This cvs is terrible, so small and crowded isles are tight and inventory always low. Needs a revamp or larger store.

I came today to this pharmacy to drop of a prescription. A person by the name of " Yumi", saw the prescription and immediately said " insurance doesn't cover for this medicine". She didn't even know I have commercial Insurance from work. She put out an angry face, when I asked her to check my insurance. The way she spoke to us, it felt that we were bothering her. This type of employee should not be allow to work at the front desk. She should work away from patient. Perhaps stocking medications would be a better place for her.

12:30pm Today I went through drive thru to pick up my prescription and I rang the bell to notify the pharmacy tech that I am there . Does not even say hello or welcome to Walgreens . With attitude she says “As you can see I am helping a customer “ and that’s definitely not how you speak to a customer. Although this Walgreens is closer to my house I WILL NO LONGER GO THERE. Attitude so disgusting always .

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever had to deal with, always have an issue with the pharmacy and never any help.

Horrible! I bought Mucinex. When I got home the side of the box was open. So had to return it, drive back, waste my time and gas. Only to tell the girls at the counter this was an "even exchange." No additional monies at issue here! The time it took to just do that and hear these girls say "it's the company policy" I WAS DONE. Put me through all that for a even exchange is "horrible CVS policy...Plain and Simple. Will sorely consider NOT coming back with that kinda of service!

Had an awful experience with the pharmacy attendant. She showed no sense of caring or providing information about any discounts

Five stars only because the gentleman that works there now is so polite and very helpful. He’s the only reason I gave this CVS five stars.

This cvs is horrible. Every time I go there they claim they never recieved a prescription. Then I have to wait on line to talk to a pharmacist and magically it's there. Every visit is at least a half hour, sometimes over an hour. They don't pick up their phone so I cannot call in advanced to make sure I'm not wasting my time.

Today, I waited for a half hour and they can't find the prescription. I called the Dr and they said cvs recieved and confirmed it. Dr said they will resend it. I told them to send it to Walgreens instead. Drove down the street and I was in and out. Never again.

Staff isn't helpful, slow, and some are rude. They need a new system and an entire new staff to operate it.

I am sure if I stop going there it wont make a difference
No After shave -so many things they are out of , sad .The list goes on***Name Of That store should be out of Stock

Again, Nothing in stock , my reviews are doing nothing , I need to write a review maybe upper management can look ay it , Walgreens is closer but I had to go to CVS last week to buy after shave and other products, nice people in that walgreens , yet I guess they cannot get anything done , I went to get office paper and they don't have it either , I will go to CVS now

Out of all the Wallgreen stores I get stuck with the one that has no manager , I even tried talking to the manager and he laughed at me

Just a reminder -I told a manager about the After shave and he looked at me and started laughing.

This CVS is far from helpful. They never call if there is an issue with your prescription. When you call, you have to wait 20+ minutes to speak with someone. After you clear the confusion, they ask you to wait for 30 minutes to receive your prescription because “they are busy”. I don’t believe being busy is my problem, especially when I have been calling since the morning and I come to pick up my prescription in the evening. When someone finally gets on the phone, they yell to get their point across. When you arrive 10 minutes later, they tag on another 30 minutes. By far the worst customer service in the medical field. Changing pharmacies.

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I’ve called multiple times and not one person answers. They can’t even say they are short staffed because when I went in person there were FIVE workers plus the pharmacist there which also has no customer service skills and is not friendly . When I arrived their phones were still ringing and it even alerts them “pharmacy call” as they ALL continue to ignore it . As a pharmacy they are not proficient and seem to be clueless about insurance . I recommend Walgreens 1000x more than this CVS. I was in and out in 10 mins . So aggravating going to this CVS. Never again.

this walgreens is very disappointing. I frequent this location and every time i need assistance it’s like the staff cannot be bothered. i send my partner there and the staff gives him a hard time as well.

They really try to help. They are always nice. Always go the extra mile. CVS is always out of prescriptions and the are not nice to deal with. Thank you Walgreens

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I have called and showed up while still calling. They don’t even look at the phone ringing. They completely ignore it. There’s times where there is five people behind the counter and not one person will pick it up. It takes my about a day to finally get someone on the phone. You’re better off just going in cause the phone is useless.

It's a good Walgreens, but my only problem is that they shouldn't leave the registers alone, they should have a backup employee to cover the register while other employees are on the floor, greeting the customers and organizing the aisles...

Currently having an allergic reaction to the very strong fragrance they seem to be pumping through the whole store. I had to come home and shower as well as soak my clothes to attempt to get the smell of fake cinnamon and who knows what else out of my clothes. 3 layers of clothes are saturated in this horrible fragrance now. Walgreens better hope none of their customers go into anaphylaxis from spraying whatever they’re spraying throughout the stores. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Walgreens again after this experience and will tell others to avoid it as well, as I know many other people who get severe reactions to air freshener.
