My new favorite store !
Beautiful layout and amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and answered all our questions. They have a court inside the store that you can try out a variety of tennis rackets. Would definitely recommend visiting especially if you’re a fan of tennis!

No joke - this is hands down the worst retail experience I’ve had in years. The store is situated in prime retail area (one of the highest traffic section of SoHo), yet the store staff (came across four of them) act like they don’t care and don’t want to be there when you ask for assistance for product info, sizes to try, etc. We wanted to get a pair of tennis shoes and some tennis apparel as we are getting into tennis, but the staff refuse to answer any questions and just tell us to look at the shoes ourselves. Mind you, the entire store has less than 5 people when we came in (5:15 pm on Sunday) and there’s as more staff than customers. The employees were just wandering around and chatting but started acting busy when you ask for help. What’s the point of coming to a brick-and-mortar store when you can’t get any info/assistance? After begging for help and finally trying on a pair of shoes, we decided to leave the store since we’d rather take our shopping elsewhere or online. We asked for sizes for three other styles and none had sizes - so again, what’s the point of a physical store if you can’t even try out the products (we’re regular sizes too - women 8 and men 9). The only pro is the store is roomy and nicely decorated - but no substance in terms of customer service or product availability. IMO the staff of the entire store needs some serious training; I’ve received better assistance from dollar stores and Walmart.
I placed an order for in-store pickup yesterday and was hoping to pick it up today. After selecting a store, your website tells me that my items are "In Stock" which means the items should already be in the store, not at the warehouse. Other retailers like Target, Home Depot, and Bloomingdales have a quick turnaround because those items are truly available in store. I called the store at 4PM today to see if my order was ready or if it could be prioritized. The store said that I had to wait until I received an email that my order was ready. Since I needed it today, I have no choice but to cancel the order. The store could not cancel the order so I called the 1-800 number for help. Whoever assisted me was not able to cancel my order and hung up on me when I needed clarification on how your website works. Hanging up on an already frustrated client is rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Go see Paul at 49th and 7th, he is amazing!!! I came in with basically zero knowledge of sneakers and what I needed, and he guided me the whole way through. He scanned my feet, looked at my custom orthopedic insoles, we discussed my current foot injury, and then we went from there. He was able to clearly describe each spec of every sneaker, including what it would do and how it would help/not help my injury. He was even able to look at my gait and judge whether or not I was stable in each shoe I tried on. His knowledge of the different shoe brands was extensive. I’m very confident in the sneakers I ended up with, I would highly recommend talking to Paul!

we were disappointed after our first stop there but came back the second day just to see if they still had the shoe we looked at the day prior and were helped by Lawrence - he was outstanding!! The first day experience was not very good and we forced ourselves to go back and thank god Lawrence was there - we bought the shoe plus socks! Wish he would have been there the day prior too!

Fantastic customer service from Jason. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. Went looking for some running shoes as I am slightly flat footed. Scanned my feet on the machine which gives detailed information. Tried on some shoes with insoles and ended up purchasing 2 pairs! Also visited Jason at the other store Upper East Side.
Thank you Gene for helping me get the perfect pair of kicks. Thanks for making my birthday purchase easy and carefree. Great set of people in this store. Knowledgeable and helpful. This place gives me hope for humanity! God bless!
Shout out to Gene today who helped me get a great pair of new walking shoes. Thank you! I ended up doing over 17000 steps that day. Dont think id have managed that without the new shoes. 10/10 service.

Walked into the store 5:45pm on a beautiful spring Friday. The store was deserted without any shopper in view. I left my skateboard and a small heavy shopping bag with several bottles of wine just bought up the street by the first rack. Clerk - “you need to move your board”. Fine - I moved my board. Clerk - “you need to move your bag”.

Ok. Took my bag and board and went across the street to Lacoste. Left the bag and board near the entrance and all I got was “hello, welcome…” A much friendlier place.

The Wilson clerk is extremely well trained to keep any nuclear facility safe.

Great Wilson store with many tennis, golf, and other sports items like pickle ball and baseball items. Very unique design, including some great bags.
Came here on the recommendation of the Wilson store at Columbus Circle. Was promised that they had every racket available for demo. They don’t. They don’t have the most common grip sizes for their flagship racquets, they don’t have common sizes, and the equipment is beat up.

Even worse is the service. Went out of my way to demo a racquet in store, signed up for myself to demo and my son but they only let us have one five minute session.

Would never spend a dime here. I’ll support an independent reseller instead.

Awesome spot. I love the whole vibe in this store and the staffs are super friendly. Dylan's a super nice guy, after talking to him and getting some recommendations, I ended up purchasing whole bunch of tennis items. I don't recall the manager's name but he's also super friendly and attentive as well.

