Don’t use!!!! I have stopped using this shell station due to number of beggars on site. Approaching you when stopped and filling up making you feel uncomfortable I spend over £20k on fuel and now won’t go to this station avoid!!!!
Since it's been taken over, half the pumps don't work or no fuel. You'll probably end up queing

Well stocked shop. No alcohol.
As well as fuel there is a small chice of dsily goods ie milk bread + others.
Competitive prices on fuel, plenty of room on forecourt. Shop clean and well stocked. Staff have excellent communication skills.
I paid £5 to go through the car wash and my car is still dirty in several places just looks like I have thrown dirty water over it can you help
A lot of their own food products are better than some of the top brands and they are cheaper ☆☆☆☆☆

I got charged four times £2 when I tried to use the jet wash and it didn't even work.
8 pumps offering petrol and gas. This station has become cashless and has no staff and is on the side of an Asda superstore.
There is also a water and air pump available. Getting out at peak times may take a while.

I went to collect a Yodel parcel. Their fuel is very expensive. There are only a few parking spaces for the shop and often cars aren't parked properly so reduced even more. There are 2 tills and I joined the queue for the left hand 1, only to be told when I finally got to the counter, that I had to use the other till. I showed the guy serving the bar code on my phone (I had taken a screen shot) and he took my phone off me to scan (unnecessary). What REALLY annoyed me was that after scanning, he clicked on my screen, which gave him access to other photographs on my phone! He left the large, rather heavy parcel on the counter (which is high up and I'm only short) so I had to struggle to lift it over various items on display. He could have easily brought it round the side of the counter and put it on the floor.
8 pumps, car wash, convenience store - pretty much all you could ask for at a petrol station, prices are decent too 👍

Cheap fuel, helpful and friendly staff, clean and tidy,they sell both unleaded petrol and diesel plus a small shop that has papers and some small stocks.
Pumps were not working properly.... no staff to help waste of time
I visited the garage yesterday to refuel and nipped to the toilet I put my phone down in the toilet by mistake and drove off.i.went back and Ahmed the cashier gave it me back it means the world to me as I can't replace the things I have on my phone thanks again 🙂

A normal petrol station. It does have a Greg's which is a bonus and the Starbucks next door is a plus.

Usually one of the better priced Shell stations along the M61, but price gouging to the tune of +5p a ltr because it's a Bank Holiday.

Not much to say it's a petrol station with a small Tesco
I liked it better before all pumps became pay at the pump. Typical supermarket prices though not the cheapest. Traffic light access from main road.
Now card only, whilst not the most accessible method of payment for everyone, it's the best way for me.
If you haven't got a card to pay with , you're not getting fuel. They have changed all pumps to card only.
My car needed petrol so I decided to see if asda petrol station had petrol and it actually did, not only that but it has diesel to, oh and an air pump, amazballs!! My car was well chuffed which was good as its failed it's mot.

Open till late every night , its also a tesco express for all the little bits of food you need if you've forgot to grab them on your full shop

Hi sorry to say but there is hardly any packing spaces on the for court and when cars are parked there there is hardly room to get to the petrol pumps many cars on the road trying to get in this not good. They all so have a Greg's pie shop inside and many people just pack at the petrol pumps to go and get a pie or sandwich not even to put petrol in so all this calls congestion not good. Sorry to say
This is now pay at the pump only facility meaning customers have to have a minimum £100 in their bank acc to purchase fuel. My parents were unable to put fuel in today.

Started coming here instead of Shell across the road. Good service and layout.
Good garage with a good range of food, drinks etc and a convenient bank manchine outside.
The Tesco is lovely for quick stops and ready-made/quick meals. Well stocked and the staff are super friendly. They always put a smile on my face.
Use this garage for Gregg's on a daily basis sometimes twice a day the toilets are always closed for cleaning.

Don't buy from this shop. Overpriced and was charged way more for the items I bought than was advertised on the shelves. Usually it is people robbing the garages and shops in this petrol station it is the other way round.
A very "helpful" shop assistant called Mohammed" helped himself out on my loyalty points, and when i got back and asked him about it, he had a smug smile on his face pretending and telling me he dosen't know about it. This wasn't the first time it happend.
But this was the last time I used this garage.

Esso shop is fine. Unfortunately, the local drivers are ignorant and show no respect when parking on site. Parking in disabled bays (no badge), parking over 2 spaces, and parking on the main drive through so you can't get to the pumps. just plain rude.

