I stop in every time I'm in Berlin, they always have some unique and cool stuff. My favorite finds are the t-shirts with a bit of a tasteful, edgy comedic zing. There is also some cool art to be found in the form of clothing. Matze, Aay, and Darius behind the counter are very helpful and cool, they make me feel welcome every time I come through. One of my favorite shops in Berlin.

40 minutes in the store.. staff couldn’t gave me the shoes I asked for, first time shoes were not in the system (?), second time I guess they just didn’t want to…
Completely a lack of communication skills from the staff, that just keeps telling you to ask their colleagues, so unprofessional and a total waste of time, I won’t come back

Disappointing customer service experience. As a traveler from Canada, I was shocked by the lack of empathy and effective communication skills from your staff. My experience was well below expectations and left a bad impression of your company. Unfortunately, I wish I could give a negative rating. Invest in training to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, especially for international visitors.

Nice store, Nice staff on cashier but terrible service inside the store, for workout session. Keep away if you need some assistance, some simple as picking up a sport shoe in your size.

I am very appreciative of this store’s management, for their understanding and helpfulness where a prior purchase was concerned.

For no apparent reason, the fitting rooms on both floors were closed, making my visit a waste of time. The staff explained that it was a management decision to close the fitting rooms to customers. Who else would use them if not the customers?!

Rude staff act more like security than staff to help, it's just Nike not the crown jewls. Just calm down a little. Makes you wonder why the store was empty and glass was broken outside. Perhaps some staff need to be let go. The staff told my son to not touch the shoes, why are they on display. This was his first touch. Obviously management failure.

Gut geeignet für sportliche Aktivitäten in dieser nasskalten Jahreszeit. Duschen , Sauna , sehr schönes Restaurant mit Bar für die Entspannung danach vorhanden. Bin am Wochenende gerne hier und kann es nur empfehlen. Vorherige Onlineanmeldung ist von Vorteil.

Terrible staff and manager. They refused my return for absutely no reason. The refund was processed in 5 minutes in Alexa...

They have very bad manner, their sellers are so impolite and without sense of cooperation
And also the managers are awfull. I wanted return a gloves after 2 hours and they didn't accept.
They told me about one rule that wasn't wrote in their role papaer. They forced me to keep the golves

The one worker there could not speak german at all. I dont mind since my english is fine but still kind of weird. She answered in very short and gave me nasty looks. Anyhow, besides her the store looked clean. Not too used to having to ask a worker for every pair i want to try on, since no boxes are avaliable in the store themselves. Aah and obviously shoes expensives from nike

It’s sort of inconveniently located, unless you are driving.
The facility however is really nice. Ladies at the reception spoke English. You can book the place online. We rented rackets, and you need to buy the shuttle. It cost 6€ in total for rackets and shuttle. You can also rent court shoes.
Every service booked comes along with free access to sauna.
There are snacks to buy and a restaurant on the facility as well.
It was a lot of fun and will definitely be going back soon.

This place does not exist anymore. We went there last week and it just wasn’t there.

I had good experience here with purchases and warranty issues..
but for one of my shoes with sole coming apart one store person agreed with it and another disagreeing with it.
But my claim was right so i had to fight for it .
In the end i got my justice so happy..
Just be sure to talk to the right person in the store.

Very rude personnel, my son wanted to retry a shoe that he thought it was too small, since the same shoe one number higher was for sure too big and the clerk refused to bring it back, because she” already put it back” . Ok, you lost 120€, I bought the same in another shop for less price, but maybe you don’t really care, but at least be ashamed to make a child cry for your rudeness…

something for everyone who likes basketball

Sehr gute Anlage, beim Badminton guter Boden, gute Deckenhöhe und gute Beleuchtung, außer bei den Plätzen außen.
Duschen&Co könnte man mal auffrischen.
Das Personal ist meistens sehr freundlich,
Das Restaurant ist ganz gut. Preise dort nur langsam etwas drüber.
Außerdem nerven die recht häufigen bayrischen Aktionen.

clean, quiet, parking spaces. and if you wanna buy a squash racket you are offered to rent a set of all available kinds to find a proper one for you.

