Adorable visit again

I am struggling with simple de-snagging (rectification of defects) issues in my apartment for handover since 5 months. Extremely disappointed with the Engineering team of SAAS. Unfortunately, it appears that they make false commitments and do not value their Clients. A daily follow-up is needed to get rectification works.

An exception from the below par operations and engineering team is Mr. Mohammad Shaban. I am glad he is there to listen and cater to the Client requests. He is available to provide the true status and does try to resolve snagging issues.

While I am quite disappointed with the post-sales team of SAAS, I commend and appreciate Ms. Fatima Zahra Mohamed Sharif. She is very composed, supportive and professional at her work. She is also quite knoedgeable. In my view, she is keeping the entire Client Relations team in order single handedly.

Fathema, under the leadership of Wael, really went out of their way to ensure no stone is left unturned to meet my expectations as a customer. The Eid holidays added to my frustration, but they still remained highly professional and were on the job, pushing things towards handover. Very nice customer experience and not to forget great properties!

Special thanks to Amrutha, she secured an amazing room for me, and went extra mile in additional assistance. Always available when you need assistance and the team is very quick to action every request.

Big shoutout to one of their Associates, Fatima for helping us link one of our Property Management clients. She was very professional, accommodating and very helpful in getting it done properly and we can't thank her enough for her efforts. She is simply the best!

Very worst service providing real estate, Please do not chose the family or ladies especially. Even purely unsafe situation makes this place.
I have raised many complaints but they are not even responded.
Many times I saw they are doing unhealthy activities.

We are paying high rent and charges comparatively to others but no quality and commitments providing these people.

Please dont choose.

Very nice accommodation and plus nice location.But coordination between the owner and watchman is good. But their selection on the tenant is to be concentrated more as there are problematic people who don't even adjust and implement their things even when notified.
So personally it can be conveyed.
But overall it is good
