Top Scenic spots in Annecy, France

Nice bridge. We crossed it on a public holiday at around 19:00 in a nice weather, so it wasn't even crowded. It provides a nice view over the nearby parks,the lake, and the canal. The amount of "love locks" was surprisingly moderate - just about a hundred of them, which is about right for them not to look grotesque, as it happens when tourists overdo it and put thousands of locks on a single side of the bridge.

Beautiful place and picturesque spot when visiting Annecy. The bridge is a hot spot amazing place for photo taking of the beautiful mountains ⛰🏔🗻🏕🌋and lake to see everything from there. Is the great place to chill, have a picnic with your family or friends or to find the good way is to have a run along the river🚢⛴🛳🛥🚤🛶.

This love bridge, ordinarily crowded with instagrammers, is quiet during this part of the year. Although it would have been nice to get some sunlight in the water to bring out the crystal clarity of the lake water, it is nice too during Dec to capture monochrome, Robert Doisneau styled pictures by the lake.

This is not a review of the bridge exactly, but more of a review of the view of the lake and Annecy in general. We came on a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon and it seemed like nobody at all was working. Everybody was out in full force picnicking, playing on the lake, eating, swimming and just making a real day off the fabulous weather. 😁☀️ It's a beautiful lakeside town. To visit, the canals make it look like a cross between Venice and Amsterdam. Amsterdam. The old buildings are really quaint and there's even a market on Friday afternoons but it closes at 2:00 so get there early. I'll just say that there aren't enough public restrooms to accommodate all the tourists so it can be quite a bit of a challenge queueing for one.

There are also 2 playgrounds on site and kids will definitely have a blast. You can rent a paddle boat as well but price seems pretty steep.

Had a beautiful view with a stunning atmosphere. I love walking under this bridge with a fresh air. Highly recommend this. You can find the swan 🦢 and the duck 🦆 when you walk belongs the lake. There are some people who buy the key of love, so I think that why they call “Love Bridge”. Near the lake of Annecy, this is one of the place you should visit and take the picture.
