the entire rental process. I searched over 10 apt homes near the area to find a good place to live and this is the one that has the convenient location, amenities, clean apt units, and great maintenance and security team but the main reason I end up choosing this apt was because of the extraordinary Leasing Mangagement team which they were so professional, knowledgeable, responsive and kind which made my move in go smoothly and easy. I would definitely recommend Twenty50 Apt homes to anyone who is looking for an rental apt homes.

We have been 100% happy with our choice to rent at Twenty50! In our experience, the team here is professional, friendly, and very responsive to any needs or concerns - often going above and beyond. We also love that this building is so quiet. The amenities are great and the view is spectacular. Fort Lee Historic Park is directly across the street! We chose to renew our lease for the longest term possible because we have had such a good experience here.

My daughter moved into twenty50 less than 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing but problems since before she moved in. Since moving in her kitchen sink has leaked and her microwave and dishwasher both do not work even though they already came and fixed the microwave once. For the money they are charging the experience should be better. Still waiting for these items to be addressed. Shouldn’t these items have been checked BEFORE she moved in. This is ridiculous!

BEST move-in experience so far. Lindsay is the best leasing consultant I have ever met. She is definitely there to help and works so efficiently. My roommate and I moved all the way from Los Angeles and we had a bunch of questions. Lindsay went through every question with us and explained everything so clearly. I couldn’t imagine a better consultant than Lindsay :)
As for the apartment, it is what they advertised. The building looks new and the room is clean. There are lots of great restaurants in a walkable distance. Plenty of spaces in the garage. You can see the G. Washington Bridge directly from your room.
Don’t hesitate to apply for this property if you want to enjoy your life here in Fort Lee :)

I've lived in this building now for 3 years and like everyone else has posted this is one of the worst management companies I've ever seen. Maintenance requests are never fulfilled and Jima from management has to be one of the rudest people I've encountered. Her answers to emails are arrogant and condescending. Everyone at the front desk is amazing however!!! You're better off looking at the other buildings in Fort Lee as you'll have nothing but problems if you live here. Just look at all of the other comments from the past year.
10/10 Update - One of the elevators in the Lobby has been down now for 2 days. I've lost count how many times the elevators have broke this year alone.
9/27 UPDATE... Key Fobs are still not fixed! We're going on close to a month at this point! Again, just look at all of the "legit" review s from the past year. Not the ones with no comments and just 5 stars! Do your homework!
9/20 UPDATE... The key fobs in the parking garage are still not working after 3 weeks on all 3 floors. Imagine paying $3500 - $4000 + a month and not be able to get into you building from the parking garage.. These were also supposedly fixed earlier this year.
9/12 UPDATE.... The ceiling in the lobby has been leaking now for 2 days. there is a bucket in the lobby (right in front of the entrance) to collect the leaking water.... The Key Fabs in the garage, common area and gym have been not working for over a week now (this is now the second time the key fabs have been down after they were apparently "fixed"
*** Summer recap.... NO air conditioning in the hallways on all floors and common area. AC is minimal in the gym...

We’ve loved living at the Modern. The building is really well-maintained, and our unit is furnished with great appliances. The staff is fantastic, and the amenities are a tremendous value.

I have been a resident in the Modern 100 since 2018. This is one of a kind building. Nothing like the Modern from the staff to the amenities and apartments.

she can to help and make you feel good . My experience here has been always amazing from the front desk, maintenance staff and the wonderful staff at the leasing office, they always help you with whatever you need . This is a huge building with a lot of tenants but the people who work here are always making everything they can to make you feel at home.

Had a tour scheduled for 9am this morning. Got there 10 mins early and drove an hour to see the apartment. To my surprise no one was in the leasing office... Not a single person. I waited until 930 and no one showed up. Very surprised that not a single agent works at 9am. The number you call routes to corporate and they tried to “escalate the issue” to have an agent there. I still haven’t received a phone call so I assume they are still not at the office (hours later). Waste of an hour drive and taking off time for work. Very poor customer service.

The maintenance, doorman and people work here are great. However, this building has the worst management you can think of. You always have issues with elevators... all the time. Every single month something happens and none of the elevators work. Unbelievable!

The only positive aspects of this building are its doormen and location, both of which are exceptional, being centrally situated in Fort Lee. However, the overall living experience has been quite unpleasant. Maintenance issues take an average of two weeks to a month to be addressed. When moving in for the first month, I encountered a bathroom leak that rendered the shower unusable for two months. The elevator breaks down on a monthly basis. The air condition in the gmy never got fixed. There are undoubtedly better housing options available around this area, and I am regret signing a lease with this apartment.

