These guys are awesome! They always do a great job, and every morning I come by, they whip up my order fast and just right. The only thing that kills the vibe sometimes is those grumpy customers who act like they’re at a Michelin-star restaurant and expect a celebrity chef. People, chill out and keep it simple! Huge shoutout to the crew though, I really appreciate all the hard work. You guys rock! ❤️

I ordered a cappuccino medium 2 sugars that I got in coffee no sugar , little coffee half a glass empty , in other shifts cooked very tasty . When you're in a hurry, you want to quickly take and enjoy, now it's like drinking without sugar bitter taste

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! This is the first Starbucks in New York that I’ve been to where the atmosphere, service, drinks and food have been top tier(all other places the drinks taste watery and the food tastes like cardboard). I went on Monday evening around 4-5 and the staff were so so friendly. The drinks tasted amazing! But the only thing I would recommend is a little less whipped cream 😭. Other than that though I would definitely recommend that you give the workers that were there a well deserved raise :)

Wasnt impressed. When this Starbucks opened , it was so comfortable and nice. What happened? The coffee was good and the muffin.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There's this one gentleman who works in that location. He's tall ,light skinned, wears glasses and is covered in tattoo's. His attitude is disgusting. Very rude and unprofessional. Remember it takes years to win a customer and seconds to lose one .

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I ordered a coffee frap with no sugar because I’m diabetic. When I tasted it I instantly knew it was sweetened. When I politely brought this up to the barista’s attention she gave me a disgusted look and sarcastically asked if I want her to remake it. I was so shocked at how she spoke to me that I just turned around and placed it in the trash. I even left a tip. Whoever is in charge of hiring at this location needs to make sure employees don’t speak to people in this way

This location was well kept and within walking distance from the Margaritaville hotel. The facility was clean. I ordered my usual hot Chai Tea latte and a sausage, egg and cheese. My daughter had the Pink Drink. The food and latte were piping hot which I like. It tasted better than what I usually have in the states. There’s a nice dining area upstairs. I wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi and I believe there’s only one stall. The line was pretty long and there was no toilet tissue because I saw a patron grab some brown napkins and use that.

1st and will be my last time here at this specific location. I went in to try the the new summer berry lemonade refresher (which was great by the way); it was me and a few other individuals. No more than 15 people.
Staff needs to seriously step it up in serving customers. I understand that it takes time with the orders (specially mobile orders) but when you see staff dancing instead of taking orders. We have a problem. But I digress, I get it, management doesn’t care.

on June 18, 2024, I came to pick up an order, I don't know the name of the man with a dovme on his neck, who kept me waiting for 20 minutes to prepare a mocha, he acted very lethargic and was interested in where the customers and I would stand, so my score for this business is 0, I hope he tires his brain preparing coffee instead of being interested in where people will waiting

The store “manager” Josiah is not only the nastiest, most illiterate employee.. but he doesn’t even have the basic customer relations and communication skills necessary. No wonder the rest of the staff are just as rude and inattentive. Never get the order correct - although it’s written out. I ordered a $12 Frappuccino w/ add ons via DoorDash ($18) in which they gave me a plain iced coffee. Didn’t even check to confirm the order (what’s the point of the order sticker on the cup) - one check and it Wld be obvious. Of course I was fully refunded by DoorDash, that’s a given. I called and later came in.. other than him being out of the store for 30 mins… he didn’t even read the order until prompted… then tells me to call DoorDash for refund… as though it’s their problem. Zero accountability, no consideration of my loss of time, not getting my order as I payed for due to their incompetence and negligence. A) I recommend you certainly do not order from here. B) if you want good pleasant service with your order fulfilled correctly - do not go to this location until they rearrange and put in friendly and properly trained staff who care about people (paying customers) getting their orders and leaving satisfied. Because our friend Josiah seems to think that he is owed this position - which is not based on competence or performance (as he relayed to me).