You can find majority of the Wilson's tennis racket lines (including all new models) and the best part is that you can try these rackets in the court. Normally you are given 5 mins but it can be extended depending on the traffic of the customers.

Strongly recommended if you are looking for tennis related items!

Fyi, they also carry basketball, baseball, golf and paddle ball equipments.
I strongly recommend !
I don't usually comment my experience in a store but today I have to do it.
First of all, you must know that I'm french and in holidays in New York. I was looking for base-ball stuff to have souvenirs and play this sport in France where that sport is not as popular as basketball or soccer. Obviously, once I found the store aisle for baseball thanks to someone who indicated me I was kinda lost in front of the variety of products they have. Nevertheless, Isiah, a seller, saw me and had flown to my rescue ! He was not only a seller, he was an expert. He had taken the time to explain me a lot of useful things about baseball and the equipment with patience, passion and knowledge. I hope he'll see this comment because I would like to thanks him again.
In addition of that they have a large scope of qualities products with large scope of prices according to your budget !
To conclude, you can go to this store, the team and the products are good 👍

OK wow. I just left the store around 6 PM tonight and this has to be the friendliest staff of a Lululemon I have ever met. Everyone was so kind and friendly and I felt super welcomed. I came here to do a return and had no issues, and everyone was very eager to make my experience smooth and easy! Staff and security should get major props at this location. I have been to some not so friendly Lululemon locations. I live in Washington Heights but if I ever need to go to a Lululemon again, this will be the location I come to.

Staff is really nice! Not everyone is super experienced in the section of sport they sell, but they are always willing to help you out!

If you find something you like and are willing to wait, they do have some really killer mass sales sometimes. I was finishing snowboard boots marked down for $300 to $50 and swix ski poles for just $5-$10. Good stuff!

This store is amazing. Best selection in all of NYC and the customer service is amazing. Everyone is so knowledgeable about what they’re selling. Shout out to Natasha, she must have brought me every single ski pant on the floor until I found the perfect fit, and she had me laughing and singing along to their 90s r&b playlist. Truly a pleasure to shop here
They have a mini court inside the store to test their sports equipment. Open only after 2pm. I arrived too early. Had to wait for more the 2 hours. Check in was fine and almost no waiting line. They offer a good selection of high quality Wilson brand clothing but a little expensive. Located near to the subway station.

Nobody ever pick up the phone or answer emails. In store it’s like you dont even exist plus the amount of items they have is limited.
Jason is the most helpful, knowledgeable kind and friendliest shoes salesman I’ve ever met in my life he helped figure out what shoes are best for my feet and my mobility and what I needed for work as well as off work. He definitely deserves a raise and I look forward to coming to New York just to shop with him again! Thanks, Jason. Chiefs!

I had a great experience at the store. Michael R. went out of his way to assist me in choosing the ideal walking shoes. He was super knowledgeable and patient, making sure I found the perfect fit and style. I'm very satisfied with his assistance and my new shoes. There are professionals like this and we need to cherish them at all costs.

It's a multi sports equipment center. Every sport imaginable is in there, Even pickleball.
I was a little disappointed with the ski department which is what I went to look for. Compared to the other sporting sections in the place that are still well stocked even though in some cases the sport seasons are over. The skis were very limited especially the ski boots.
It is one of the most social staff I've ever met. Almost every person said hello and asked if I needed help.
I'm hoping it's just that ski season hasn't started yet and not the full swing.
Terribly understaffed, crowded, and narrow - even with the crowd control monitor at the door. There were probably 20 people trying on shoes and 2 people to help them.

There are 4 touch points with staff: 1. Find the right kind of shoes for your needs and ask for the try-on shoe hidden in the wall, 2. Determine if the shoe fits or if you need to size up, 3. Once you find your size, they have to call someone in the back to get the color you want, 4. Checkout.

I made it to 2 and couldn’t find my person to ask about the elastic laces, so I left. The Williamsburg location has more space and a bigger selection.

Expectations are high when you travel over 1 hour to reach a store whose brand adverts are a constant on social media.
-The staff were extremely attentive and helpful (5 stars)
-The store concept is “unique” but the space is too tight to handle the demand for such a trending brand (minus 1 star).
-They did not have many of the designs seen online, had limited size availability, with no option for delivery orders (minus 1 star).
I bought a pair that was available in my size, and plan to look online for the style I loved.
I recently visited the QC store, and I was quite satisfied with my experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, which made my shopping trip enjoyable. They had a good variety of products, and the quality seemed reliable. Overall, it's a very nice store for everyday shopping needs. 👍🛒

This store is CHAOTIC!! Buy online instead, go a size up because the shoes fit small. It is not worth going to visit this store.

The 2 stars are for the gentleman that was helping me, I didn’t get his name because that’s how busy the store was after almost being ignored by the other associates for 15 minutes before the gentleman attended to me.