I wish I could give 0 star. This building is horrible. Elevators always out of service, crazy expensive PSE&G bill, absence of management. Our windows have been broken since last year October. They duct taped the windows for 9 months and we have no fresh air in the unit for 9 months, and still counting. The new management is just as bad as the old one. Especially Jima, who is always being rude and disrespectful. Every time when you try to communicate with her, the only thing she wants is starting a fight. I don't know who gives them the right to manipulate the tenants. It's so sad to see many people got laid off out there, while staffs in this management who are absolutely incompetent still have a job.

I had a wonderful experience touring the building. Stephanie was an amazing tour guide and informative; she provide a wealth of resources and information. The entire staff at 2050 was friendly and responsive. The quality of the apartments, building, and staff makes it worthwhile. This is definitely a top contender.

This has to be one of the worst management companies I have ever dealt with ever. Management director never calls me back I have to literally call back every other day and no one will speak to me ever but for rent they will have Joseph call me and expect me to pay rent and not fix any maintenance issues. I had sent an email in regards to it showing I sent in the maintenance request and still no one has addressed or called me. I pay too much money for this unit for no one to communicate or contact me or to take off any late fees when no one will even repair my maintenance issues. Never in my life have I experience such terrible management. When my lease is up I’m leaving. This place isn’t worth it and what makes it worse it’s the lack of communication with property management.

This review is long overdue! Moved to the Modern 2 years ago, with my boyfriend who has been here since they opened (5 years ago.) I’ve been told (and seen) this building has gone down hill A LOT, ESPECIALLY with the safety and security. The building is stunning, location great but that’s not the best part. The front desk staff who work here is. Honestly, we were going to move out in March as we are both in real estate and boyfriend is a builder in the town, however, the real reason we stayed is because of Matt & Michelle (of course Juan and Neil too). Getting greeted by Michelle in the morning with her friendly “Good morning!” when you’re going off to work or by Matt, who is not only the sweetest, kindest, best person ever (and HILARIOUS) when you come home is sometimes the highlight of my day! Without the front desk help (Matt at night and Michelle during the day) this whole building does not function. They truly are the oil in the wheel to make this building turn. The only reason I gave 1 star off is how MANAGEMENT handles things. There was a horrible incident here the other week, and the restaurant next door (Ventanas) has better security than this building. You would think after this, and other incidents, they would immediately “do better.” Not the case. As a woman, you want to feel safe being home alone, and secured. There has been a few incidences here and management is VERY laissez-faire about it which to ME, or to any woman, or anyone with a family is completely unacceptable, esp consider how high the rent is. Before covid, there were two people at the front desk, and now there is one and it’s IMPOSSIBLE for one person to be in different areas at one time. Now covid is over, rent is higher than ever ($$$$) and still they don’t hire another person to help man the desk (making it 2 people). Or REAL SECURITY. As a businesswoman, I find it completely asinine that really nothing has been done even after this horrible incident in the building. Without the front desk support, esp Matthew , this building is just like ANY other building. They MAKE this place and to so many, they are the glue.

I had an issue with someone who doesn't even live here at the pool and I immediately sent an email to management on a Saturday. I received a response for the manager within 30 minutes but the person had already been removed from the pool. She contacted the building and had the situation taken care of. I see the bad reviews and honestly don't understand them. Mostly all of the complaints are about mechanical things that I don't think anyone can predict. If you can, I would love the numbers to the next Powerball drawing. Thank you to the management, maintenance and concierge teams, I think you doing a great job!

If you live here, you will never get the maintenance team come in and fix things after submitting maintenance requests. In addition, the electronic devices are old and need to be replaced according to their own altering systems. But the management team refuses to take care of this and is asking the tenants to purchase equipments by ourselves to repair our electronic devices. We pay high rents but were never been taken care of when issues occurred. Moreover, you will frequently be exposed to toxic furnishing chemicals. The management team is cold, disrespectful and will never help you fix issues with this building after you become a tenant. It will be a wise decision to not choose living here. This is the worst apartment that I have lived in.

My husband and I moved to The Modern from Hoboken this weekend and we are so happy we made the move. The building and views are so beautiful. The staff is fantastic. The office team was so helpful and kind, and the concierge team is amazing. They instantly made us feel right at home. We even had a delivery driver send our groceries to the wrong apartment and Anthony at the front desk went floor by floor to track it down for us. We love The Modern!

I lived at the Modern for 7 years and cannot say enough about the staff and the building. The amenities are incredible as the building has all your need, especially the infinity pool during the summer! Convenient location makes it an easy commute to the city. Shopping and dining are steps away or a short drive. Free public tennis courts which are 5min drive is an added perk.
Apart from the stellar amenities and location, the staff really makes this place feel home. From the front desk personnel, Michelle, Matt, David who are always very helpful and welcoming to the maintenance staff, Francisco and Elias, were always very quick with responding to any maintenance requests and I usually had everything fixed the same day within hours. Lastly, Management team, Shawn, Joe and Karan, are very accommodative and made my move super smooth and easy. If not for my move to the city I would continue staying there. I highly recommend the Modern. It's by far one of the best places in the area.

