Rude customer service, on the look out to replace this, don't bother as they will not cover things when you need cover and just look for excuses not to cover.

Really good customer service until HBF took over.. and I am sure the gap has increased also as a result
I had a great experience with Vivy Nguyen, she was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable every step of the way during my insurance claim, Vivy was not only attentive but also gave support at all hours of the day/night.

Vivy is truly the definitive meaning of quality customer service and customer care, Vivy is precise andgot to effectively in a timely manner not only did she answer my questions but shared knowledge with me on what processes were in motion.

I've never come across a more proactive person, if there was an option to give a higher star rating I would.

When Speaking to Vivy you can tell in her voice she genuinely cares about her clients and loves her job, very rare to come across an individual like this.

I wish you all the best Vivy and will be recommending everyone I know to you.

2-3 Days to answer an email only to ask a to of personal information to identify a member (which i see as beach of online security), 40 min to answer a call, 15 min to answer online chat and get no info AND on line course of r$352 with assessment questions that were from a DIFFERENT COURSE - I AM A 20+ YEARS MEMBER - I wish there were negative stars

Ross was so helpful! Nice guy and easy to communicate with.
Called and was asked to be put on to a nurse and they said they would, put me on hold for 15 minutes (fine with this), then hung up! I don’t mind the waiting and I wouldn’t have minded if they told me no nurse was available but at least have the courtesy to let me know and not make me wait 15 minutes for an end call sound.

When i first join them several years ago, what i like was their community spirit/ethos which made me feel like a valued customer - sadly over the years as theyve grown and become increasing arrogant and expensive - they are now just like the big 4. i asked to cancel my policy, rather than processing my request i got a 20min sales call from a patronising, arrogant , argumentative sales member bamboozling me with irrevanl stats, facts and figures doing his best to pursuade me not to leave.

after placing a formal complaint i got a half arsed appology saying sorry you thought our premiums are too high - totally ignored the reason i complain (pushy sales) will now close by bank account with them and support a credit untion that values its customers.

After several hiccups with this company I have cancelled my membership due to poor customer service. They want me to pay while I am overseas and I cannot justify this anymore. I have had too many hiccups with this service provider and they do not have a duty of care nor provide adequate service when I need it the most.

Their telephone customer service has always been faulty and always place me on hold and never really assist me promptly when needed. Call back never occurred on a timely manner and was always left anxious.

Overall my experience with CUA has been unsatisfactory and my review is legitimate. I do not feel CUA Health ever cared for my health and just cannot keep up paying $82 per fortnight for this level of service.