I would give this place a 5 star because in my opinion they do have pretty good customer service . When short staffed they may not be as attentive but the customer service still remain. However I gave it a 3 start for now …..subject to change simply because of cleanliness of the place . I would like them to wipe down the counters where they rest the drinks for the customers to pick up and have someone wipe the tables . Now I know the counter will have spills etc but it takes a few seconds to just wipe it to have a clean counter. Very nice spot to study but needs to be cleaned more. It give a much better presentation.

I really enjoyed some quiet time, having my chicken sandwich with my vanilla bean frappuccino while I did some studies, it has that country feel, airy, natural and flowing, amazing staffs, prompt service with greetings. A new found neighborhood favorite!! Amazing Drive Thur as well 😎😘

Some of the Baristas have a horrible attitude. They act like they don’t listen to you!

They're coffee is amazing! I love in Michigan but love their amazing flavors of decaf. I have it shipped every 6 weeks. The subscription is easy and when I accidentally set up two subscriptions they helped me cancel it and refunded it immediately. Their prompt response and attention was amazing. Their customer service is top notch.

Hot mess. Someone from Corporate needs to visit this location. It’s filthy. The plastic wrappers that they take food items out of for warming are all over the floor behind the counter. All counters are messy. The staff looks confused. They are messing up orders and our drinks taste horrible. As I was waiting inside, the lady in the drive thru looked quite upset because she was sitting there way too long. I don’t know what’s happening there but they need a visit from a supervisor or something.

Let’s start by this is the best Starbucks in Brooklyn.. TREY baby you are my favorite TREY works the drive thru and is amazing his energy and attitude is unmatched I thank you for that. My husband and myself visit this Starbucks 3-4 mornings a week before work and Trey gets our food and drinks right every time.. the other staff are great a well but Trey this was really for you !!! I appreciate your service 10 out of 10

We buy our coffee from the toaster in Brooklyn. Always fresh, prices are excellent, selection terrific. They are extremely helpful.

I was at the Starbucks location at 8002 Foster Avenue, Brooklyn, NY,11236. Today 12/23/2023. When I arrived, the lights were turned off, but people were inside. I thought it was a private event or something, I then come to the door, I see someone standing at the door on the inside. She looks at me as if I should see her there and walk away, I knock on the window to see when she going to open the damn door. Mind you it's 4:15pm. She unlocks the door and then tells me they are closed, I see so many people in there standing around in the dark and I ask what's going on, she then tells me shes there with two of the other people and she's going to leave so only two employees are going to be there which is her justification for closing the store and allowing only drive up orders. I asked for the manager and he wasn't there. She said she's the acting manager. She did allow me in after I told her that I wanted to buy a banana loaf. I asked her if I can sit down and use the Wifi in the store, she said yes. I bought my food and sat down to use the wifi. When everyone else cleared out, which was on 5 minutes, she told me I had to leave, I asked why, and she said she couldn't legally lock the door with people in there but when other customers wanted to leave she had to come from the register to open the door. I'm very perplexed as to how she was conducting the Starbucks business with her rules. So I was forced out in 5 minutes after I was told I could be there. It's now 4:51 and I'm not in the store. I called corporate to complain about this ridiculous service. This is unacceptable.

This is usually a great location that perfects my order and they typically have most items .My only critique is that whenever the guy in the headscarf is at the window, I know my drink is about to be a watery mess, with extra froth on top. It's not his fault but I honestly feel like driving off when I see he's on shift because I know I'm about to waste money. Whoever is making the drinks on his shift needs to be retrained.

My data was not working here but they’re wifi and I was able to use my phone with their WiFi 🛜

Worst Starbucks location I ever went to, workers are rude and incompetent, there drinks are inconsistent. Last time I was there they served me a coffee with spoiled milk, that’s the last time I’ll go there. Definitely reporting this location.

I love their cold brew dark roast. It holds up its flavor and strength. I drink this coffee hot and use it as homemade cold brew. This is so perfect.