Im one of the DDR Event Winners at the store a while ago. I got promised by phone call and by via email that i will get my 150 euro Voucher in a few days (which was over 4 months ago).
As of now this event was a total scam and they took my information as well.

This is not a shop for running shoes - the system and in house Knowledge is about street shoes. They were kind enough to replace my badly fitted shoes. Still, it took a lot of patience and quite a few discussions for that to happen.

Clean, good facilities and friendly staff! Online booking. 4 starts and not 5 as I think they should clean often and better the carpets on the courts

Worst experience ever. I wanted shoe and asked consultant my size, they gave it to me , I wanted to buy it but they They brought me the wrong size at the counter, when I asked for an exchange, they told me that my size was no longer available, then I asked the consultant again and he told me that they would bring it soon, after 20 minutes I still didn't have the shoes, I asked another consultant and she told me the same thing that they would bring them, after 25 minutes they still didn't bring them. shoes and I left. No one said anything or helped me

Love discovering new New Balance Stores, the Berlin Outlet is great. Somehow each store seems to have items not available at home (London). Great staff.

We went to buy two pairs off NB trail hiking shoes to replace the ones we currently wear on our travels and are very happy with.
We were open to suggestions of another NB shoe from a newer version shall the other one be not avaliable any more.

But the male staff member who worked there in the morning of 8th August was very rude, had no interest to suggest another similar shoe when asked and said we should go and order online.

Terrible rude, unfriendly, ageist and arrogant person.

We were very disappointed as we specifically travelled nearly an hour to visit the Flagship store in order to get good advice and service.

We were in and out of that store within 2 minutes - so bad!

Your booking application really doesn't work properly. I had problems with the booking application several times.
Sometimes the bookings I did are not being showed, so I ended up booking another slot (before I start playing) and for some weird reasons all the booking are not visible the app, but once we go into the location it shows all of them to the staff.

sometimes the canceling we do appear on the app but it was not actually canceled.

We ended up paying up more for the courts we didn't want to book we didn't use.

Staff is nice, and I have informed about this problem to them. Please ask your IT provider to fix this problem.

Der beste Lacoste Store den es in Berlin gibt. Das Personal ist erstklassig, aufmerksam und immer für Fragen offen. Der Store selbst präsentiert perfekt die Marke Lacoste. Kollaborationen wie Netflix oder Sporty&Rich werden den Kunden in einem einzigartigen Design präsentiert. Auch das Café im Laden kann mit leckerem Kaffe sowie netten Personal punkten.
Ein muss für Mode und Lacoste Fans

Please avoid this store at all costs. They have the worst store manager I have ever seen. Nike's global management should pay attention to customer service in this store.

Instead of focusing on increasing the store's sales and customer satisfaction, she worries about whether people are eating in her store while they shop. Even though we only had a couple of licks of ice cream left, she arrogantly asked us to leave the store while we were halfway through the store. In fact, she was ordering, not asking. Ironically, she noticed the almost finished ice cream, but failed to notice that my son was dressed head to toe in Nike products. I understand that it is her legal right to 'throw' customers out of the shop if they do not obey her orders. But is it the right thing to do? She represents a brand that millions of young (and old) people are in love with, but she has an attitude about it. When we finished the ice cream, she still insisted that we leave the shop and threatened to call the police as if we were criminals.

I am very sorry that my 12 years old son had to witness this hostile and arrogant treatment. Unfortunately, we had to leave the store and won't be going back, but I really hope Nike reads my review and trains its staff on how to deal with customers who unwittingly break store rules. She may be right about following the rules, but this is not about being right, this is about how you get the message across.

Great sports club and accepts urban sports membership. They have courts available for badminton, squash, and table tennis. Shoes and squash rackets are provided on rent also.

200€ Made-In-USA shoe completely torn and destroyed after less than a year of standard use. My wife ordered a pair of New Balance online and guess what.. the same. I call this bad quality. I've always been a big fan of New Balance. Not anymore.

