Today after my interview, I went into Hooters and was greeted by Jamey. she offered me excellent customer service. we also were chatting for a little it. I told her I had an interview at AT &T and was trying to get hired. she was so polite and said I know a guy who works there and will put in a good word for me. she was so nice and polite I asked her when will she be working again so i can come in dine in. she told me. please make sure she receive this review for excellent customer service.
The place is nice, with a lot of screens. Each girl there looks like a model—very beautiful. The food was good, but I wouldn’t recommend the French fries; they weren’t very tasty. The music was incredibly loud, almost unbearable. I had to leave because it aggravated my vertigo. Please consider lowering the volume of the music. Even at Texas Roadhouse, it's loud but not as overwhelming as it was here.
This place is great if you are looking for breakfast food but not necessarily for breakfast. They have traditional breakfast items with a spin and a lot of different options. Both my food and my girlfriends were great tasting and fun. They have both cocktails and mocktails, so plenty of options for drinks too. The vide of the place was like a modernized 50’s dinner, it had a cool vibe. Little bit of a corporate feel to it but I would expect that from any restaurant in Legacy Place.
Good food. And service was attentive. Coffee tasted like a cheap brand, for 4.50 an order i would expect better quality. Toilet seat in mens room was gross and had pee on it.
There's nothing wrong with the place, really, it's just that after waiting to be seated ( we were a party of 9) we found out that according to the restaurant policy, they can't put tablets together so we have to sit at 2 different tables, taking the purpose of having family time. The prices are a little high, including alcoholic drinks. I just don't think it is a place where I want to come back. Nothing wrong with the food or service, I just didn't have a great experience.
I loved this place. It was so cuteee. The food was good! The tater tots were good but only came in 4. Eggs were good and the chorizo wasn’t how I expected it was in bite size rather than the sausage.
The service was great. Waitress was friendly. Atmosphere was fun and great music.The food was just ok. My bacon was burnt and not edible. I might try a different location if I decide to go back.
This has always been a favorite of my daughters, and is certainly a favorite of mine! The newest location in Dedham is just as well-decorated with the old school diner vibe as the other locations. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The iced coffee is great (perks: it’s also bottomless) and the food never lets down! Personally always enjoy the pancakes, but my son-in-law loves the breakfast burritos.
Love it here!!!!! This was my first time here, and I'll definitely be going back more often. This is a really awesome breakfast/brunch spot 👌.
The manager at this location has very bad people skills. First of all, he has track marks all on his arms and hands. When you interact with him, he seems as if he as on drugs! My opinion- he is a drug addict. He was very disrespectful. In a world where standards aren't completely thrown out the window, he doesn't have a job as a bus boy, let alone manager.
The girls are very nice and respectful and you can tell that they don't like working for this creep. If you go, just be aware; the paranoid drug addict manager may harass you for no reason.

Really wanted to love it. Menu looked great and the food tasted good but the brussel sprouts were so tough and the corn bread was doughy. So disappointed. The service started great and I can tell there are some good people there but we happened to get the worst service and there wasn’t even that many people but the place was so loud you couldn’t even talk to someone next to you. The waiter asked if my husband wanted another drink but that never came. We only were able to eat one of dishes and ended up paying $80 dollars. Just disappointing.
I will give them a 5 star just because the person attending us was very nice. It is also hard to put down a local business. My reviews is in hope they fix some of the things other people have mentioned in their reviews. One of them is the Chilli. I think the chilli gots to go, or change the recipe of it. My wife had it and gave me a taste just to see what I think. Was cold, and no taste at all. Also my draft beer was warm.

Second visit where we were disappointed. Clam chowder- watery and tasted like nothing. Fish & chips- it was like breaded scraps of fish (like 3-4 tiny pieces on the edge of the plate of fries) and the slaw flavor was straight acidic/tangy nothing else- like out of balance in a way that does not taste good. Shepherd’s pie- barely anything there below the potatoes, the meat and veggies that were there tasted like absolutely nothing. It was very odd overall. Vibe of the place is great so we were excited- it was just a very odd thing to have every last thing on your table taste like literally nothing (except the fries). This could’ve been a bad night for them so I’m not intending to hit them too hard in rating but given it’s the second time and similar experiences, folks should know. I’d come here for a drink but nothing other than that going forward.
Great tasting wings, one of the best I have tasted so far. Good selection on the menu. Lots of tv screens with different sports channels to occupy your eyes.😉
I'd never been to Hooters until recently but so glad I did. The wings absolutely live up to the hype! After we had some as an appetizers I figured the rest of their food had to be icky. Sooo not the case! We had burgers and salads and every dish was really good. Fun atmosphere, friendly servers, good food. I'll definitely be back to this Dedham location!!

