Brendan the salesman was very knowledgeable about the beds. He wasn't pushy to get me to buy anything. Hope he keeps working there. I should mention for the last year if I laid down on my old bed it felt like my spine was trying to get out of my body. But it didn't when I laid on the sleep number bed.

Good experience. Zack was more attentive than pushy (which is appreciated). He was patent with our kids while we laid down on several models. Got a fair price and good value overall as Zack added in box spring, sheets, and mattress cover into the price. As everything was in stock, delivery is scheduled for less than 2 days after purchase.

My husband & I went to multiple places to look at mattresses and we will always come back to Sleep Outfitters without a doubt. Bobby & Amber were so helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience overall

My son and I came in to the Mattress Firm by the Dayton Mall to test out new mattresses. We were greeted and assisted in our purchase by Zac, who was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses in store, and helped us determine the best configurations to meet our needs. Thanks y’all!

We had exceptional service today. Bobby and Zac helped us find the perfect replacement mattress and pillows. They were knowledgeable about explaining why my partner and I might be having neck and shoulder pain and showed us mattresses that would fit the desired firmness and well as our budget. Bobby were very respectful of the space we needed to feel comfortable trying out each bed and incredibly helpful answering all our questions and concerns. Zac was efficient in checking us out, giving us all the discounts possible, and fitting is into the delivery schedule. 5 stars, I highly recommend asking for these gentlemen for any future purchases.

Zac and Bobby were the best guys I ever dealt with making a large purchase. No pressure on buying. Helping me make right decision, within my budget. Getting me the best deal and inclusive gifts I could get. Would highly recommend this store on Miamisburg Centerville (1N).

Still sooo.. happy with my purchase, i was wearing a type of backbrace to bed for 2yrs now, not anymore. We have found our happy spot in the sleep zone, my spouse and i are sleeping so much better. Was a huge investment, but well worth for the sleep i am getting and the less pain free days i am currently having. If you are thinking about and are indesivse as i was, just go see Zac an Bobby, I'm OCD and they still talk and answer my questions, i may have even after i purchased month later.

We were looking for two new queen mattresses for the main bedroom and guest bedroom. Bobby Walker took phenomenal care of us! He walked us through what style mattress would work best for us, and we ended up finalizing the decision within minutes. Bobby hooked us up with a solid deal and we were able to utilize our Sleep Outfitters card for 24 months same as cash on the purchase. Incredible experience, and would definitely recommend this store and any other Sleep Outfitters stores!!

My husband and I just had our best experience buying a mattress. We had gone to several places where we felt a lot of pressure - but not here. There was a great selection of mattresses that were reasonably priced, and Zac was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us at all. We both hate mattress shopping but this was a totally different experience. Highly recommend!

I actually own 2 sleep number beds. I had an original one that didn't raise up.
Then I bought one that raises at the knees, back etc. I love it. My husband and I both have physical problems that cause us extreme pain and this bed has helped relieve some of the pain.
If I had the money to buy a couple more beds, I would get them for my kids. I would hope starting early with a superior bed might help not having too many physical problems like us. (I played varsity sports and my husband retired navy) each of us got messed up doing what we loved but we are paying the price now and believe me, we wouldn't change a thing except our bed.
Then I bought one that raises at the knees, back etc. I love it. My husband and I both have physical problems that cause us extreme pain and this bed has helped relieve some of the pain.

Love my bed, sales representative was really rude. His name was Edward. My fiancé and I had decided to buy a bed but told him we weren’t interested in the pillows he added to our sale. He told us not to worry because they had a return policy of some sort and left them there. Then when trying to run our credit and asking for an address from me, as I was attempting to explain my situation, he gave me “quiet down hands.” Literally looked at me and signaled for me to be quiet. I am a 25 year old woman, I was not being loud, and we were the only customers in the store. I asked him if he thought I was being too loud and he just shook his head yes and I refused to speak to him for the rest of the appointment. He continued to speak to my fiancé and then attempted to bring me back into the conversation by asking if I was excited about my new bed and I wouldn’t acknowledge him. My only regret is that we didn’t ask for another sales representative after this happened.

We had a bed delivered a few weeks ago after a whole home renovation. The installer was using an unsafe knife, cut his hand and dripped blood on the new carpet in our bedroom and down the hallway. We had to bandage him up and he went to the ER. Called the store was redirected to three different numbers, bounced around from one person to another. Finally got a verbal commit from a Sleep Number claims rep to replace the carpet, was requested to just provide the quote and they would send me a check. Just had the carpet replaced and now Sleep Number become unresponsive to email and phone calls. I'm left with the cost of replacing the carpet. Maybe a quality product, but questionable install service quality and a commitment to protecting their customers and respecting their property.
Feb 10 2022. Update. We were finally able to recover the cost of replacing the carpet. Sleep Number submitted the claim to it's insurance company who covered only 90% of the cost. So I had to go back to Sleep Number requesting the balance, no response but a check finally arrived in the mail yesterday. So they did cover the cost of the carpet replacement. But even still, it shouldn't have taken this long and I should not have had to be the primary point to negotiate this with the insurance company. They should have covered it immediately and handled the insurance claim on the backend without me having to be involved. Overall, the communication was very poor, we were left wondering how this was going to be resolved, and took two months. And I see the note below to call someone else at sleep number, how about you call me?

Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time.
Listen, let’s be real, if you are looking to buy a Sleep Number bed you are probably aware that it has a bit of a price tag. For me, the higher the price the more customer service I have hoping to see. That is what we experienced with our purchase today.
We were lucky enough to have Ed as our sleep expert. From start to finish the entire experience was outstanding. At no point did I feel pressured to buy one item. Ed worked with us to educate us on how important it is to have a truly great nights sleep.
He helped us find our sleep number, as well as, allowed us to make the decisions. He did not force us to buy something we didn’t want. Rather he provided options for us to try and buy what felt right to us.
The financing process was simple as well. Ed was very specific in laying out what the financing options were as well as helping us understand what our options were before we moved forward with the application. Extremely easy and was on our way to purchasing shortly after the application.
I can truly say that this is our first Sleep Number bed, and because of Ed it will most defiantly not be our last.

The store was busy that day. It was my husband's first time and my 3rd. My first time in (the store) the salesperson really took his time to explain to me how the beds worked, let me try different ones and really sold me on the brand. This time we asked to see a specific bed, because of a consumer reports best value rating, so I guess he thought he didn't have to sell my husband on the beds. Anyway, he redeemed himself by offering the floor model on another bed, which would have been more expensive had we purchased it new. Yay! In the mean time another sales person became available and started interacting with my husband. So he did get a little of the experience I had the first time around. It gets better. Fast forward to a week later, after receiving our new base, we start assembling and realize we have no legs. Nothing to put the base on. Long story short, we call the store and they find legs in store for me to pick up free of charge!! Awesome! So what started out kind of not so great ended up turning around with great customer service! I was prepared to give them a 3 star review, but they totally stepped up! Highly recommend this store!!