The Modern 800 has been the most amazing place I have lived at. I, unfortunately, only lived here for a year, but the entirety of that year was great. The staff is probably the best thing about The Modern. Michelle, Matt and Juan are the best concierge people you will come across and in the business ( I have lived at many places). They are helpful, funny, kind and will go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable in the building and even in the neighborhood. Many times have they directed me to places to eat, to get my nails done, and where to go for a night out.
Karen in the office is the sweetest person and she is extremely quick to respond to anything you need. The maintenance staff were so kind and everything is super clean. Honestly, if I ever come back to Jersey, this is where I am coming back too. They became like family to me and I miss them terribly. I would definitely recommend the Modern 800 if you're looking for a place in Fort Lee...and the views are spectacular!!!

I truly love my unit with the view of the GWB as well as the fountains & the park from 100 Modern (South Tower), plus the view of the Hudson River and the 800 Modern amenities across the street. I know it took me around 6 months to find this very unit that I really liked and I hate to move to somewhere else.
Franceska at 100 Modern is also amazing from the time you sit down to find a unit all the way until you have decided to find a new home elsewhere. I will truly miss living here. Perhaps, I will come back when I move back into Fort Lee area.

I have been living here at the Modern 800 for over one year now, and I have to say that I am extremely happy here! The staff are amazing and kind, the neighbors are very friendly, and I feel very safe here. Whenever you need help from the maintenance team, they are right there to help you out. The management team is also super nice and understanding. My partner and I were robbed in Manhattan while at dinner a few days ago, and the management team, especially Dianelis Mercedes, helped to have our locks changed, replaced my keys, and key fob at no extra charge. The doormen and women here are ready to helpful when you need it, Michelle and Matthew are very friendly. If you move here, you will not regret it. You will love the outside amenities, even through COVID-19 they found a way to let us still enjoy the pool for most of the summer. They maintain the property very beautifully. Living here is a great experience, and the views are spectacular ! Each apartment has a different view to offer. They have a shuttle that takes you to Manhattan if you need to get to work there in the morning. On special occasions, they greet you with Champagne, cookies, cupcakes, and even ice pops in the summer. They have a lovely party with food and music on the 5th floor around the Holidays. They have nice exercise classes including yoga, zumba, tae-kwon-do, boot-camp, ect. They have free bike storage, and there are trails near-by in the palisades. Restaurants and the downtown area are all walkable. So if you are looking for nice place to live in the future, this is a great choice!

We lived in the modern for almost two years and it has definitely been one of the best experiences. So many reasons to point it out; 1. You can’t compare the view to any other building around the area. We lived in the corner of the 46th floor and the sunrises and sunsets are priceless. They might be the best ones that I’ve ever seen on my life.
2. The amenities are always clean and a fun place to hang out. My baby loved the play room.
3. The staff has always been helpful and very polite. Only good things to say about Michele, Mathew, Francisco, Dennys. The new staff on the front desk and the rest of the people take such a great care of the building. They saw my baby coming home and now leaving at 18 months.
The only reason we are moving out is because we bought a house, and we are growing our family. I’m definitely gonna miss this place and without doubt the experiences and the amazing memories through these years!

Brutal, absentee building management ... our pool remains closed while our neighbors at The Modern have enjoyed their amenities for two weeks now!!!!
The concierge team at the front desk is very nice ... they only shrug when tenants complain ... Lincoln Property Management is simply trying to save money on chlorine and life guard salaries...

I truly enjoyed living here. Staff and doormen are very friendly and the building is unique! The daily shuttle to NYC is also very helpful for commuting.

As I don't live here, I don't know how the living in this apartment is. But exteriorwise, it's true these two twins make a beautiful scenery in thus area.

Great place, highly recommend. Location is great, close to the GWB and parks. The staff is aswome the made us feel so welcomed and at home. Everybody was always with a smile and asking how to help and offering place to go see (we were and still are new to the area). Even when we got locked out more them once the same day, they were happy to help (free of charge which is nice).
BBQ next to the pool is always a good thing. The apartment itself is very nice and cozy, child friendly. Building was very clean and up kept nicely, even the recycling center was always clean.
We were really impressed and pleased and want to thank everyone there for a pleasemt stay.

The staff, especially the concierges and porters, were very kind. The Amenities were great and I used them well, whether I was working in the Internet Lounge, watching Hotel Transylvania 2 at the movie theater with my kids, or swimming out on the deck. It is the closest luxury apartment to the city that leases for a reasonable price. I miss all the staff dearly and have to say that I loved my stay at the Modern.
