They helped me piece together a last minute wardrobe for a conference where I'm no used to dressing in business attire. I appreciate he service and quality of the comfortable materials.
I live on a low budget but with the express insiders im able to get great deals here. Clearance is very affordable and i find great clothes. Altho there is a language barrier, and i have heard some rudeness from staff before to others, my mother genuinely loves coming here for the low prices on clothes and the staff have been helpful towards her in helping her redeem her coupons and maximize her savings. Overall its a great store with good selections and great prices and discounts.
Customer service attitude has improved.
BUT: no full refund for returned items.
I got a $98 pants, the refund price is $88. So we lose around 10%s, you tell me if that’s reasonable. This is the only store that applies this rule recently.

I love to come here every time I visit Boston.

There are not too many Express stores nearby and I enjoy stopping by!

They have a very well stocked men and women's department. Good discounts and variety.

The store has been very organized and clean every time I have visited and in COVID times they used to have masks at the entrance. It is not a busy store, which I am good with it.

Staff is very helpful... even the Security Guard is helpful! :)
We visited the Express store at South Bay Shopping Center in Boston. Today, I had a very bad experience with the cashier named Vanessa. She was loud, very unprofessional, and rude. She peeled off the marked down price of a pair of pants that I wanted to purchase right in front of my eyes. She said "someone" changed the price tag and then went on to charge me the full price of the item. I told her that's a clearance item on the rack, and there are other pairs of pants having a same markdown. She rushed over to the clearance rack and returned to the cash register only to admit that she was wrong, but never apologize for her mistake. She should be retrained on how to better treat and talk to Express store's customers otherwise this store will eventually lose all of its customers because of her horrible attitude. How can an employee still hold a job if she treated customers that way!!? Your Express store will never get more customers if you have cashiers like her.

The best service I have ever had! Nicole (the manager) was extremely helpful in search for the perfect Easter outfit that was stylish and church appropriate. I went back a week later for some accessories and she remembered me....I felt like a VIP. Thank you! Will definitely back soon.
My husband and I were shopping the day after Christmas around 8:30pm. One of the workers came around yelling at all the Latinos in the store telling them to stop touching things and looking for their sizes. She said she was sick of people messing everything up after she has spent all day folding. How are people suppose to shop if we can’t touch anything? It was extremely unprofessional. I get it that the store was about to close but that’s no way to speak to customers. She could have asked if anyone needed help instead of yelling and causing a scene.
