Marvin was great helped me out on what I was looking for and helped me choice what I wanted by explaining to me the difference between sizes and colors and color matching. Went above and beyond expectations from a clothing store. Help select sizes and colors. Calm and understanding individual who will hear you out into selecting what is best and into walking with you and putting the product into your hands and showing you the way. Highly recommend Marvin !
Online order says no take return this store. I go today and based time. NO RETURN. NO RETURN
Even though there 10 employees in store still claiming no changing room coverage so we are not allowing changing room access and still want to charge $80 for shirt or $60 for tshirt. I have all shirts and tshirt of express when they come out with new stocks but just this experience made me go to different brand for life.
The store manager Samantha went above and beyond to help me find an outfit for my interview. She really helped me narrow down my choices to find the right outfit. Excellent service a truly amazing experience at this store. Thank you again Samantha.

This is a huge shop with so much of good stuff . But a little expensive and Generally doesn’t suit my budget . I buy very few stuff from here but it really looks good on you. Blazers, sweaters etc . Not a big fan of their printed polos . Good customer service and nicely located within jersey garden malls . Overall a good experience but a little over priced ..
Express, Inc. is a fashion retailer that caters mainly to young men and women. The company is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio with over 500+ stores in North America.

They started out as women's brand in 1980s and then incorporated the men'sine in 2000s. When it comes to clothing it comes to your prefernce. I like their fit for my body type.

However it's a pain to iron/press it sometimes. Sign up for their rewards and they keep sending you coupons and discounts.

Store has changed. Use to have really cute employees. Maybe i went on wrong day. I also use to be able to get slacks and nice shirts. Guess its just there for advertisement purposes
Always an excellent store to go too. I was going crazy with the clothes as I used to shop here when I was younger. Unfortunately I'm a plus size and they don't make clothes for me. My boyfriend had better luck in EXPRESS MEN and he was happy with his turtleneck sweater.

I love the Perry Ellis brand. In this father's day weekend the store has affordable prices. The costumer service is ok. Not plenty shoe styles I hope it will improves.

Quality is good, come back here often because of quality and fitting.
But giving 3 Star as the sales staffs doesn’t attend at all.
I myself found out my shoes size and took it for billing,no sales staff attended

Came here to return an online order. I tried to return online, but the returns website was broken.

The store employee told me that they needed the original packing slip to return an order. My order was shipped in two boxes, and one of the boxes didn't have a packing slip, so those items weren't on there. I asked why the email receipt wasn't sufficient and was told that it's store policy. I asked whether that policy is in writing somewhere, as the website certainly doesn't say anything about it. He pointed to the written policy which also doesn't say anything about packing slips.

So I called the corporate number, and they were surprised by the policy too. They told me that the store has the right to set policies and refuse returns (really?), but to ask for the manager and get his name. When I did that, the story changed and they decided to process the return with just the email receipt.

Why did I have to spent 40 minutes and twist their arm to do a simple return? I couldn't tell you.

nice clothes for sale, pretty good price... BUT the service there is annoying. just being there for a couple of minutes lets you know that the sales associates are relying on commission. they just bother you at this point. it's just impossible to go there and just look at items without being harassed. being asked by the same person if i need help 4 times in 5 minutes isn't cool at all. very uncomfortable. made me walk out the store.
