Schon ein sehr beeindruckendes Gebäude, besonders von innen. Das Gefühl von Raum wird auf ganz eigene Weise vermittelt. Die Einrichtung ist größtenteils sehr fragwürdig.

Hermes ist echt eine Zumutung. Wenn ich die Wahl habe, auf keinen Fall Hermes. Jedesmal gibt es extreme Verspätungen oder die kommen gar nicht. Man fragt sich wie solche Betriebe überleben, wohl jeder am chillen im Homeoffice.

Très mauvaise expérience de réservation. J’ai réservé fin août pour profiter d’une offre tarifaire acceptable.
On a annulé toute la réservation hier en indiquant que l hôtel n’était plus dispo.
Évidemment les prix ont augmenté

Architektonisch sehr beeindruckend! Ich wurde privat eingeladen und durfte die Büros und sogar das TV Studio während einer Live Nachrichten Aufzeichnung besichtigen. Das Highlight war dann der gemütliche Ausklang des Abends auf der riesigen Terrasse des TV Gebäudes, von der aus man einen wirklich atemberaubenden rundum Ausblick auf Berlin hat und den Sonnenuntergang in diversen Ecken auf Stühlen oder Liegen genießen kann.

Compared to the surrounding, Axel Springer Neubau stands out with its dynamic design and massive construction. According to an architect friend, the huge pillars are sadly destroying the pattern of the glass structure and the entrance of the building is so vaguely placed that it’s nearly lost. What I really disliked though about the building is that the dark glasses are covered with a white pattern that looks like the whole building just got washed and the soap is dripping all over the place. Weird choice.

Hermes ist der letzte Drecksverein. Es gab in 6 Jahren nicht eine Zustellung, die problemlos abgelaufen ist. NICHT EINE! Wie schafft man das? Zustellung dauert in der Regel mindestens 3 Tage seit der Meldung, es wäre in Zustellung. Einmal behauptet man ich sei nicht zuhause gewesen, obwohl ich zuhause war. Dann wird ohne meine Zustimmung die Adresse auf einen paketshop geändert, dadurch verzögert sich jetzt die Auslieferung. Und am Telefon wird einem nicht geholfen. Nichts bekommt ihr auf die Kette

I've stayed at different Berlin numa hotels for work and the experience was very smooth! Easy online checkin, beautiful rooms (especially at Drift) and oh my the beds are so comfortable!

Stayed a few days ago in Hamburg (Fore); and last year in Prague (Libusa) and Barcelona (Roca).

Easy digital check-in and very fast communication with service team via WhatsApp; clean and nice rooms with kitchens.

Very nice technological hotels, no queues or bureaucracy. To be honest I don't want to stay in a place that requires me to stay in a queue just to check-in anymore :D

Staying at a numa property is really a fantastic experience. I can't wait to explore several more properties!

Als Büromakler in Berlin bewerten wir hier ausschließlich das Gebäude mit seiner Architektur und dem generellen Baukonzept. Es ist ein außergewöhnlicher Neubau entstanden, der sich hervorragend in das alte Zeitungsviertel einfügt. #Büromakler

THIS IS TERRIBLE!!! PLEASE READ THIS!
I stayed at this hotel with my partner from the 4th to the 5th of January (two days ago) and we had the WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Since I had booked the hotel from Booking, I wrote a comment as a review there yesterday and they DELETED It and won't allow me to write it again, so here I go:
We left our suitcases in the luggage room when we left the hotel. We were having some problems because the lockers don't work very well and one receptionist even helped us with it.
At 8pm we were back at the hotel to get our suitcases and fly back home, but our code to enter the rooms didn't work so we asked another receptionist for help. He told us it was closed after 11pm (IT WAS 8PM!) and that we couldn't get in to get our personal belongings. I told him I could show him our booking and everything, but he told us we could only call a phone number and try to get help. We did, but the phone number wasn't working. We told him we were flying back home, we asked for help, nothing. We finally got our things back because we got help from other guests from the hotel. PLEASE, don't go to this hotel. There are many that are in the same area, same prices, and they do help you. This hotel is not safe, the codes they give you to enter the building and your room might not work and you can be left outside in the middle of the night. The overall review of this hotel is positive and that's why we booked it, but as soon as they DELETED our message from Booking yesterday we started reading the latest reviews and ALL OF THEM SAY HOW TERRIBLE their experience was. Do yourself a favor and don't ever book with Numastays Berlin. We won't make that mistake again.

Nice walls

Grandiose, sensationelle Architektur - offen - transparent - nicht immer praktisch für die Mitarbeiter - die haben wegen Homeoffice eher weniger davon, sich an der Innenarchitektur zu erfreuen.

OMA led by Pritzker prize winner Rem Koolhaas desigh this large iconic office building. Maestro Rem Koolhaas was also award the Mies van der Rohe Prize, 15 years ago, for the Embassy of Netherlands in Berlin.

Series of traumatic events, made a reservation 2 weeks prior my arrival in Berlin to an specific location close to my new office, the day I arrived I haven’t got my room info so I had to get a hotel room to sleep in the middle of the winter. Then I got booked for a different location, smaller room (and cheaper) and never got my money back. The are VERY disorganized and don’t care about the people staying there. Yes is beautiful and very well decored but not worth the price for such a bad service!

Perfektes Dienstleistung! Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, der Geschäftsführung ist super nett und für jeden Frage oder Erklärung sind die da schnell und unkompliziert, 6 Sternen!

Gebäude befindet sich gerade komplett im Umbau. Nachmieter ist noch nicht bekannt. Kein öffentlicher Zugang.

I attended a Tech Talk about Go(lang). Drinks and Pizzas were offered before the talk. The conference room is large and luminous. I would have like to have some cuffins when sitting in the small wooden tribune in the back.