Food was great! I was with a group of 8 and every one really loved their meal. I had the truffle burger with Cesar salad. Really good! We also ordered dessert. That wasn't as great. I had the lava cake and the cake was dry and there was almost no lava to the middle. They gave a very very small amount of ice cream. My ice cream actually has ice chips in it so that wasn't great. My cousin had the bread pudding which wasn't sweet at all. Service was good but unfortunately our server couldn't answer detailed questions about the menu items although she was very kind and accommodating I wish her employer would give her the knowledge she really needs to have. Great atmosphere, busy but not so much that it was hard to have conversation. We didn't have a helicopter server but still finding her wasn't difficult so definitely points there!
We arrived at the Legacy Place location at 1230 on a Sunday. The mall was packed with Christmas shoppers. Yet, we were seated right way. Given the crowd level (relatively busy) the noise was manageable. Socializing was not an issue.

Every Yard House I have been in has always been busy and a happening place. This one is no different. Fairly large place but tables and other seating areas seem tightly packed. But that’s typical. If you’re looking for a spot to socialize, this seems like a reasonable place to do so.
The food however is not remarkable. Some attempts to make them interesting but quality is lacking. The calamari is always stringy and tough, the boneless wings (normally don’t but had to try) is reconstructed meat and you can tell when you chew it. The sliders and pizza are tasty, so those are safe bets.
The staff seem really friendly and jovial. But I have experienced and seen on more than a few occasions that the food orders are delayed or missed.

New American bar, comes with a bunch of Oktoberfest celebration. The pretzel is really good. Calamari and cheese curds weren't bad, the wings and truffle fries were so so. The jambalaya was too oily. Service was okay, I took us forever to get seated and even then they tried to put 13 of us into a single table. Finally we were able to get an extra table for the kids and the adults were split for more comfort. The beer flights are a nice touch though.
I really enjoyed brunch with my parents here! We got lots of food to share and it was all consumed. The interior of the place was super cute with the Halloween decorations up to. In short, all of the food was great! We got the doughnut breakfast sandwich, the burger, the Hampshire omelette, and the Cookie Monster pancakes. I would definitely order any and all of the items again but we had two small complaints: the first is that we ordered the omelette with egg whites and our waitress wrote it down, but the kitchen just didn’t do it. The second was that the hash browns were a bit too heavy on the pepper so we really didn’t touch them. Otherwise, phenomenal food!
One of my favorite spots. I usually always sit at the bar. Great service, amazing food and chill atmoshpere. Fire Cracker Shrimp, Truffle fries, Vampires tacos and Lobster Garlic noodles are my Boyfriend's and I's go to's. I've never had anything thing here that wasn't delicious. The flavors are always on point, even at other Yard House locations. The beer and cocktail selection is out standing. Nevermind the Happy Hour Mon-Fri 3-6PM. Did I mention great service? At least at the bar, you dont have one server. They all work together to make sure you have everything you need. Can't wait to go back!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they recommended different beers and wines. Their cocktails selection is limited, buy they will try to help you out. If you want something that they just don't have they will suggest something similar. Also we had a small bite/snack and it was delicious 😋🤤

Ok! First of all this a very upscale establishment. Professionally run! High end service and very fun! The employees get along great and it's just a fantastic atmosphere! 45 big screen TV'S. Go and have some fun!!!!!!
First time trying this restaurant. Love the thin fries. The turkey chili and korean fried chicken burger was delicious. Wish that there were dessert available but the time i went the staff told us dessert were not available at the time.
Yard house has a great selection of draft brew and an extensive menu. The chicken nachos are huge and fantastic starter. The burgers are a must try, as classic 1/2 pound patties with great grilled flavor. The service was mediocre as you could tell didn't have enough wait staff as our waiter was running around everywhere, so took a while for refills and extra drinks.

While the chicken slider was nicely done, even mild was spicy for my liking. She offered us battered pickles with sauce on the house and they were hella amazing. 4 pitchers + 2 order of sliders + 1 fries was 110 bucks for 5 people which was pretty good. While we had to wait a while for our order, the end product was worth the wait.
While the place was dominated by men, we saw women too at the space eating along their friends
I wouldn't mind coming to the place again with company and at an earlier time to see how it does when the palace is crowed..

The bartenders are this restaurant's only saving grace. The chicken wing sauce was good but the chicken tasted off and they were mushy. The fries had absolutely no flavor. Too bad because it's a cool place to watch any sports game.
Conveniently located with lots of parking nearby, this place has a good vibe, some tasty food and decent enough drinks. Service is attentive quick and efficient.

The shepherd pie for example had lots of potatoes and very little meat and the salmon was dry - over done.
But desserts all hit the spot and in balance we left rather pleased with the experience.

-Opened a few months ago- I went around 2p and got the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich, fantastic! The prices & food are are on point. The staff are all super nice. Menus for both lunch & dinner are simple (1page). But yet there's something for everyone. They have a full bar. Even at 2p you could feel that this place is alive. So if you are in Dedham Sq swing on by. For a nice new surprise. -Support your local businesses-
Another new addition to dedham square. Its a great spot. Good draft list with really good food. The timing on the food delivery was a little off. The apps and main course came out basically at the same time. Thats the only small gripe I can think of. Other than that it was absolutely great. I will definitely be back again for more.