I went in to check whether this store has the type of Airmax90 that I been dying to get for quite sometime but my choice was out but I had the staff named Pascal who came and asked if i require help. He took sizes that fits my feet to try it on and gave me recommendation that I can wear with socks or without. Best part, he took out a color that was matching to my outfit just to try the shoes on. That is customer service awareness and reads his customer. I can't compliment enough about his work ethics and plus, he is good looking to add to this mix of compliments. Well done! :)

Bad customer service 😔

Four months ago. I went shopping here . I'm an Asian girl. I feel that the staff is very discriminatory. I asked for product information, but the staff answered reluctantly, especially reluctantly. Not friendly at all. I have money to pay. I am not impressed with the service, so I quickly tried and paid for it. I went there because I already liked the product, but the obstacle was that some employees made this brand of products look undervalued. I don't want to let go of this situation.Even though it's been a long time, I still want to buy shoes that I like here because it's close to my home, but I don't want to see that happen again. Please consider training employees before let them passing the probation as well. Thank you.

Excellent courts and proper community feel. Squash house is included on urban sports plus has a small sauna and chill area also included for free. Lovely staff too. Been playing here a few years and absolutely love it.

Nice specialty coffee

I didn't like the customer service there. I was told to look for anything else in the store. I said thank you and showed my stuff; these were the things that I wanted to buy. He turned to his colleague and said something in German, and they both laughed. I could have thrown the stuff away and walked out of the store. (I regret that I didn't do that.) I just looked at both with a poker face and bought the stuff. But I would not definitely recommend anyone who plans to visit this store: if you face a situation like this, don't leave without asking if they've ever gotten any idea how they should behave customer-appropriately.

Good shoes but no Jordan 4s

The rating is only for badminton. Didn’t try other sports. The height of the court is so low the beam of the ceiling interrupted the game all the time.

Although I found the store to have a good collection, I couldn't find a specific model I had seen online. The shopkeeper recommended that I check out a larger store instead.

They put the wrong location on the Google map. This showroom is just next to the Saturn building , New Yorker and O2 shops. Anyway stuffs are friendly and helpful for finding my shoes 👟. Sometimes I think their price is high but still favourite shop for my sneakers.

It's a great center, kind and helpful staff. We played Badminton and Table Tennis and the courts, tables were in excellent condition.
Additionally the tables where "gated", so the ball couldn't escape that easily. But with more.than enough space to play comfortably.

The nicest, most generous and welcoming staff I have ever met here in Berlin. Coffee and desserts are tasty and affordable. Overall the cafe-store concept is creative and a unique experience.

Dad here! I've been here a few times with my son and these guys have the best customer service I have encountered anywhere. The people are super friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There's nothing much to complain about other than the size of the store. It's not that big, which isn't a bad thing, but it's a little underwhelming for me who was exited to see what Nike Berlin had too offer. Just something to manage your expectations.

Garden interior meets good coffee place lol, the staff is really friendly and nice; would recommend the iced drinks as well as non coffee drinks. Def need to try out the coffee beans and the chocolate for home

Awesome place to be with friends and family. Very clean, indoor sports complex with bar counters to enjoy while playing bowling, badminton or squash, dart game. I am not sure about the pool table but yes... its worth spending weekends. The person at entry counter is very respectful and cool. Definitely visiting more..

Legit place to buy some Jays, airmax, basketball shoes, apparel. The people who work there are also really nice and professional. It's usually a better experience than the Nike store/Snipes/ Footlocker which are across the road.

I was in this shop and is very nice location and you can fund whatever you want, but the most important thing from this shop is the workers, they were really nice and polite, I like one the people smiles.. so thanks guys for the nice attention... I will come soon.

This is a really cool store. They had plenty of skate products. The staff was nice. They had a skate bowl in the back, it was being used as a clothing section but I imagine they sometimes take the clothing out and skate it as it looks like it has been skated in. I would go back.

Go into a shop and start picking up stuff and looking at it , maybe unfold a couple clothing items to get a better look and see what the Germans do. They freak out because now they have to fold them. That is what you are paid to do ass hat. Learn your place. I spend thousands of dollars at your stores throughout the world and you're going to give me attitude about picking up clothes! Your corporate overlords feel differently.