The most fantastic, charming spot. Food is great and such a nice staff. Not overwhelming, but open and charming and just generally good vibes from everyone working here. Making it my go-to spot immediately

Best bagels in Brooklyn. I stopped in early Sunday morning on my way to JFK and it hit the spot. Every time I’m in the area, I’m grabbing a half dozen.

Very nice place with tables for their customers. The people are very good and kind but I would like to see the sandwiches filled up. (dissapointed). However, the coffee is very good

My experience at the Foster Avenue Starbucks has been such a refreshing one! I wish all of the locations in Brooklyn were as friendly and helpful as the staff there!!!

First Starbucks in Canarsie! Opened 2.5 months ago (January 2023). Ordered with the app, and my order was ready in a few minutes. Very friendly staff. The drive thru and ample parking lot makes it even more convenient.

I absolutely LOVED this Starbucks !! My mom and I loved the pumpkin bread and her coffee and my chai latte was done with perfection! The sister (African-American) barista who served us was super friendly and kind. We will definitely be back!! 😍😊

There are a ton of bad reviews for this location, especially about the staff being rude and slow… it’s all nonsense. I sat and worked at this Starbucks all day, throughout multiple shifts, and each employee I engaged with was super friendly and helpful. Honestly, this was the fastest Starbucks I’ve been to, churning out my orders in 60 seconds or less (and it was busy too). It’s a great environment, great vibes (could use a few more chairs, they have the table space for it). Highly recommend.

I've ordered stone Street coffee online several times and I've loved all their coffee except one. And I've given 5 stars reviews on their coffees. And I give that one bad coffee an quick honest 1 star review on their website. Which is when I noticed that review never was approved and then I noticed that none of there coffees on their website have anything under a 4 star review they block all 3 star or under it seems so stonestreet is a dishonest company.
Also their grinds are incredibly inconsistent. I just ordered 5 different coffees all in coarse grind, but one is medium or maybe even a fine grind. 2 are like a medium coarse grind like you would expect and 2 are more what I'd call just crushed I mean it's big chunks of beans. I've tried to call them on this matters but the phone never gets picked up so this review can just sit here for now. Think this will be my last order as well sadly since I like there coffee but hey maybe act little less like a company from new York 😜

I went in to order a bacon egg and cheese on a roll salt pepper and ketchup a coffee and OJ was $9- 0.50 if you use a card they are nice very professional the food is very good they have some seating very nice place

This Starbucks is in nice location. Always busy. Nice and friendly baristas. Made my orders perfectly. I put 3 stars because their card reader machine was not working and that was making a lot of issues.

I ordered 12 pounds of the cold brew grind coffee mid last year, and it lasted my partner and I around 6 months; while drinking at least 1 cup a day each.

When I placed my order in June '21 I actually bought at least one from the various flavors they offered, and it is the most delicious fresh coffee I ever bought here in the US.

Posting this mainly cause I am ordering more today and believe they earned a review.

Of note: there was a bit of a snafu after placing my order and it took 2 weeks to arrive. Taking into account I live 4 hours away from their location; I feel a status update for my "3 days" delivery to 2 weeks was warranted. A call to them got that sorted out though.

I called my order in (2 BLTs on rolls) and asked when it would be ready. I was told by a woman "10 minutes" and arrived there in about 15 minutes. Then I waited on line for 7-10 minutes and was told my order was still being made, so I stepped to the side. After another 10 minutes I asked about my order again. This time the people behind the counter all started talking to each other and a woman walked over to another counter on the side and handed it to the person at the register. Apparently, it was sitting there the whole time!

The BLT was good, the service not so much. No one was rude, they were all polite. However, my order should have been clearly labeled and at the counter by the register not somewhere on the side getting cold. Also, making someone stand on a long line after they called their order in is inefficient from a business perspective and annoying for the customer. Have a separate line for phone orders or simply ask if someone ordered already and just needs to pay. They are always busy because the food is good (which is why I gave them 3 stars), so it would be a shame to loose customers due to time management issues (which is why I didn't give them 4 stars).