Clean, good access to/from road, and reasonably spacious and covered forecourt. Apart from fuel, I haven't bought anything more than a newspaper there but the Spar convenience store seems to be reasonably well stocked and the store is clean and well lit. The station also features a Greggs bakery concession and Starbucks is situated adjacently.
Went to get a free coffee using a voucher for the Costa coffee machine and the cashier was rude and unhelpful. He also accused me of stealing because I didn't want to pay for something that was free
Always go here, will drive out my way even if I am closer to another petrol station. Premium unleaded fuel, prices are always reasonable.

Went this morning to get my usual meal deal, but this time the cahier had charged me £6.60. When I said to him it should be £5.50 he said that one of the items was not in the meal deal when it clearly said on the till that he had scanned my drink twice (I get this same meal deal whenever I go in) The cashier was very unhelpful I would avoid and go elsewhere.

Guy on the nights 07.03.23 roughly 22.50pm was rude. If I could give less than 1 star I 100% would. I pulled up with my Satnav on and he announced through the tannoy (very rudely) that I needed to put my phone away and then turned the petrol pump off on me at £17 even though I wanted £25 and then when I confronted him about it he announced through his tannoy that I should go home and have a smoke. I am never using this petrol station again.
Every time I go to this petrol station (3 times out of 4). The guys left a sign on when it’s clearly open which says back in 2 and no one returns for over half n hour or so. Either he is taking a very long toilet every-time I happen to go but it’s very poor customer service.
The guy working nights point blank refused to make me a coffee ( I was on my way to work) and told me that I should come back later when they are open. Half past four in the morning and not a soul at the station. He couldn’t be bothered to get up out of his seat. I think the word ‘lazy’ is the best description here.
Went to this petrol station on way home from picking my partner up from work at about 11:30pm. My partner got out my car and tried to start filling it up when the guy was waving at him we was both confused and didn’t know what he was on about so he kept trying eventually the guy let us use it as were filling up it gets to £20 and the guy cuts it off so we are both confused yet again I thought maybe it ran out of fuel the pump so my partner goes inside to pay and the guy in the petrol station says “I didn’t think you would pay so I cut it off” my partner was mortified we’ve both never had anything like this said to us before so anyway he paid and went to walk away when the guy shouted “wait” so he stopped and then the payment got approved and he said “you can go now” so rude! Very shocked and appalled to be honest.
Consistently doesn't gave gloves or paper towels..🤷♂️ They appeared briefly during Covid-19 only for that seemedly to be now forgotten as they have returned to form..🤦

Bought a charger wire for 9 pound and when going back to say faulty does not work they refused yo refund the money. Very bad customer service do not buy any car accessories 10 pound down the drain

He said pay first and I’ll continue the pump. He then proceeded to say his ‘System is showing my car is Untaxed and doesn’t have MOT’.
I confronted him about this, and said can you show me please, he said no I cannot. So I stand to one side after paying for the fuel and check the GOV vehicle enquiry site and it shows my car is MOT & Taxed. I showed him and he just sniggered.
Bare in mind I’m always in this petrol station as I literally live across the road.

Toilets at this petrol station are ok but need a good clean. Very expensive for drinks and a bit of a confusing sign for pricing.
Most ignorant person! Wouldn't even speak to me, didn't tell me price of my fuel and purchases, just stood looking at me. Stared at me then when I said bye, just give me a stare! What service is that!
Everything seems good here untill you go to the toilet if your looking to use it for a number 2 think again or a 1 for that matter after seeing this I didn't touch anything apart from the tap that was also broken . 🤔 I think trading standards would have something to say about these pictures

Be very careful the guy who works on nights will try rip you off. I knew straight away I was being charged wrong and asked for a receipt, he gave a receipt with no listings of the items I had bought. Reported.
Filled my car (diesel) Shortly after I left I started having problems with my car. Mechanic said it was a bad batch of fuel and it's not the first time he'd had a car in after fuelling up there
do not ever order from here. They took £30 off me for some beer and wine, and the Uber driver turned up with 1 bottle of wine. Tried to phone them, says wrong number, tried to phone Uber, and just made me email them!!! disgusting people
Not been open that long but Already falling apart. Used the toilets today and nearly fell off when i sat down as the seat was hanging off. Same with the next toilet but that didn't even have a seat
I’ve always popped in here to top up my petrol. There is also a car wash however I have never used it. The prices are ok and there is a shop inside as well. It sells pies, snacks, crisps and other such paraphernalia. There is also a cash machine so you can draw money out. I rarely have to queue in this petrol station. Staff are polite as well.
It's a place to go only if your desperate, it's expensive and the milk goes off to quickly and some staff members are rude ,if your thinking of stopping by DON'T BOTHER

