Been looking forward to trying this brewery all day. Made sure to get there at before they close at 9p (showed up at 8:32p) but was told they did “last call” at 8:30 and would serve me a beer. The place was empty, would have taken 20secs to serve a beer but apparently they would rather close 30mins early. Perhaps you should change your hours to closing at 8:30p. Will be sure to tell everyone traveling through Glenwood to pick anywhere but here.
Great place glad they allowed my dog inside on a very hot day. Great selections of beers. Alot of sour beers which I get it being summer. I got the pilsner which was amazing !! Nice big patio on exterior too.
Great range specializing in sours - pull up right after a hike and right before a dip in the hot springs

Great vibes!
You can bring your own food, as the place only serves beer. They have really nice tables to enjoy food with your favorite beer inside, with a garage door style door opening to the patio. The patio is right under the bridge (is it a freeway?), where a row of other restaurants share the street creating a row of fun eateries. We were inside and the cars weren’t too loud.

As to the beer, I’m more of an ipa kind of girl, but didn’t really find their selection my thing. I tried the back in the day (west coast ipa) and their 2 hazy ipa. They were just ok to me. Their brown ale was good according to my friend but not my thing. And the German Pilsner was light and sparkly.

Overall awesome fun, love the vibes, and had a great time!

Had an amazing dinner at the Pullman while visiting Glenwood. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting and was packed for a Saturday night (reservations recommended). The food was phenomenal. We ordered the house truffle fries as an app and they were delicious. The Elk Bolognese was the perfect amount of elk flavor without being overpowering. The Squash Agnolotti was rich in flavor without being too busy with all the ingredients. We ordered the Butterscotch Budino to go and it was a perfect end to a perfect meal. Service was exceptional. Shout-out to Janey for being so attentive and making our night special.
The best part of the restaurant were the chips with guacamole and habanero salsa. Ordered the steak and barbacoa bowls which after a few bites could not finish. Overly seasoned with what stood out to be cumin, it seemed to over power both meats as a seasoning. Then the shrimp tacos, I don’t know how you can mess something so simple. The first bite taken tasted similar to eating the chemical on frozen shrimp before you rinse them off. Was not expecting fresh seafood in a mountain city, however better tasting at least. The atmosphere was great and so was the music. Next time will skip the food completely and stick to maybe just drinks.

Did a dinner here for my husbands birthday tonight - it was excellent! Super friendly staff, the food was fantastic, and the drinks were amazing. 30/10 stars. Grateful to our server, she kept up incredibly well with a 9 top and was on point. I am super grateful for the wonderful experience on my husbands special day 💜💜

Girls dinner out. I couldn’t decide between gnocchi and elk sauce or 12hour cooked shoulder. Ordered the second one that I did enjoy from the first bite. So I ordered gnocchi and they were Delicious. My girlfriend ordered truffle pierogis that she enjoyed as well. She did not eat her favorite onion soup because it was a very modern version that didn’t really taste and looked like the original onion soup. The customer service was TOP-a manager came over and said that pork was taken off our bill. The place itself is not tiny but pretty crowded you need a reservation. I’d like to come back for fall squash agnolotti and pierogis.
We LOVE Ricky! Great guy and very knowledgeable bartender- ask for the bourbon sour🫶 mixology magic pictured below

This place is sooo good! Food is creative, exquisitely presented and oh so delicious! So great to have such high quality food right in the heart of Glenwood Springs downtown area.
5 stars across the board!! All the bartenders are amazing but Angie is the reason we keep coming back! Her upbeat energy can’t be beat! She is always on top of it! Food is amazing also! Fresh and always delicious! This is the go to place in Glenwood Springs for sure!!!

