J'ai été très déçu par le service lors de ma dernière visite dans ce magasin de sport. Le vendeur était poussif et désagréable, insistant lourdement pour que j'achète les paires de chaussures les plus chères, sans tenir compte de mes besoins ou de mon budget. Je ne me suis pas senti écouté ni respecté.
J'ai fait réparer mon gravel Specialized 2 fois dans la meme journée. La premiere fois, pour dévoiler ma roue. Mon pneu crève comme par magie juste 1h après alors que ca ne m'étais jamais arrivé quand je posais mon vélo dans la rue. Deuxième réparation le meme jour pour remplacer le pneu troué et fixer le dérrailleur. Je repars, 5 minutes après le dérailleur casse, je peux plus pédaler, mon vélo n'est plus utilisable. La réparation de mon vélo va me couter plus de 600 euros sans compter le cout de la reparation chez Velo Time.
Super atelier j’y ai acheté un vélo de course très bien et Karim est super bon conseiller! Je recommande! Au lieu d’acheter tout neuf chez décathlon!! Allez plutôt là

As they don’t pick the phone, emails or even Instagram, I managed with Chronopost to get their confirmation that the package is lost and they mentioned that I needed ti get in touch with the store to get the refund or the replacement.
I’ve been trying to call them since then, wrote emails, etc with no answer.
Either their customer service is extremely bad either they are a bunch of scammers.
Whatever reason, don’t buy from them.
Now I’ll need to check with the payment aggregator to cancel the purchase.

I really like this Decathlon location. It's pretty spacious, not too crowded and the staff is nice. You'll find many things and they have a good stock of items. The staff is helpful!

Quad skates are a second class citizen here. Rarely things are in stock. Attention: I discovered today that the stock indicators on the website differ depending on what language the site is in. So you might show up or order something that isn't in stock and waste your time going in. I want to support a local store rather than ordering, but they make it difficult by not keeping things in stock.

Belle et grande boutique. Un grand choix de produits . Il faudrait mettre l accent sur l accueil . C est plutôt aux vendeurs d accueillir l acheteur et non pas l inverse. Le Bonjour est un peu timide a mon sens.

come to get bike night light. There isn't one we want. it only has 3 hours and not water proof. The store is clean and lot of varieties of goods but I couldn't find what I want but I recommend this store for sport equipment

Very cool store, fair prices, very friendly employees. The only downside is that it's a little bit small. If you're a basketball fan and you are in Paris you should definitely visit this store👍

I was late and I came just 3 minutes before the official closure.
I was so happy that I managed to reach to shop, as I came from Poland, especially for this Pari Roller event.

Mécanicien particulièrement sympathique et professionnel ! Après une révision désastreuse effectuée ailleurs, il a réglé mon problème de frein et resserré ma roue en un rien de temps, le tout gratuitement, et avec le sourire. Honnêtement je n’en revenais pas, j’irai faire toutes mes révisions chez Vélo Time à partir de maintenant !
Le Lacoste de Beaugrenelle est celui où je vais habituellement que ce soit pour de l’achat en direct ou pour du Click and collect. Je n’avais jamais été déçue jusqu’à ma dernière visite.
Une fois entrée dans le magasin, aucun des vendeurs ne lève la tête pour dire bonjour. Quand c’est enfin le cas, la vendeuse ne vient pas vers moi quand je lui indique que c’est pour le retrait d’une commande. Elle me demande mon nom alors qu’elle est tout au fond du magasin : donc à moi de me déplacer vers elle ou de le crier alors que nous sommes entourés de clients.
La recherche du colis a pris 15-20 minutes bien qu’ils étaient 2 à 3 vendeurs à le rechercher dans l’arrière boutique. Ce n’est qu’au bout d’une dizaine de minutes qu’ils ont vérifié sur leur tablette que mon colis était bien livré dans la boutique car avant cela ils en doutaient et étaient venus vérifier plusieurs fois sur mon smartphone le mail que j’avais reçu, en me demandant même après avoir lu et relu le mail « Vous êtes sûrs que vous l’avez fait livrer ici ? ».
Le colis a été remis par la suite avec le minimum d’excuse.

One of the most comprehensive NBA basket stores in Europe I've been to. Does not have the choice of the online NBA store of course, but if you are looking for an NBA jersey, either current or from older collections, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and the location, in front of the Paris main town hall, is a great plus for accessibility.
Was able to order what I needed and have it delivered in a few days.

Je suis très dégoûté du personnel de cette boutique et leur comportement. J’ai acheté un pantalon à 120€ j’ai demandé une retouche et en retouchant l'article, ils l’ont abîmé. J’ai demandé un échange ou un remboursement mais ils refusent de m’écouter ou même me trouver une solution. Ils sont bien contents quand on achète chez eux mais dès qu’il y a un problème aucune solution et personne ne vous écoute. Je suis pourtant un client fidèle à Lacoste.

