Adorable visit again

I am struggling with simple de-snagging (rectification of defects) issues in my apartment for handover since 5 months. Extremely disappointed with the Engineering team of SAAS. Unfortunately, it appears that they make false commitments and do not value their Clients. A daily follow-up is needed to get rectification works.

An exception from the below par operations and engineering team is Mr. Mohammad Shaban. I am glad he is there to listen and cater to the Client requests. He is available to provide the true status and does try to resolve snagging issues.

While I am quite disappointed with the post-sales team of SAAS, I commend and appreciate Ms. Fatima Zahra Mohamed Sharif. She is very composed, supportive and professional at her work. She is also quite knoedgeable. In my view, she is keeping the entire Client Relations team in order single handedly.

Fathema, under the leadership of Wael, really went out of their way to ensure no stone is left unturned to meet my expectations as a customer. The Eid holidays added to my frustration, but they still remained highly professional and were on the job, pushing things towards handover. Very nice customer experience and not to forget great properties!

Big shoutout to one of their Associates, Fatima for helping us link one of our Property Management clients. She was very professional, accommodating and very helpful in getting it done properly and we can't thank her enough for her efforts. She is simply the best!

Motion gate is very nice .. indoor and outdoor . Good to visit during summer ..