Visiting from Denver for one night and had dinner here. Delicious food with a nice vibe, lots of light and views. And a first for me with Parmesan pork rinds made to order! Everything going by our table looked fantastic. They have food runners so meals hit the table piping hot. We had the half chicken and this thing was SO tender and juicy! Highly recommended.
Weird experience not in a bad and not in a good way, just weird. Was looking forward to trying the ribs but first time in my life the ribs were awful, I'm sorry.... Would not come back but the atmosphere was cool 😎

The staff was very nice and helpful to find your flavor of beer. Samples, flight, pint, whatever. They had a red wine type sour beer, holy dang was it good! We were able to eat our ice cream in there too.

Food and staff are incredible, Chef John took really good care of us, and a super likable guy! Really appreciate the experience.
Great quick and tasteful meals for our family. We’re time constrained for our next stop and the server was extremely helpful and attentive. The chicken was delicious with a great kick of fresh condiments but my favorite was the Mac and cheese. Also I enjoyed the butternut squash mashed. The ribs were delightful. And the local beers were good.

Came here to celebrate our son’s first birthday, these tacos we had as an appetizer were so good, the fall squash agnolotti was delicious and the ricotta donuts were amazing. Tyler our waitress was very attentive and nice. Would definitely come back.
Loved this little tap room. The staff and regulars are like a family, they have open seating and patio seating with fireplace. Amazing selection of sours. You can bring in your own food because they don't have food options but everything is super close. Plus- they are dog friendly inside and out.

First time in and it was pretty good. We started with the chips and bleu cheese and chicken pate. We then had the Elk Bolognese and the WAGYU Burger with fries and nice bottle of wine. The service was okay, very personable. The seasoning of the food was too mild and not really detectable. The fries were overcooked and kind of cold. The 3.5% service charge was a surprise and would rather they raise their prices versus the service charge. The negative impact of the night is we had a very rude patron waiting for a seat behind us, talking on his cell phone for the majority of our time in the restaurant.
Just ate here tonight for the 3rd time oh man there vegan options was super Ono delicious! The Mexican street corn was so good! Dang! I also had the Croquette tacos!! Super friendly staff and the service was perfect
Let me just start by saying this entire bar is a vibe. Shilo is by far the best bartender I've come across in my adulthood. He is well dressed, sociable and overall welcoming. He made me an award winning Cadillac margarita with his custom rim job, and the most tasty award winning old fashioned I've had made for me. Absolutely 💯 would recommend.
Had our first Casey beer at Primitive
Beers in Longmont CO, where they had it as a guest beer. From there we knew we had to visit the Casey brewery in Glenwood Springs! Had a great time sampling their beers including farmhouse sour ales, their IPAs, and a BB aged stout. All were excellent but really like their hazy IPAs. Wanted to take some cans home, but all but one pale ale had sold out the prior weekend. These beers are popular and will go fast!

Enjoyed a trip back to Casey. Had a great visit with excellent beers and lunch to go, picked up right next door at Slope and Hatch. Got 7 four packs to go - very reasonable price of $16 for most.

Alright let’s level set I think their goto is sours and saisons which I HATE.

Tbh every sour I had wasn’t amazing but good enough for me to order again which in my entire life I have only had one sour which I would order again from ommergang. So they are on point.

Their IPAs are decent to above average.

Their stouts and barrel aged beers are incredible it’s a shame they didn’t have any for sale because they were some of the best I have had and I’ll travel all over the USA and sample stouts.

We came on a Sunday and the place was a total vibe we could bring a child in and other people did too. It wasn’t that busy service was top notch. And the bartender / only person working the front was a gentleman and a scholar (taller dude maybe long hair had a state of colorado baseball hat on).

Overall the experience was amazing will be back for some golf trips.

Also you can bring food from the nearby restaurants and there’s many in the area.

They also have outdoor seething along with indoor.
The food is GREAT! The place is GREAT! Joe is great! Great conversation and atmosphere all rolled up into one place. DON'T pass up the chance to Vista NATIVE SON RESTAURANT AND BAR 813 Grand Ave. Glenwood Springs, Colorado if you're in the Glenwood Springs area!! You will love it as much as I did!!