My wife went to check her bicycle with some specific notes to be checked shared with the "Atelier Cycle" people.
- Apart from the online RDV platform do not take bookings, you need to visit.
- Apart from waiting there in-line for about 2 hours until her turn.
- Apart from telling them all the specific notes to be checked, they offered a security pack costs 40 euros (in which it covers some or most of the notes she described for them: checking and adjusting brakes, checking and adjusting and modifying the chain, etc...).
- They didnt know when they will finish this check up, so my wife didnt know if she should wait or not, she waited for about 1 hour and they didnt finish, so she left and they told her they will call, they didnt, and she came back after 2 hours and it was done.
She paid, she left and the moment she rode her bicycle, the chain dropped, among other adjustments, that it appeared they didnt modify, adjust ... apparently.
She went back, ofcourse as a normal customer, mad about paying more than 48 euros for a pack that was not applied, she complained, she didnt want to wait, and guess what?
**she got verbally asked to leave and never come back after they repair and do the proper check up again, the responsible of this "Atelier" was rude, have no sense of customer point of view understanding and the time wasted to get this service as well to get a rude unprofessional response from this person!
This is what happens for being a loyal nice respectful customer, and this is how you lose customers.
We really love Decathlon, we are still customers, but we now hate going to this branch.
We tried to escalate this case, but no one even bothered to cater our needs and even simply apologize! really, not a single sorry...

Not exactly what WE were looking for, Not so many items in Store, you have to order most things. Prices are even higher than online for NBA shirts and not much other stuff to buy there. But friendly personal for sure and Air comditioning :-)
Great store for any basketball fan, especially NBA fans. Lots of Nikes in stock, even some limited edition runs. Also lots of officially-licensed apparel and other goods, even some early-2000s logo'd hats. Staff seemed very knowledgeable as well.

I'm fairly disappointed. No enough choices, colors, variety of prices. Too expensive for nothing. There aren't even very reputable brands to tolerate their prices. And about the colors, seriously the most important thing is this. You need to be able to pick the color you want. All they have is mostly black and white. I went their got depressed then left. I also recognized that they give skateboards more attention than inline skates...

Well refurnished shop for triathlete that wants top quality. Staff is very nice and always ready to give you advices.
I was denied entry because the blond lady told me they closed while there was clearly still people shopping inside and it was 7:53 and all I wanted was to buy a bottle for shakes and water. And clearly on the website they close at 8 pm. She could have asked me if I know what i want to grab it quickly. They make u feel as if they are paying you and not the opposite.

Good Factory price outlet. There are sections for male, female & kids. You can find offers at this store for since specific models. You can buy Nike sports shoes, sportswear, football etc. In general it is crowded and this store is kind of self service based outlet. You can get all design displayed and you can look for your size & try on.
U can find a looot here. Staff really busy but nice, so u can wait 30min sometimes for an advice. And if u look for things for really young riders (under 4-5) u wont find. But thats the same everywhere else i think

Great store in Paris, they have many interesting thing for triathlon and cycling, specially for road cycling. They have an amazing web store mad you can order online and pick your product online, they also order for you and you come back to pick your products up, this is really convenient specially when you are a tourist. The personal are so gentle, they speak English and know and practice sports, as a result the advice are well informed.
Awful shopping experience. The staff (code 6660SCC on my ticket) was rude and not helpful when I said the shoes seemed large, she simply turned around ignoring me. I ended up buying the shoes but left the shop feeling so frustated, and now I hesitate whether i should have picked a different size or not. Big waste of time going to this shop. Do not recommend.

Nice prices but could use some air conditioning. Just because you have very good deals it doesn't mean that your customers don't deserve to be treated well. Can get extremely crowded most times. Last time I waited 20 minutes, and then decided to not buy anything and just leave.

Very friendly service. As an American, it was difficult to find a place to buy much needed new shoes. The store owner and staff worked very hard to help find shoes that were my size (a difficult task due to wearing a US size 14). After a little trouble with translations, we were able to begin communicating at a basic level. The store itself had a great variety, and the store was very clean and tidy!
Reasonable prices that are pretty good than city's store. Little bit far from city center but worthy .
Used to get my sports shoes from there when I was younger. The people who work there are helpful and kind. Still get my tennis balls from there. Sadly other stores offer greater choice, but it's great if you just want to buy something simple.
Excellent customer service. Bought an off the floor complete bike and was re-packed tremendously well for my flight back to my country.