On cloud are trending shoes currently and whoever thinks this shoebox of a store is a good idea needs to rethink it ASAP. The store is hot and crowded, the shelves open outward which means less space for the customers. The variety of shoes is very limited, they have a better variety online. The store was packed made worse by very slow service, they have very few associates for the type of crowd they attract. By the time I was leaving there was a line forming outside for people trying to get in and shop. I will only shop this brand online, the store experience is horrible.

Barely had volleyball related items.
Didn’t have much winter sports gear.

Not much for kids sports gear either.

I expected more from this store but it was disappointing for lack of items that I’m looking for.

Not much staff to help out on the second floor :(

This place was awesome!!! The Salesman Carmelo went above and beyond to help me with purchasing a Predator cue and some great accessories to go with it. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and this place will get my business every time I am in town.
One hour outside for entering and then low stock availability.
3 stars because I love the shoes but the store itself is worthy 2 stars or less.
Better to buy online once you know your size… even if the online store doesn’t have stock options too.
I had initially ordered a pair of shoes online and they ran much smaller than other companies I have bought from. The customer support on the phone was extremely unhelpful so I decided to see if it would be easier to go to the store.

However, the store layout is suboptimal and very crowded.
The employees were not engaging and I had to asked multiple people for help before I was able to get someone to get me shoes to try on to figure out the right size I needed.

While the shoes are comfortable, the whole hassle and poor overall customer experience would make me shy away from purchasing from them again
We had such a fabulous day there that it's hard to review the facility itself, but everything was fine and we had no real complaints.

For the fifth star, it'd need seating in the West Rink beyond just the couple little benches at the ends, and space for hockey players to air out their gear between games at a tournament. But what was there sufficed, with a bit of creative effort.
New Swiss engineering, high performance shoes with amazing support. Great staff who are willing and able to help out.

Please expect to be on the line before getting in. Small store with limited selection compared to their online store.
Perfect shop if you want to get a comfortable shoes while in nyc.

Because we were walking so much, I wanted a more comfortable shoes.

Ty hosted us, took me to the machine to get me the most suitable shoes for me, and was very nice and of perfect advice.

I would totally recommend this place to you

Beware when buying items online and returning by mail they do not refund shipping charges unless you call and argue. Website says free returns.
It's an ok rink. The price is $20 for public skating which is quite expensive for 80 mins of skate time. You do get a nice view of the river but can be a bit hard to see from the rink as the rink is elevated. Rinks feel a little smaller than most which results in center ice being reserved for private skate lessons. It's the main all year round rink in nyc
Do not even bother unless you have A LOT of patience- just order a few pairs online.. It’s ridiculous that they make folks line up outside AND again inside. This is not a boutique luxury store- this is a tiny athletic shoe store. It’s a really awful customer experience that is faking “exclusivity”. Not a great introduction to the brand.

Product availability is SUPER limited in store and we heard staff encourage folks to just shop online after they waited on 2 lines to get in.🙄 BUT I will say staff are SO friendly and try to be as helpful as possible- it seems like they’re juggling a ton of customers at once and the energy is chaotic.

Seriously- Just order a few pairs online and return the ones that don’t fit.

Large complex, quality ice, great seating areas. NO HEAT. No heat in the locker rooms, lobby, elevator or bathrooms. No where to get warm unless you happen to be the guy making the pizzas and standing by the oven. Also no hot water in the bathrooms for when you wash your hands.
The guys running the pizza shop/snack bar were very nice. Pizza was good.
But again—-for the prices being charged for parking, public skating, pizza, etc—-turn on some heat.
Thought about it. Seems like a great idea. I laughed when I saw it and feel bad for those who spent money on this. The ad makes it look very cool. In actuality, you're skating around on a small surface and you're right in the middle of people looking at the views. To me it's a scam. My guess is most people purchase without seeing it and are disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Avoid this location. I bought Jordon 7 online, and since it didn't fit, we came to this store to return it. However, the manager refused to accept the return and said we have to go to a "real" Finish Line store (obviously this store is not "real"). He even threatened to call the security to "remove" us (we came with our one-year-old child and I can't imagine how he could have said that). My wife asked the manager's name but he's not willing to disclose it. We went to this store because their website directed us to this store for returns, which is also confirmed by the manager since he said "there's customers coming everyday trying to return Jordon". IMO, if they couldn't return the shoes because they are not a "real" Finish Line store and don't sell Jordon, they should at least update their website. Eventually we couldn't do anything and had to leave (in case we get "removed"). Very disappointed.
Nice rinks, primarily geared toward hockey, but they don't have seating inside all of them. Expensive parking and the constant stream of noisy hockey players through each rink can be frustrating if you're attending a figure skating event or similar, quieter performance. It's one of the best options for indoor skating in the area, though.