Went in to the subway area and after waiting almost 10 minutes to be served (the staff were there, just ignored us and didn't say a thing to us) we asked for what we wanted only to be told they don't have. Wouldn't mind but we were waiting for no reason and I could blatantly see the items we wanted right in front of us. Hypothetically you might queue for fuel before filling up, 10 mins! find a parking spot (5 mins) while you grab yourself a Starbucks, 5 more mins, then buy yourself a Greggs (in the queue) 10 mins, sit down to eat your sandwich and drink your coffee, 15 mins! grab yourself a bit of shopping from Sainsbury's for tonight's tea, 10 mins, pay, 5 mins, load your car and leave site 5 mins.
In essence that equates to 1hr 5 mins - not a disproportionate or unreasonable amount of time to be on site you'd think, oh no, that little mistake will cost you £100 on top of your fuel, your Greggs sandwich, your Starbucks, and your Sainsburys shop.
I suggest everyone should boycott this establishment, and these stores at other locations until the parking times are extended in line with normal establishments and offer 2hr free parking. Let the businesses paying the rent suffer financially like the unlucky people spending money to fund these stores. Hit them where it hurts.

The second time i have been and told i have to pay before fuel delivery despite me riding a £3k+ custom monkey bike thats clearly not some chavs field bike and im 42yrs old lastly the fuel tank holds a maximum of £3 so even if i was plotting a fuel theft it would hardly bankrupt the company the cashier had zero customer service skills
There is only one lady that works here and she is very rude all the time swearing at customers and gives less change back all the time on purpose. I hope the manager reads this and can teach her properly on how to treat customers !
Went in to pick up a few things. No staff members were wearing masks, manager withheld my goods until my payment went through then threw it at me. Went to leave and the door wouldn't open, so I asked for help, no response. I asked louder, one staff member notices and ignores. So I ask directly at another member and she looks at me like I have 3 heads, another member notices, looks me in the eyes and starts laughing at me, all while other people try to come in and believe the shop is closed, walking away. Awful shop with overpriced items and downright offensive staff, avoid at all costs.

I stopped to fill up and noticed two people in the shop and the attendant not wearing masks. I went to the Night Pay window to avoid going in. The attendant refused to let me pay this way and pointed for me to go in. His screen was open at all sides. Then I told him I did not feel comfortable his attitude for less than concerned. A dangerous environment. My 4month old could not meet her Grandma who died on Friday because of this disease. I will avoid this place in future.

It's grossly overpriced and the staff have no idea what the shop stocks. But it does have a Subway counter which is usually staffed by people who can speak English reasonably well, which has to qualify as a plus point.
Whatch out how you go here as the workers called the police on me as i just bought a car went there to fill up my new car and the worker checked my license plate and said that hes calling the police because it is sorn . A few of my friends told me too that they had bad experience with the same guy and hes rude. I will never ever go near the station and wouldnt advice anyone to do so as the staff is disrespectful.

Clean petrol station and good range of products in the shop. Has a cash machine and a Costa coffee express machine. Getting back on to the main road can be a bit difficult especially at the busy times of the day fortraffic. Staff are great and always helpful.
Went in on my motorbike and was made to take off my helmet and face mask ( bare in mind it was a cold morning) and made to pay for my fuel before I could fill up. Eventho my reg was visible and he could see my face clear as day. Will not go there again for fuel
Got a small blue milk from here today at 15:00 the milk was in date but when I made a tea I noticed it ad gone bad and the smell was sour. now I no this happens from time to time it was a plastic bottle they sumtimes get damaged not the shops fault I accept that but when I took the milk back to simply change for another the shop keeper wouldn’t allow me he was nasty and told me I was wrong and I should get out. Over a bottle off milk. I was so surprised at his reaction then angry because he was calling me a liar. Over a SMALL bottle of blue milk.

Non-local customers expected to pay before fuelling. Very inconvenient when simply wanting to fill the tank before a 250mile trip and having to estimate. Two trips into the shop to pay really shouldn’t have been necessary, I’ve never encountered this before in the UK. Go to another petrol station where you can fuel regularly, there’s plenty to choose from in the area.
On my way to work, so it is convenient to fill some fuel early morning, no waiting time, helpful staff, with food to go available along with ATM.
Very convenient fuel station, lots of items on sale if you need a top up shop, plus the subway there does a good beefy sandwich at a decent price
Quit a popular service station, so much so that the fuel delivery is quite regular guarantees that the fuel is fresh and having a higher level of octane (been in the automotive industry for 20 years so know my stuff). Prices are also reasonable may not be the cheapest prices in Bolton but sometimes it's not about the money.
