As a photographer who has been successfully in business since 1984, this is the worst organization I've ever worked for. They hired me to take pictures in Hartford, CT and then there was no communication when I had questions and needed support. When I expressed my concerns in an email, they simply stopped using me with no explanation or cause. Two years later, they contacted me again to appply for a job in Providence, RI, saying they were "A completely new organization with a new CEO". They set up an interview time for a day I was clear I'd have to do massive rescheduling to make, and then cancelled the interview the day before, saying they'd already hired someone. Both times they created a "bait and switch" atmosphere, promising way more than they delivered, both in terms of the amount of work, pay, and even commitment to an interview they requested and scheduled. Look around for other reviews - they are not a good company to work for if you are a creative.

Called the recruiting office in Washington DC and spoke to Sergeant O’Connor. He is the best. Gave me lots of information and was extremely helpful.

I am a customer. I list on Costar and pay for the subscription to list on Loopnet. This company will not stop billing me for services I am constantly asking them to stop. I tried the 3 month option. It continues to renew. An option to cancel in the portal is not available. You have to call your assigned customer agent. Mine continue to change. Assumable, high staffing turnover. Loopnet provided good leads in 2022 but now, I receive zero. Not sure what is happening with the company... But I need a new solution. This company is making my job difficult.

A customer solution, in case, they read reviews. Please give the customer more control. We do not need assigned customer service representative or anything. You are a website that list information. Let us manage how we list. I hope someone create this solution. I will be your 1st customer.

I gave 2 stars because I have come accross some good customer service reps and the pump and CGM was good at first. I just got off the phone with someone that was uneducated and tried to tell me things that were untrue. But I'm actually hands on experienced since I've been on it for 4yrs. My CGM has been asking to calibrate every 6 hrs for the entire 7 days my sensors are on for over a month. So no its not just one sensor, it's been 4-5. But they don't have an answer for me and diabetes take up enough time so for me to continue to call Medtronic. I will be going to Dexcom once my new insurance kicks in. At least you don't have to calibrate with them and I can finally get some sleep

A Wonderful Company within itself had the pleasure of working for them as a contract security professional. They really take care of their security staff it were the security staff who weren't taking care of each other it was every man for themselves so sad.

I've been threw DKIA because they took too long to deliver my supplies and most recently they have stopped my shipment of aupplies because I did not complete surveys even tho i did them. No reaponse back from them so far. So now I face not having supplies. A 22 year old whos whole life is ahead of him and he cannot get supplies because he doesn't have the money to pay them for surveys which he did and they do not recognize.. Very disappointed in this... They were good till they introduced their new pump..

The worst

CoStar Group gives me a platform to market my Commercial Listings. They call me to verify information. It doesn't cost me anything for the service that I have been getting. It has been helpful during listing appointments to be able to tell the Seller that it is listed where the Commercial Agents look.

This is a total rip off and I, nor would my company recommend their services to anyone! Read their terms and conditions carefully if you make the mistake of considering this service. They have reps who call and pester companies looking to get any information that they can obtain.

Great company for those seeking information on commercial properties. They have a thorough research process that involves direct owner/broker contact. Best source for verified information on current listings and data.
