The V.A. is a crock of B.S. Just another government agency that is a waste of money. I have health issues that could be related to my service. But I got a letter of denial for medical benefits. Do to my S.S. benefits. They said I get to much. I don't know anybody on S.S. that gets to much. I was exposed to agent orange in the Army. My service in the Navy I was exposed to asbestos. I'm having issues that could be related to both of these. After sixteen years of service. Maybe it's a good thing they denied me. I can only imagine the care one might receive. They could save a lot of money. Just put a recording on the phone. Thank you for calling the Veterans Administration. We would like to help you. But that's not going to happen.

Richmond VA Hospital needs to improve its phone answering. If I have to leave a message, people tend not to call back.

This is the only federal agency that has a delivery truck blocking the roadway EVERY SINGLE DAY despite No Parking signs all along the road AND the agency having a private courtyard for deliveries.

I called the Veterans Administration in Washington DC and the number had been disconnected and gave no new number. Trying to find out where someone is buried.

There needs to be a serious overhaul of community care for Veterans that live in rural areas like Montana. It's as if they know they will make it difficult to not pay out of pocket because the Veterans will never receive treatment.

They called me about confirming my appointment for a 3 pm appointment and they want me to fasting. Nearly did the person know that whoever set my appointment don't even know what details I need to do for the certain appointment . So I guess VA just keep guessing or just rating disabled veterans . But I gave them 1 star for finally reaching out to me. They be sending snail mail thru my California address thinking I'm gonna read it while I'm looking for a job overseas. It's been almost 14 yrs and they keep denying vets ratings without any reason. It's 2024 and it seems they finally figured out they could shoot an email saying I have a lab test. They rated almost all of my service connected to zero with evidence on my 3 Bible page medical records. I fairly hope they should be better at looking at the records carefully not just shooting from the hip.

The service received is worthless. I received a bill for a co-pay for a visit to a doctor that I have never spoken to. I have never seen the doctor, nor have I ever stepped foot into that office. That is a two hour drive from my house. I do not receive any VA medical benefits. No one can answer: who filed the claim, where did the claim come from. The day of service is a day I was at work over a hundred miles away. Update: MACPAC billed me for another veteran with the same last name after filling 2 Congressional complaints and sending out registered letters at my expense and calling MACPAC billing in March. I got a reply that the bill was erroneous, and I would get a refund. No apologies for the incompetence of the billing department that failed to correctly identify the correct veteran to be billed. The billing department used my personal information to bill me for another veteran. How is that legal? No letter stating, "we billed you in error and sorry for your inconvenience." Thanks for nothing.

I wish I had anything at all good to say about the VA but I don't. I've never seen a company with such poor business practice be able to stay in business. If it wasn't funded by the government it would have been out of business years ago. Maybe start from scratch and try again.

People.. This is an office building not a golf store nor a golf course. The company has an office space in the building but can not supply golf equipment . So please don't waste your time. If you have a phone number, call them.