Update: Another quick, smooth ordering experience. My Iced Chai latte was excellent

Update: Had a very nice experience here, today. Upping my review to 5 stars. Maybe they got new management because someone (who seemed like they were in charge, and was wearing different attair than the baristas) asked me for clarification on my drink and then explained how I could order it later, to ensure I'd get exactly the decaf light mocha iced latte that I wanted.

A very nice spacious Starbucks. Good service, though I waited a bit longer than expected. Also, I'm not sure if this Starbucks would have much cozy-seating (Covid aside), but that seemed a little lacking.

Not happy with that little guy who works there, he’s always wanna to touch customers and shake their hands and it’s just too much. Also prices are different every day, one day wrap costs $9 , the other day it’s $11 - exact same thing. The food is good, I love their bagels, but they have to change their menu and update prices.

Although I’m a huge Starbucks fan, my visit to this particular Starbucks was less than satisfactory. They were out of a lot of drinks- specifically the Refreshers. Additionally, the wait time for the drinks was quite long. I would not recommend going to this Starbucks if you are limited with time, and drinking options. Despite all that, the decor was wonderful.

Stone Street makes some excellent coffee. I can't speak to visiting their Brooklyn location in-person, but my employer uses their coffee beans at the office and I've bought several bags for use at home. The whole beans smell rich and flavorful straight out of the bag. As can be expected, the regular varieties taste better than decaf, but their decaf is excellent when compared to others in that class. I love their medium roasts, especially the House Blend. Favorite decaf variety is the European Fancy decaf. They also offer a Swiss water decaffeinated Mayan coffee is half-caff and full decaf.

These guys are great! The service was nice and the staff welcoming. The price was good as well. Avenue U Bagels had Bagels, rolls and hero. Plus other different food to order. Avenue U Bagels has it and fresh. These guys are good and I'm definitely going back. Clean and friendly.

They all know me because I come here a lot all the workers are super friendly and hard working and always customize my drink to my liking. I really love their pumpkin loaf and the iced chai latte always so good and their chocolate croissant warmed up yum! Great cozy atmosphere I see people bringing their laptops here to do work very good people highly recommend this Starbucks!

It is a spacious setting with good lighting and sufficient seating for around 20 patrons. The area is clean and the service is pretty quick. They have all the latest offerings and the coffee is hot and fresh.

I don't know if the location at Pier A (Battery Park) is new or I just never noticed. But I saw it on my bike ride yesterday and stopped in. Front right corner of Pier A. Would never have seen it but for the sandwich board sign.

Very cute walk-in place. No inside tables, but plenty of seating/tables around the Pier A area. Not a ton of pastry variety, but what they have is fresh and good. Had a choc croissant - perfect. Coffee was very good, as well. Not the burnt-bean Sbuck variety by a long shot!

Decor is kinda fun. Only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the odd barista. At first I just went in for curiosity, tried asking the guy about the place, then went back out. Got a brusque treatment and a kinda hate-stare. When I went back in, semi-friendly to take the order. I suppose tourists think we're all like that. But if you want locals . . .

Finally Starbucks is open in my neighborhood! I come here every day to enjoy coffee beverages and workflow I have to do. It’s been open already for 2 weeks!

Good: huge place with enough sitting places and room for employees. They have some great buddy Matt in their team, very professional, polite and fast in customer service.

Bad: Since opening day they could not fix some problem with WiFi. It’s been already 2 weeks and there is still NO WiFi. We all live in 21st century and I don’t even want to mention how this is crucial for people like me. On the second day this store was open I met District Manager who promised that WiFi issue would be fixed the next day. They never did.
The other thing why I gave only 2 stars is that whole team is not efficient enough (in comparison with other Starbucks locations). For example, they usually have around 6 employees working on the floor for the shift and usually only ONE person crafts beverages which reflects on the waiting time for customers: it’s around 12 min in average per one customer. If you ordered more than one item, it will take more! It’s disappointing.