I was recommended to come here by my friends from college, an absolute pleasure to do business with them. Customer service is great and the atmosphere is great, they're really helpful and happy to help if needed. Bought a Pearson's 20 oz. cue, and I will definitely be back to buy more cues and accessories.
Cool indoor rink on the piers. Well maintained, spacious. They provide skate rentals and other safety equipment as well. In the evenings, you can watch little kids play ice hockey. Its adorable

Shopped here once and got charged 4 times for a single tank top. The merchant ran my card through 3 times said none of them worked and then charged it to a different credit card. All of the charges went through and lululemon has been completely awful to deal with, claiming there is nothing they can do when they charged me $232 for a tank top that was supposed to cost $58. I have tried calling this location, customer service and going back in person, all in addition to also dealing with the credit card company and have still not been able to get a refund. Avoid this store location at all costs in less you want to want to pay 4x the amount for already overpriced clothing.

This is an incredible establishment. I went to purchase a new pool cue and was absolutely blown away. The store is filled with custom made pool tables, a huge selection of cues, dart equipment, backgammon tables etc.

Will helped me select a stick that I felt comfortable with and was able to answer every question. Really helpful and made me feel at ease. They had a table to let me test out different sticks and then let me play a couple games. Thanks again to Will and Carmelo — go check this place asap!

We worked with Jeff Roeder to select a pool table for restoration; ultimately purchasing a Brunswick Jewel. Jeff was knowledgeable and provided significant guidance through the process. He was proactive, keeping us informed, and helped with the decisions needed to bring the table to completion.

The table turned out beautifully. Their craftsman returned a table to as good as and perhaps better than new condition. I am happy to play a part in continuing the table's history.

Blatt's delivery was on time, professional and of exceptional quality. They demonstrated the utmost care while working with a very large and heavy table in our home.

I unconditionally recommend Jeff and Blatt Billiards for your next game room purchase.

Something has to be said about the quality and customer service at Blatt. I'm an architect and I worked on a condo project in NYC where the client wanted custom pool tables in their amenity space, and it seemed like Blatt Billiards was the place to go to get it done. From the beginning stages of custom design, to hand-selecting the wood veneer patterns, colors and orientation...the process was smooth, thorough, and incredibly professional. I personally appreciate a good pool table so this was such a treat for me to work with and meet the entire line of (family-run) folks working to make this happen. From Steve and Brian at the showroom to Bruce with whom I had the pleasure to work with at the fabrication factory. Everyone was incredibly quick to get things moving and more than kind and generous throughout the entire process. I've never worked with such a great group of individuals who value quality in the craft of building, while offering stellar customer service. Can't share a higher recommendation to do business with these guys and I look forward to our next project together!

Jose Hernandez Completed installation of our Blatt Billiard 7 foot pool table yesterday. It was my, Combo Birthday/Retirement gift. Let me say that the whole experience was wonderful. I visited several sites and decided on a 6 foot at another site, however, after speaking with Brian Roeder of Blatts, I realized that I would be better off with the 7 foot table. To top it off, it was cheaper than my original choice. The installers were on time and quite organized. They patiently worked with me to ensure that it was perfectly positioned for the best experience. My wife loved that when they let, there were no signed of their visit. Thanks so much for my new gift which I will enjoy forever:)
I went here for a hockey game. Parking in the garage is expensive ($33 for about 2 hours) and I'm not sure where else to park. They have a nice large elevator to take you to the rinks and wide stairs if you prefer stairs. When you go In it is a very large open area with tables to sit and eat. The snack bar has muffins, chips, bagels, pizza, garlic knots and some salad choices. Not bad but a few more choices for protein would be nice for our athletes before or after game meal. It is also a little pricey. A regular can of soda was $2. Pizzas start at $19.95 for a cheese pizza but it was good. The East rink where we played was nice because the netting doesn't go all the way around and you can take better pictures of the game. After the game my son said the ice was good so that's a plus. Locker rooms were clean but very small. The pro shop does sharpening and is nice, offering hockey and figure skating equipment. Overall this rink has everything you need to have a great time!

We entrusted the full restoration of our late 19th Century Brunswick Balke Collender "Popular" model table to the Roeder family at Blatt Billiards. From the start of our initial visit with David and Steve Roeder in NYC, followed by a trip to the NJ shop and a tour by Bruce Roeder and his son, Jeff, through the series of decisions to be made with Jeff, who led the project, the experience was an enjoyable one throughout. Jodi, who handled scheduling, and Angel and Chuck, who first disassembled and returned three months later to set it up are all true professionals. Watching Angel spend a good 2 hours just on leveling the table underscored their care in getting it right. The attention to detail throughout the project was exceptional. Our table has now been restored to a jewel-like appearance and plays with a liveliness that we had never enjoyed in 30+ years it has been in our family. There is only one Blatt Billiards.
