Went to get a free coffee using a voucher for the Costa coffee machine and the cashier was rude and unhelpful. He also accused me of stealing because I didn't want to pay for something that was free

There is a guy he is very much rude i buy a lottery ticket and he is throwing on my face he is too seriouse never said helo hi i am daily customer i know him he didnt apologize .argument with me this happe today 13.50 pm 29/07 you can chek the security cam thank you

Went in to the subway area and after waiting almost 10 minutes to be served (the staff were there, just ignored us and didn't say a thing to us) we asked for what we wanted only to be told they don't have. Wouldn't mind but we were waiting for no reason and I could blatantly see the items we wanted right in front of us. Rather than argue with what is clearly people who don't care about their custom just decided to leave. Won't return there again and would not recommend

Went in to pick up a few things. No staff members were wearing masks, manager withheld my goods until my payment went through then threw it at me. Went to leave and the door wouldn't open, so I asked for help, no response. I asked louder, one staff member notices and ignores. So I ask directly at another member and she looks at me like I have 3 heads, another member notices, looks me in the eyes and starts laughing at me, all while other people try to come in and believe the shop is closed, walking away. Awful shop with overpriced items and downright offensive staff, avoid at all costs.

Not happy at all

I went to pay and my card payment wouldn't go through
He kept saying its your card
I told him I've never had an issue. He said pay cash. I said I dont have cash. It was so embarrassing then he said my machine has a problem.

COVID INSECURE
I stopped to fill up and noticed two people in the shop and the attendant not wearing masks. I went to the Night Pay window to avoid going in. The attendant refused to let me pay this way and pointed for me to go in. His screen was open at all sides. Then I told him I did not feel comfortable his attitude for less than concerned. A dangerous environment. My 4month old could not meet her Grandma who died on Friday because of this disease. I will avoid this place in future.

It's grossly overpriced and the staff have no idea what the shop stocks. But it does have a Subway counter which is usually staffed by people who can speak English reasonably well, which has to qualify as a plus point.
